ABCHome school student Chris Gaither, 11, was alone Wednesday morning when he heard a noise. Someone had broken into his house and walked upstairs. Gaither said he was scared, but wanted to be prepared so he grabbed a nine-millimeter hand gun.

“When he was coming down the stairs, that’s when he told me he was going to kill me, f-you and all that,” Gaither said.

The intruder made it out the front door with a hamper in hand. That’s when Gaither started firing off bullets. As the intruder was about to jump a fence in the front yard, Gaither’s 12th and final shot hit the suspect in the leg.

“I shot through the hamper he was carrying,” Gaither said. “It was a full metal jacket bullet. It went straight through the back of his leg. He started crying like a little baby.”

A baby that learned his lesson.

“When I pulled the gun, I guess he didn’t think it was a real gun because he kept on walking,” Gaither said.

Talladega Police are still investigating and have not released the name of the suspect, but the Gaither’s mother said this man has robbed their house before. They don’t know him personally. A sign hanging on Gaither’s fence outside the house reads, “Basset on guard.” It turns out, there’s more than a dog protecting the house on Creekside Circle.

“I hope you learn your lesson coming to this house trying to steal stuff,” Gaither said.

What a bad ass. “He started crying like a baby.” Yea, pussbag. Ain’t you never been shot before? Legend.

This is the most Alabama child who has ever lived:

Overweight, good with a gun at the age of 11, really good at video games, and gloats like a champion. Think anyone’s gonna try to break into his house and steal a hamper again? Not unless they want to get shot at 12 times. Sure, he could’ve just let the guy get away with whatever dirty laundry he had in the stolen hamper. The police would eventually catch up to him. But that’s not the point. He wanted to send a clear message to this shit for brains that when you rob his house, he ain’t calling the police. Because HE is the law, and you will learn your lesson by getting shot in the leg.

P.S. I love how this kid is allegedly a home schooled student, but yet he was home alone and had easy access to a gun on a Wednesday morning. Because in Alabama, home schooling just means your parents were too lazy to sign you up for public school. This is the profile of every Alabama Crimson Tide football fan who has ever lived. They can’t read or write, and they’ll certainly never be accepted into the University, but that’s not gonna stop them from yelling “Roll Tide” and acting like they are at all affiliated with the school.

An American hero for the Second Amendment, and gun ownership! This is precisely why most people have guns in a home. Besides hunting & sport shooting, this is the single most important reason to own a gun…protection of life!!! And in many southern states, property! Many gun owners can talk a good game, but this 11 year old actually had the balls to deliver. Hopefully the investigation clears him!

JHC! The kid isn’t a Ranger, a Seal or a Marine sniper. He’s an 11 year old kid dealing with a useless prick invading his home. I didn’t shoot a handgun until I was in my 20’s, but grew up shooting rifles and shotguns. It’s remarkable that this kid made a hit at any distance. A WWII Marine I met once said the best shot he ever saw was with a .45 at an enemy soldier 75 yards away. He was Guadalcanal Vet.

A kilby bitch would have missed from 10 feet away and a 30 round mag.

In the video game world this kid sucks. 12 shots and only 1 hit him and didnt kill him? Thats a bad K/D and piss poor ACC%.

In real life, I want to adopt this kid. This is an example of parenting done right (though leaving a 11 yr old home alone might be kinda iffy but its Alabama soooo)

I wouldn’t say he’s good with a gun, since he missed the first eleven shots.

Kids from Alabama are supposed to be crack shots by the time they turn eight!

You can never tell. The insanity that used to seem to be mostly contained in the Northeast and the West Coast seems to be infecting everywhere these days.
