Alright guys, let’s play a game. I’m going to show you a bunch of photos that were posted in the Grew Up In Fall River group and you try to find the specific item in the squalor.

Bonus points if you find shit I missed! Automatic win if you find a dead animal.
Before we start the game of Hoarder I Spy a quick note about what you’re looking at: This apartment is owned by an 85 year-old landlady in Fall River who had to evict the skankusting tenants.
The landlady’s grandson, Jonathan Cabral, who is obviously bullshit about what was left behind, rightfully put these two sloven cheesehogs on blast. He wanted to warn future landlords in the city about what they were facing if they rented to these two. These are some of the most heinous pictures I’ve ever seen and you should probably look at them with an empty stomach. The worst part, as if this barfulous sight could get any more heinous, was that the 30-something grandma Natalie Ricardo/Raposa, and her 20-something daughter Samantha, had two kids living in this.

Find the Ramen!

Can you spot the guy?

Empty bottle of Fabuloso?

Empty can of Finding Nemo soup from the original movie?

Sandwich maker? (hint: It’s behind the cottage cheese milk.)

Shitty diaper? (No, not the table of mouse turds!)

Jordans?

Count the disgruntled animals!

Sippy cup?

Readers choice! Black fungus baby bottle, Peanut Butter, or Sam’s cola can!

Count the mouse turds!

Find the dog shit!

Find the Christmas Tree!

Find the box of Captain Crunch!

Yikes. How many points did you rack up?

Well, once the post went up, Samantha, the daughter, responded to the masses of people typing “call DCF” and claiming they were honking in buckets because the  disgust they felt after seeing the pictures.
Samantha deleted her comments (and her Facebook) just about as fast as she put them up, so, we didn’t get those.  It seems her general response was that she didn’t live like this, she and her loose mother were set up, and that the landlady had left all of the garbage to make her look bad.

Right. An 85 year-old woman had about four years worth of filth, dogs shit, grime, rotting food, and the endurance to turn a giant fridge around to make them look bad. Nana isn’t Dirt Hulk with special abilities in diaper shit.

The best part? The 85 year-old nana is required by law to store all of this shit and pay for the storage out of her own pocket AND clean after these trolls. Is she supposed to include the blackened bottles of milk and dog shit too?

Jonathan said that his poor grandmother had gone through all of the proper procedures to get the set of hosebeasts out of the apartment. Meaning they were given ample notice to pack, and get even their basic necessities out of the apartment, before coming home and finding themselves locked out. Let’s face it, they didn’t take it seriously because people like this don’t have their priorities anywhere close to straight. They are too busy burrowing through moldy pizza boxes, like the burping rats they are, to read an eviction notice.

Oh, and this genius:

Fuck off, Linda. Don’t give me that shit about how it’s a psychological issue. This is laziness. Just because some half-assed TV show tells you to feel bad for these people doesn’t mean you have to buy in to it. That’s the problem with society today. We keep making excuses for people who, rightfully, should be social pariahs. You’re not mentally incapable. You’re a disgusting fupasloth who should fork over some of that state money you’re probably getting for some trash bags. Chances are that’s what these two are using for coats these days anyways. Thankfully Fall River has flashy new purple bags so they can look good while camping out in a Dorito bag tent.

It looks like a bunch of kind citizens offered to help Jonathan’s grandmother clean the place up. I personally think Natalie and Samantha should be forced to do it after a mother/daughter mandatory sterilization.

Make ’em famous, Turtleriders.

You have to pay for storage? That’s just BS. I’d rent a 30 yard dumpster and fill it with the contents of the house- dogshit and all, cover it with a tarp, and tell the hogs they’re welcome to retrieve their belongings anytime in the next 30 days.

It’s worse than you think. Not only do you have to store there S$%T for 3 months but you can’t just hire any moving company. There are specific companies that are authorized to move and store this stuff at a cost of 5-10K.

I was forced to enter a dwelling similar to this for professional reasons as part of my job and ended up with a bad case of Norovirus otherwise known as the Cruise Ship Virus. Three days of vomiting and diarrhea then day four in the hospital with bag after bag of Saline Fluids being pumped into me. Wasn’t until day six that I was back on my feet although not at 100%.

What a fucking disaster! I lose my mind if I see crumbs somewhere… I’m one of those “weird” people who always washes dishes after dinner, and sweeps both kitchen and dining room before bed. If you keep a set schedule, your house will always be spotless. It’s when people go over 1 week without cleaning and then just let shit pile up. No way, Jose… I need a clean and empty looking space (besides the playroom but that’s a given).

When I first started working, I was given a client who no one wanted, and I had no choice to take her. She was a hoarder. When I walked into her house it was “clean” and “organized” but she held on to lots and lots of shit like newspapers, ect. I was confused as to why she was having issues with the board of health…………………until I went to her other home that wasn’t occupied. I almost fucking died walking in there. I was trying to be so nice and understanding, but all I could think about was getting some sort of airborne illness from that third world country looking house. The whole time she’s fucking leading me through tiny walkway paths I’m just praying I don’t get ebola. I’m here in a suit and shoes climbing over boxes and kicking french fries that looked like they were there for months! Well, this may take a while so “take a seat” she says……………..Yeah? FUCKING WHERE?!? Where do I sit, please tell me because I’m almost positive that we are in the kitchen despite your stove being covered by what looks like cereal boxes, and hay. Why the FUCK is there a bale of hay in this goddamned house? Where is the horse? Excuse me, is that Urine I smell?? That’s fucking cool, exactly what I wanted to inhale today……….Mmmmmm… Best day of my life!

Landlord/Tenant law in Massachusetts needs to change. This is not an uncommon condition in which tenants leave apartments. Owning rental property is a losing proposition because one or 2 bad tenants like this can erase years of profit, if there is any profit after water bills, taxes, maintenance, insurance. Another problem is, many landlords invest a lot of money into their properties but when they sell, they have to pay high capital gains taxes as well. So they hang on, year after year, and endure the bullshit in the hopes of paying off the mortgage to sell for some measly profit that certainly does not reflect the time, effort they have invested or the aggravation they have endured.

And Linda Fisher, you are totally clueless.

I empathize with this lady. People like this should be prosecuted but the liberals who run this Commonwealth give them all the power.

Seven years ago I purchased a farm nearby and rented it to a girl we helped to raise. Her mother was a drug addict and Dad is seriously disabled with MS in a nursing home. We helped to raise her. She marries a shit bag. I was stupid, bought a farm and “rented” it to them at way below market rate out of compassion for their situation. The shitbag destroyed a backhoe I bought, cost me over $10K. They stopped paying rent, I had to evict them. Once they were out there was over $100K in renovations before I could rent again. I am financially devastated.

The Court said shooting these fuckers was somehow illegal. We need to change our laws.

After going into debt I have new renters who were introduced to my collection of weapons. Rent has been early every month! Great people, they are planning on purchasing the place this spring.

Before anyone rents do a social media and credit check. Because this girl was “Family” and I am stupid I rented to them. I will never recover my losses.

These shitbags deserve all the public shaming TB can rain down on upon them, keep it up! There are more responsible people than opportunists but the latter need to be called out.

    Nice article!

How is anyone going to determine what a former tenant left behind and “should be” stored? What proof do the ex-tenants have to provide to prove what “should have been there?” Who is going to know if the “vintage” gallons of milk (or furniture or whatever) get tossed with the piles of feces?

Homeowner needs an attorney who can take it to civil court and put liens on whatever these slobs do own (you know at least one has a newer car) to re-coup.

I wonder if homeowners’ insurance covers anything?

And oh yeah…DID anyone call DCF?

      January 12, 2017 at 8:20 am

If you throw a bag of crap in the rubbish without the sheriff present, the tenant can accuse you of stealing their valuables and they will prevail in a Massachusetts court. In short, even if it is trash, you still need to have a bonded mover move it and store it for six months and the sheriff needs to be there to verify it was done for the landlord’s protection.

As for liens, good luck getting a court to enforce it. Besides, they probably don’t have any assets.

What her defenders fail to realize is that not only did she destroy someone else’s property, but her actions had adverse health affects on her neighbors. If mental illness is the excuse, then she should be institutionalized and her children should be removed from her care for their own well being.

This is one of many examples of what is wrong with Massachusetts Landlord/Tenant laws.

Hey, TBS all the Turtle riders should be able to raise $1000 bucks or so to get that place cleaned professionally. How about TB encourage a little sunshine from readers? Tell us where to send it. Then you can post their donations in a blog. That would be fun to read. Again, this woman is elderly and HAS WORKED ALL HER LIFE. Unlike the welfare bitches that live like pigs.

Good idea…it is going to take a lot more than $1K though.

Only bright spot is that this happened in the cold weather…can you imagine having to clear that out in the heat of summer?

  • Rutand Rider
    January 11, 2017 at 7:16 pm

I have NEVER used Facebook to lambaste or harass anyone…UNTIL NOW! How FUCKING DISGUSTING. Why would the elderly landlady destroy her own property just to make this balloon knot look bad? Do you think Granny actually went out and collected old dog shit, and caught a mouse to let loose and shit all over just because she was mad at this piece of slugstance? This woman and her daughter should lose those kids FOR SURE. But they won’t. They will wait til one of them is found in a suitcase off the highway. I wouldn’t store SHIT by law. I would take pictures and have the health department come in to declare everything contaminated. Then I’d pay to have it cleaned up and hunt them down like the dirty beasts they are and collect rent, damages, and cleaning costs. I would stalk them everywhere they went to forewarn every landlord they come in contact with. That isn’t mental illness hoarding. That’s being a fat, lazy, welfare hog. See all that health food EBT buys? MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

My deadbeat brother (and his cat) abandoned his apartment a few years ago, so I went to see if anything was salvageable before the manager had it all hauled to the dump. I opened the door and was almost knocked down by the foul odor. The inside was almost exactly like those photos above. There were even jugs of piss! I hired a moving crew, which consisted of a bunch of hardened ex-cons, to help me remove some salvageable furniture, and even those tough guys were taken aback. One of them came out several times and gagged, may have even vomited a little.

TB you may be stumbling onto something through your quest to shame the shameworthy. I know a few landlords who would be more than willing to contribute to an online repository of bad tenants. This if it as a combination shame site/tenant background check before renting to someone.
