Fox 61A 24-year old woman charged with a DUI is due in court Monday afternoon after she hit a 15-year old bicyclist with her car on Sunday morning, police said. Police said the crash happened near Corbin Avenue and Lincoln Street where Natalie Marie Torres, of New Britain, hit a 15-year old riding a bike. It appears as though Jose Alejandro, a New Britain High School student, will recover from his injuries. But, the boy’s family is very upset because it was an accident that was easily preventable.

“The last thing I can remember him telling me is ‘Mommy I love you,'” said a weeping Precious Pabon, the mother of Alejandro. “It plays over and over and over in my head.”

Early Sunday, just after 1:30 a.m., in the area of Corbin Avenue and Lincoln Street, police said Alejandro was struck by a minivan driven by 24-year-old Natalie Torres, of New Britain, who was arraigned today and admits she was holding and looking at her GPS when she struck the boy.

“I want to show her a picture,” said Pabon. “This is what you did to my baby. My baby. He’s only 15 years old.”

Torres, charged with DUI, had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit. She was also hit with two counts of risk of injury to a minor because two of her children, ages two and three, were in the vehicle with her.

“I understand my child maybe should not have been outside at 1:30 in the morning riding a bike, but what are you doing drinking and driving at 1:30 in the morning, yourself having two and three year olds in the car with you,” queried Travis Cormier, Alejandro’s stepfather.

Torres told police she was on her way home from a club in Berlin when the accident occurred. And she admitted that, while she is supposed to be wearing either contact lenses or glasses, she was wearing neither at the time of the accident.

“Own up and man up, woman up and learn from what the hell you just did to my baby now,” said Cormier. “I’m going to be the one nursing my son back.”

Jose Alejandro’s family was floored to learn during Torres’ arraignment that she has another pending criminal case, dating back to November of 2015, which includes charges for robbery and assaulting an elderly person.

This whole story is the perfect storm of everything that is wrong with society. Let’s start from the top….

Natalie Torres was arrested in 2015 for beating and robbing a pregnant chick:

Torres was free on $50,000 bond for an assault case when the accident occurred, court officials said. She is accused of attacking a pregnant woman to steal the victim’s cell phone in November 2015, according to a police report. The victim told police that Torres and two other people who participated in the attack knew she was pregnant when the assault occurred.

So obviously Natalie Torres is human garbage. She more than likely sucks off the state’s tit, spits out kids without any intention of raising them normally, and has zero problem with violence. She should be in jail. And she’s been out on bail for over a year and a half now. How long does it take for a trial to start??!! Not that they’d lock her up anyway.

Secondly, this guttermuppet had her Goddamn kids in the car at 1:30 AM, drunk as shit, and looking on her cellphone. She told the cops she was on her way home from the club. So here’s a question – where the hell were the kids while she was up in the club? Oh right – sitting in a fucking ghetto ass parking lot. What is they started crying or needed help? That’s not Mommy’s problem. She didn’t spit these kids out of her clambox because she loves them. She did it because that’s the ghettofabulous thing to do when you’re a local trashbag.

With that said, the victim’s mother “Precious” can go right ahead and fuck off with her bullshit that she’s some sort of loving and caring mother. Her 15 year old kid was riding around on his bike at 1:30 AM!!! What kind of parent doesn’t know where their 15 year old kid is at 1:30 AM? The same kind of teen mom graduate whose Facebook page is filled with selfies of herself that read, “Me, Myself,” and “I – You-tiful.”

Because ultimately she comes before her children.

She has many supporters who don’t blame her in the comments section of the New Britain PD page as well:

Wait….what?? Shaming kids for enjoying the nice weather? Yea that makes sense. Lots of people go outside to enjoy the weather at 1:30 AM. Just to be clear, no one is shaming the kid. People are rightfully shaming the nutstuffing mother who thinks she’s any better than a drunk driver. She’s not. She is equally responsible for the fact that her child was hit by a car. She completely failed as a parent and she should bow her head in shame. Instead she’s seeking out the media and pointing fingers at everyone but herself.

Taylor apparently wanted to go full cheddarbrain though:

Yup, nothing wrong with a 15 year old being out by himself at 1:30 AM. Nothing at all.

Oh, and if you thought that Precious was gonna miss out on a cash grab now that her kid is in the hospital, then you don’t understand hoodrat mentality. She’s already started a GoFundMe……….for $100,000!!!!

Even though he lives in a state where everyone has health insurance. Even though his mother’s negligence as the main reason he’s in the hospital in the first place. Nevertheless, skagbags never miss an opportunity to capitalize on a tragedy.

There are no winners here, only losers.

Hey there, guys! I hope this doesn’t go on too long, but I do feel the need to comment on this situation a bit by sharing a story of my own.
First of all, I’d like to put out there that I do not want to shame or disparage the boy who was hit in any way. Riding a bike at 1:30 AM is a bad decision no matter how you look at it, but no one deserves what happened to him. Regardless of why he was out so late, this incident is 100% the fault of the driver. Secondly, I’m not really going to defend this mom. For all I know, she is a piece of shit. I have no idea why she’s asking for 100K on GoFundMe, or why her child was out of the house at 1:30 AM. I do, however, want to tell you about myself and my mother.
I wasn’t quite what you would call a “troubled teen”. I was an honor student, involved in several activities, and generally well-behaved. However, I definitely had “problems”. I won’t go too deep into background here, but I had experienced some losses and traumatic incidents that, looking back, really should have been addressed rather than swept under the rug. My parents didn’t “believe” in things like mental health, though, so the issue was pretty much ignored (I should note here that this is a major flaw of theirs, and that it did negatively affect my life for some time). By the time I was 14, I was having some suicidal thoughts and panic attacks. None of it came out during the day, though, because school and activities were just enough to help me go through the motions. But some nights, when there was nothing to distract me, it would all come flooding back at once. Most of the time, I could get past it and fall asleep. Other times, I couldn’t take it. I felt like I was suffocating. I had to get out. So, I would slip out my bedroom window and climb down into the back yard. From there, it was pretty easy to grab my bike and ride off. I’d just pedal around town until I felt like I’d tired myself out, then sneak back in through the dining room and go to bed. I was never out to cause trouble, and at the time I didn’t really think about all the things that could have happened to me. I just needed to burn myself out enough to sleep. I didn’t do this often — once a month at most — and it was definitely not the right way to solve my problems. But it was easy to do, and more importantly, I never got caught.
Like I said, my parents had plenty of flaws, but they were by no means child abusers. It pains me now to think that if something had happened to me, my mother would be left wondering how I got out, what I was doing, why hadn’t she noticed, etc. I made a conscious effort to hide these things from my parents because of my own childish worries about being sent to a mental hospital, being an outcast at school, and who knows what else. Were my parents wrong for not taking me to a therapist when these things first happened? Yeah. Were they neglectful? Possibly, and maybe I’ll have to come to terms with that down the line. But I genuinely feel that my parents loved me before all else, and that if they had realized the whole scope of my issues, they absolutely would have done everything they could to help me. As they say, hindsight is 20/20 — it’s easy to point out every one of their mistakes and blame them for my problems now — but I feel it’s more helpful for me to try and understand them. If I can empathize with my non-perfect parents instead of demonize them, I hope to keep myself from making those same mistakes in the future.

Maybe this kid was up to no good. Maybe his mother is a selfish crack addict. Maybe his family is exploiting the whole situation for money. But as someone who could have so easily fallen into the same situation as this kid, I just can’t help but feel for him and his family. The GoFundMe is a mistake, and there’s no way I can justify 100K for a kid with health insurance and probably a decent financial settlement to come. To be fair to Precious though (and yes that is a stupid name), maybe she was fast asleep when her child slipped off on his bike, like my own mother was after a long shift. Maybe she made this stupid GoFundMe out of emotional, irrational impulse rather than calculating manipulation. Maybe she’s a bad mother. Maybe she’s perfect. She’s probably neither.
This turned out way longer than I meant it to… for those who stuck around, thank you! And thank you Turtleboy for the articles; I enjoy reading them each week. I’m not really sure what I was hoping to get out of this comment. Like the rest of you, I’m mostly just venting and speculating. But I appreciate your thoughts, and whether I’m right or wrong, I hope this young man finds himself fully recovered and sleeping through the night in his own bed soon.

From the GoFundMe page: “Jose Alejandro is a 15 year old student who attends New Britain High in New Britain, CT. He just completed his freshman year in High school looking forward to his junior year–“. Guess there’s no sophomore class at NB High. Mom Precious is clueless. BTW, only looking for $10k instead of $100k now……..

A hundred grand? Are you fucking kidding me? The kid is fifteen years old – is he the primary breadwinner of the family?

Nope. That would be you and I, fellow taxpayers.

Does it say what all this money will be used for? Why do I have a feeling she has state insurance so she doesn’t have to worry about medical bills and if she doesn’t the drivers insurance should be covering them. Perhaps if she didn’t pick such a ridiculous amount to begin with it would seem more legitimate but right not just seems like another person misusing gofundme.

  • Natalie Torres - You Are Fuckin' SCREWED!

You are potentially looking at a few years in prison, bitch! If not, then a potential civil lawsuit, that is going to cost you BIG TIME! I hope that you felt it was worth it to drive drunk, you bitch ass cunt!!!

“Precious” (what kind of a fuckin’ name is that?), you are nearly as bad, letting your child out to roam the streets at 1:30 am!!! Were you looking for him to score some H for you, or a little bit of crack?

If you didn’t get past 4th grade, please don’t try to write intelligently like you know something. Longest run on sentences with little punctuation or capitalization. Lousy grammar. Maybe it is written in New Britain Gang banger dialect and that’s my problem? It’s a wonder you can manage the register at Burger King. Or that didn’t work out and you are on the EBT Express plan?

First of all. Would. Natalie Torres can get the Long Arm.

However, it is worth nothing that a quick Google search indicates that a Natalie Torres of New Britain started an outrageous (think it was $6k) GoFundMe for her son to attend an academic awards ceremony. Provided it is the same woman, I would be willing to bet that there’s probably 5 Natalie Torres in New Britain.

Ugh you can tell her comments are fucking faked and dramatized as all hell, too. What 15 year old boy says “Mommy I love you”? Do ppl actually believe he said that? LOL. And he’s not dead, right? Why is she acting like he’s fucking dead? Bet she wishes he was, she’d probably get even more “Sympathy for ME” money. And DUI mom needs no words, her shit speaks for itself. Those poor babies should have been taken immediately. If she really still has them, I’d like to point my worker over to her house so she can leave me the fuck alone. Both women in this situation are mentally unstable and self-centered.

This story could get better. There is exactly one club in Berlin Connecticut. It is called Centerfolds. Go figure . . .
