You simply cannot find a goatee like that out of the confines of Ware. Until seeing this picture I had no idea that goatees could have pony tails. But anything is possible in the magical kingdom of Ware. He was picked up on outstanding warrants:
Only in Ware could a man like this have outstanding warrants and remain undetected for so long. Because let’s be honest, this guy could walk into the Ware Walmart and not a single person would think his choice of facial hair is at all out of the ordinary. I also love how they have to point out that he was respectful when being arrested. Ya know, like you’re supposed to be. Must be a rare treat for the cops in Ware.
