In light of the complete failure of District Attorney Joe Early to push for more jail time for cop killer Jorge Zambrano, we wanted to highlight this verdict from yesterdayin which Baltimore Police Officer Edward Nero was found not guilty for his role in the death of repeat offender Freddie Gray. Mr. Gray, who had a rap sheet just as long as Zambrano, made eye contact with officer Nero and immediately began to run. When he and another officer gave chase they arrested him and found a knife on him. He was put into the police van where he was given a “rough ride,” not shackled as he was supposed to be, and allegedly not given access to his inhaler. He died several days later of spine injuries.

Here’s the arrest video:

Officer Nero is the one on the right holding up Freddie Gray by the armpits as he screamed, supposedly because he was in pain:

As you saw on that video the police officers were hounded by an angry mob as they attempted to do their job. Pretty standard because of the culture that has been fostered by our gutless leaders. Poor Freddie Gray got a boo-boo because he ran from the police instead of just talking to them. As you can see, there was clearly nothing on that video that could get officer Nero put in jail. But it didn’t stop overzealous District Attorney Marilyn Mosby from catering to the mob by indicting SIX police officers in the death of Freddie Gray.

Basically what she did was throw them a bone so they’d stop looting. She knew that there was a 0.0% chance Officer Nero would be found guilty for any sort of crime. She’s just building up her resume so she can run for higher office. She knows dumb people will thank for her trying and she can blame someone else for her own failures.

What exactly did Nero do wrong? He saw a guy, who he knew was a drug dealer from working the beat in that neighborhood, and he ran after him after he ran away from them. Because that’s what you do when you see a drug dealer run away from you. You run after them. At worst it was an unlawful arrest. But you don’t get indicted for that.

Most legal experts agree that all six Baltimore Police officers will be found not guilty as well. This is just an other gutless political DA standing up for criminals instead of police officers.

Anyway, the mob of Baltimore got what it wanted right? A police officer was indicted for something he shouldn’t have been and he had his day in court. Oh wait, what’s that? You mean people are STILL mad about this? Shocking:

LOL. White people. They’re hilarious sometimes. Mary Wallace just trying so hard to show people of color that she’s one of the good ones. She’s RAGED!!!! She really cares about you guys!!! That’s why she wants drug dealers like Freddie Gray to be alive so they can poison black neighborhoods with drugs!!! Check out Mary’s Facebook pageNot a single black person in any of her pictures. She is a rural hippie who intentionally segregates herself from people of color, but she calls due process “white supremacy” so she’s down for the cause!!

The judge who found Officer Nero not guilty is black. The mayor is black. The DA is black. Three of the six police officers on trial are black. Almost everyone who died from the poison that Freddie Gray sold the community was black. But please, tell me more about how a lack of diversity is the reason that black folks are getting a raw deal.

So let me get this straight. A police officer was held responsible for a death, indicted, had evidence presented against him by the state, and received a fair and just verdict. And someone this is considered “injustice” because these fools didn’t get the verdict that the mob demanded without knowing any facts. Makes sense.

Screen Shot 2016-05-24 at 11.31.57 AM

The criminal justice system does need to change. If Freddie Gray was in jail instead of being allowed to sell poison to the community then he’d be alive today. If Freddie Gray had simply cooperated with the cops then he’d be alive today. We need more people in jail and less drug dealers roaming the streets!!

Anyway, this is the mentality of so many Americans right now and it has permeated into mainstream politics and society. This is Hillary Clinton’s platform on criminal reform according to her campaign’s website:

13241517_1725779037705372_1361141589_o

She will “end the era of mass incarceration.” Translation – we’re gonna stop sending people to jail. Because there aren’t nearly enough Jorge Zambrano’s on the street. “Non-violent” crimes like cocaine trafficking aren’t a big deal. Too many “non-violent” people who profit off of ruining other people’s lives and often killing them are in prison. When District Attorneys like Joe Early and Marilyn Mosby (who are elected machine politicians themselves) see this the message is clear – the boss is telling me to stop pushing for harsh sentences. And if they want the machine’s backing then they will do as they are commanded.

And people think Trump is the scary one? Don’t get me wrong, we still think Trump is a joke. But we have a candidate for president who wants more Jorge Zambrano’s on the street and wants to waste our time prosecuting police officers like Edward Nero who do their job in the most dangerous neighborhoods in America. They’ve helped to create a culture where you can block a major interstate and not go to jail for it. They’e fostered an environment where you can get the DA to to do what you want by burning down a CVS. They’ve ensured that violent repeat offenders like Zambrano are amongst us and can kill with impunity.

But yea, tell me more about how I should be scared of Trump.

P.S. For fans of The Wire, the greatest show ever made, this is the man representing Freddie Gray’s family:

freddie-gray-family-lawyer-william-murphy-620x403

For the record he said he was satisfied with the verdict because justice was served. But he actually played himself in The Wire in representing scheming corrupt State Senator Clay Davis. Even if you never watched the show you can appreciate this scene, because it’s one of the greatest in the history of television:

I love this “White supremacy” bullshit.

next time someone throws that term around remind them that they are a direct supporter of “white supremacy” by not giving the land your house is on back to the Native Americans that had that land stolen from the white people. Therefore, they are benefiting for that “white supremacy”. Then wait for the bitter beer face of extreme confusion as they dont understand why the website they got their bullshit from didnt provide them a come back for that statement. Fucking hypocrites.

Ohh and I love the “everything white people do is evil” is it? So these same assholes better boycott everything white people have invented too! Wouldnt want to be a hypocrite right? Gotta be “down for the cause” right? Good.

No more cars, internet, modern medicine, gasoline, plumbing, cell phones, iPods, computers, air conditioning, flea collars, carbon14 dating, adhesive band-aids, contact lenses, elevator, encyclopedia, air brakes, internal combustion engine, jet engine, liquid-fueled rocket engine, steam engine, escalator, eyeglasses…… Dont wanna be a hypocrite after all!

Nonviolent drug offenders DON’T belong in prison…as in, drug users…like the people who are in jail for decades because of having some pot for personal use. Drug users don’t belong in prison, they need help. On the other hand, drug dealers and violent drug offenders DO belong in prison.

What’s your stance on that Turtleboy? Do you think ALL drug offenders, no matter what, should be in prison? Or, do you think drug dealers (except pot, come on…it’s pot) and violent drug offenders, like Zambrano, should be in prison?

I’m just curious because your blogs tend to paint the picture that you think they ALL should be in prison…and I respectully disagree, I think only the violent ones and the drug dealers (except pot) should be in prison.

NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, is in jail for possessing weed, or ANY OTHER DRUG! That us a falacy. Drug dealers, and the 90% of criminals who use drugs AND commit crimes are in jail. When you hear about incarnation of drug users and criminal justice “reform “, you are hearing from those who are attempting to destroy the entire American CJ system.

I understand that these BLM people are morons, I do NOT think we should destroy our criminal justice system at all. My question is about “what type of drug offender belongs in prison?” You’re naive to think that there aren’t people in jail for weed, because there are. Maybe not in MA, but in more conservative states and/or one’s that still have strict ‘3 strikes’ laws, people can be incarcerated for possession of marijuana or any other illicent substance.

That is the type of criminal justice reform my fellow ‘libtards’ stand for. I do not stand with the BLM movement because they are a shell organization whose message is clearly “fuck the police”, which I strongly disagree with.

I want to see an end to the imprisonment of NON VIOLENT drug offenders, as in, people caught in possession of an illegal substance for personal use. Those are the people Obama is pardoning, and those are the people who don’t deserve to be locked up.

Dealers, traffickers, violent criminals, etc…they belong in jail until their time is up.

The problem I’m seeing is that too many people who comment on this blog have the bizarre idea that the democrats in office want to let everyone out of prison no matter what the charge, that is not the case.

Zambrano’s case is different and is fucked up. Joe Early needs to be held accountable for releasing this violent, cop killing, fuck. They released him from prison because it made Jorge “suicidal” and to that I say: who gives a fuck?! he shouldve sayed locked up and the people responsible for releasing him need to be punished.

Politicians like Joe Early and Marilyn Mosby belong in jail along with Jorge and Freddie.
