The Fact That Arlington Cemetery, Holocaust Museum, Had To Ask Morons To Stop Playing Pokemon Go Makes Me Want To Punch Millennials

Pokemon Go is cancer:

Seriously, what the hell is wrong with people? How is this not common sense? Why do these places have to ask people not to do this? Why even go to the Holocaust museum when you can be a zombie at Elm Park?

More importantly, how useless are you if you are standing over the bodies of American veterans, reading about the murder of 6 million jews, or standing next to the spot where 3,000 Americans were killed by terrorists, and the only thing that interests you is throwing a ball at imaginary Japanese cartoons? Seriously, just jump off a cliff. The bring nothing to this world and have zero value.

All of these places are AMAZING to visit. Especially the Holocaust museum. It’s one of the most interesting and fascinating places you will ever go. Went through their once and it took four hours. Could’ve easily stayed another four hours. It’s that fascinating. But this generation of MORONS is so freaking glued to their iMachines that literally nothing else matters except for their own selfish existence. Fuck each and every person whose life is so empty and whose mind is so simple that they couldn’t put down this temporary fad to soak in the important history involved in all of these national treasures.

It’s nice Nintendo’s stock skyrocketed.. what’s gonna happen when “victims” or their families start suing Nintendo because their Pokemon players were hit by cars, arrested (or worse) for trespassing, tried to get to a dangerous place that people with more common sense would have known not to go..
You get one warning if you come on my property… I first call police for an unknown subject on my property.. then I confront you and make light conversation to take up time.. then when police arrive I issue you a trespass order.
Nice game, pretty boy! (Can someone reference that quote?!)

Seems like nothing is sacred now. All about the money and the lemmings are lining up like lightning.

I play Pokemon and I see what they’re trying to do. They want people to visit places and get outside. I’m still fairly new where I live and it’s already showed me a few things I would have missed. A friend of mine was catching some at an historical museum the other day and I suggested she go inside and see a few pieces in there as it’s a really cool place. No response and 30 mins later she’s catching some at a McDonalds down the street. She got burger and fries. She’s in her mid-20s. I’m in my mid-30s. We’re on separate sides of the millennial line. Play Pokemon all you want at these places but actually learn something when you go there.

Lack of paying attention to history is the reason we have such a shit show going on now. History repeats itself if you didn’t learn about what happened the first time. Respect the dead. Realize BLM already happened and people just fucked up the results, abused their rights and benefits and now are self-entitled, lazy twats who don’t know squat about what their ancestors did for them during the original Civil Rights movement.

I’ve lived in Webster for 17 years, and I’ve found statues and monuments I didn’t know existed thanks to this silly game. I’ve also done a lot more walking and have dropped a couple of pounds.

I also found the back way into Webster’s shittiest housing project. So you have to take the bitter with the sweet.

This isn’t an indictment against the game so much as it is against the self-absorbed faux adults who lack the common sense, decency, and respect to know that certain places are sacred.

A museum, lol. Where’s the museum for the other 52 ,000,000. Those poor Palestinians suffer for what Germany, the Vatican, and Italy did.

Squirtle isn’t even the number one turtle in the Pokémon franchise.

      Blastoise all the way.

Many of today’s youth don’t know the meaning of respect. It’s sad.

Ever watch the millennial morons in a restaurant sitting together? Not one of them talking to each other, just a blank stare at their smart phones typing away in their own world for the entire time. It’s soooooo pathetic. No social skills other then talking to a machine. Take the digital devices away and they would probably hide in a closet for eternity.

    July 12, 2016 at 10:29 pm

Well TB, you do say that everyone should visit these places, maybe they should make it so you actually have to put the phone down and stay a while to access these pokestops or what have you? They wouldn’t visit the sites otherwise, so perhaps the company that makes this app should force the users to appreciate the history behind the locations they put in their game, just a thought.

Not a Pokemon, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. … I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
