Uhoh, look what we did……

Oh look, the Boston Globe has the decency to actually site their sources:

Unlike the Turtlegram and Gazette, who continues to embarrass themselves by going out of their way to pretend we don’t control the media:

“A website.” Sad.

The only thing the Globe left out was that legendary line,

“Do you know how many dicks I had to suck to get that?”

I’ll ever get tired of that one. Ever.

Anyway, great job by the State Trooper for not taking this lying down. Apparently Trooper Sceviour is less than two years on the job and he’s already standing up to the brass:

Boston lawyer Leonard H. Kesten, who represents Trooper Sceviour, told the Telegram & Gazette, “What they did to Trooper Sceviour is terrible.” He added, “It’s so wrong how they took this honest trooper who was doing his job, woke him out of bed and ordered him to participate in a criminal conspiracy.”

“This kid has guts,” Mr. Kesten said of the trooper. “He told the major this is ‘morally vacant.’ What you’re doing is completely wrong. He said that to a major. He’s a year and a quarter on the job. He is a hero.”

Not even Jimmy McNulty would pull a move like that.

But make no doubt about it – he’s 1,000% in the right, and like his lawyer said, he’s a hero. This isn’t just him standing up for himself. He’s going up against a corrupt system of judges, DA’s, and cop climbers like Major Anderson and Colonel McKeon. I’m sure this wasn’t the first time was happened. Business as usual. But Trooper Sceviour said enough was enough, and now the precedent has been set – no more politically connected coverups.

What happened here wasn’t some minor thing. It was a criminal conspiracy. And the fact that it’s all being put on Colonel McKeon is bullshit. If he wants to jump on the grenade then go for it. But the fact of the matter is that he didn’t just randomly decide to order Major Anderson to have the report altered. Why would he? How did he even know about it? Thousands of people are arrested in this state every month by the state police. Colonel McKeon doesn’t read the arrest reports for 1% of them. Someone called him. And that someone had to have been DA Joe Early, who was called by Judge Tim Bibaud himself. How else could this have been set in motion?

Of course Judge Bibaud vehemently denied it and called Turtleboy a liar. But where’s he at now that the Globe is insinuating the same things we did?

Turns out Alli was even drunker than we thought. It’s scary to think that someone like this would be behind the wheel of a car ON THE HIGHWAY!!! Not only was she three times the legal limit, she was too fucked up to give fingerprints because she kept going in and out of consciousness, making “lewd comments,” and trying not to vomit!! In other words, just another Tuesday night out with Alli!!

I remember my first beer too!!

In his daughter’s defense, she wasn’t one of those, “do you know who my Daddy is” enabled chicks. She only mentioned her Dad because she said he was gonna kill her. And for whatever reason Daddy wanted to protect her reputation. But what for? She openly broadcasted herself as a ratchet all over her Facebook page:

She probably wouldn’t have even cared either. She obviously has no reputation left to protect. This is just Dad not wanting to have his daughter smear the family name.

I honestly hope this chick does get help. But she needs to hit rock bottom to understand what that feels like. And protecting her from the embarrassment that she brought on with her own words doesn’t help accomplish that.

Anyway, the case seems like a slam dunk, largely because of the voicemail left on the trooper’s phone that the Colonel wanted to speak to him in regards to the arrest of a judge’s daughter. Boom. Case closed. The chief was only giving her special consideration because of who her father was. The State Police spokesman who was so quick to admonish the troopers for doing their job, didn’t have dick to say about how Colonel McKeon randomly found out about this one statement in one random arrest report from a part of the state he likely thinks about very little.

But they won’t be able to cover it up in court. Not with the MSP’s Union. They don’t fuck around like that. The only question that remains is, who’s going in the Turtleboy graveyard for this one? Will it be Judge Bibaud? DA Early? Colonel McKeon? Major Anderson? Like I said, from the looks of it McKeon is gonna jump on this grenade and retire with a nice pension. But he didn’t do this on his own.

So this chick will blow you for a bag of heroin? What’s that cost…10 or 20 bucks? If she’d dress up in her little cheerleader outfit (bathroom pic) and get nasty for an hour I’d throw her a hundred….provided that she let me slip into a body condom first. Does anyone have her number? And I’ll give the trooper a lot of credit, as there are many that would have taken the bj and gone on their way (though the booking pic is very nasty).

Massachusetts State Police the finest Police Agency in the country… World!!

CAMBRIDGE – State Trooper Robert Monteiro was found guilty yesterday of raping two women he had stopped for speeding on the Massachusetts Turnpike, indecently assaulting them and extorting sexual favors.

Judge Robert A. Barton revoked Monteiro’s personal recognizance bail and ordered him held in the East Cambridge jail until sentencing on May 17.

Monteiro, 25, of Wilmington, was convicted of six charges: two each of rape, indecent assault and battery, and “asking corrupt gifts.”

Assistant District Attorney Marian Ryan recommended two concurrent sentences of 15 to 20 years at the state prison in Walpole and lesser concurrent sentences for the assaults and the asking corrupt gifts charges. …

Well, she is an enterprising ho. I’ll give her that. As for the judge, surely his fingerprints are all over this one. As for the claim her comments weren’t relevant—that’s full BS. She offered her services in exchange for leniency. That’s known as a bribe, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The Colonel needs to be demoted and possibly even prosecuted for altering or forcing his underlings to alter a police report. Let the Colonel offer to turn state evidence against the judge to get his own leniency. Nothing and I mean NOTHING is worse than public corruption. Even in Massachusetts, home to a 100 years of corrupt Kennedy family leniency>

  • Kenge Carboys

As a former prosecutor of felony drug cases, I can assure you the statements ARE relevant and if I as the DA find out from the cop later he left out such juicy details (like he blurts it out at a deposition) it hurts his credibility and weakens my case – I’m going to be pissed. This happens sometimes with minor things and it becomes a pain – hell, sometimes it comes up with exculpatory language (something that makes the person look LESS guilty) and technically anything the cops know we know under the Brady v. Maryland line of cases. You HAVE to tell the defendant or technically your ass could be in jail. It’s that serious. But you can’t disclose what you were never told by the cops because they left it out of their report. Among many other things report writing is a skill cops DESPERATELY need additional training on. Most get maybe half a day at the academy, and many of them have the spelling, grammar, and comprehension of a 5th grader (and some are poetic geniuses with laugh-out-loud yet effective reports, to be fair).

Let me tell you one reason I got out of the game, besides the crushing lack of resources and case loads, was the political maneuvering. These are elected officials, and they are going to remember their big donors.

I was asked to do some things I thought were a little questionable, mainly that being to keep the higher-ups apprised and in the loop when the case involved a family member of somebody important or was one the cops had a major hard-on for. I will say I was NEVER commanded to do anything illegal or clearly unethical per Bar rules, but that’s just one DA and one low-level prosecutor. This area is RIFE with abuse and a huge reason for unequal sentencing outcomes. As Trump would say, “Big problem. Very unfair.”

That said, the ONE time I was asked to do something I truly believed was unjust (to let a guy off with a reduced charge on his 10th+ DUI because his friend who was the main fundraiser for the DA told DA “he needs his license because he’s a business owner”) and that as a member of the Bar and servant of justice I could not do – I was transferred about two weeks before the “suggestion” came down from on high to softball the case. And the fact is that’s not something I could “report” – DA’s have incredible discretion, all the more so because they ARE elected by the community.

WOAH .. Waoh .. woah .. (think Peter Griffin) …

So you’re telling me the following (in summary form) happened?
    1. Drunk scag bag gets uber blitzed on heroin and alcohol then gets into a wreck on the highway…
    2. While being investigated it is determined she has an open investigation for heroin…
    3. She tells the Trooper she committed prostitution for drugs (for those of you counting, that’s two laws – possession and prostitution which she has just confessed, without coercion or even questioning, also known as a ‘spontaneous utterance’.)
    4. She offers the Trooper sex acts to go easy on her after announcing daddy is a Judge (as pointed out not to intimidate the Trooper but it would have that effect none the less, “I have a gun, but don’t be scared I don’t want to shoot you.” and expect the liberal next to you not to be scared LOL! Oh, and that’s law number 3 broken.)

So… in the original report was the willful confession to 2 laws and the Troopers recounts of a 3rd law all being broken… never mind that she was driving and whatever she did that lead up to the accident … and you say that these were ‘sensationalistic’? Does that mean Chris Murphy’s made up gun statistics are ‘sensationalistic’ to push his agenda in a time of tragedy?? Of course not! It fits the political agenda!

I solute this Trooper. It takes a lot for one man to cross the line laid out by his superiors; and even more when that man is a cop and there are likely alot of cops which will NOT like what he is doing because they are establishment also and will seek punitive responses (there goes your get out of jail free card!) … but he did it!

This chick needs help, she is clearly fucked up and knows it… but TB is right, she won’t really get the help until she hits the bottom face first and knocks some sense into the head of hers!

So kudos to TB for breaking this story (that took guts because lets face it, if he was wrong thats a REALLY huge deal; and you know if he ever gets in trouble they won’t forget this….) and kudos to this cop for doing what I said had to be done, one of the cops had to come out publicly …

Now, let’s grab some popcorn and watch this play out!

For those who say the comments were not relevant to the case, by saying she had to blow guys in order to get the heroin, she is establishment ownership of the drugs and the method in which she procured it. Without this statement, in court, a good lawyer could clam it wasn’t hers and that someone else must have put it there.

It’s bad enough that the report was changed, but to punish the officer for doing his job is wrong, and people need to get fired over this.

    • Morty
      November 8, 2017 at 3:50 pm

She wasn’t charged with possession. Apparently we no longer prosecute people for having drugs in this state.

  • Morty
    November 8, 2017 at 5:48 am

Not sure it’s a slam dunk as the comments don’t really have to do with the crimes she was charged with. Does the officer know the charges when they right the report?

    • Dave the lawyer
      November 8, 2017 at 6:26 am

Her comments are an admission of possession and use. She was charged with driving under the influence of drugs. It also shows how messed up she was – sober people don’t say that stuff. Her statements have everything to do with the case.

      • Morty
        November 8, 2017 at 3:41 pm

Maybe… She was referring to drugs that were confiscated. She did not admit she was on drugs or driving under the influence. Think about it, if a person has drugs that is not proof they are driving high, a person can drive high without having drugs on them. Also, you don’t know her, some sober people are disgusting whores.

    • mcf1122
      Ann Flaherty

Mort-The comments are more than relevant to the defendant’s state of mind. All statements that a defendant makes may be pertinent at trial. If they aren’t in the police report, they could be more easily denied. Know before you post. No, the comments may not be a slam dunk in her case, but they are certainly made and should be noted.

correct remember ” you have the right to remain silent anything you say can be used against you ” so removing them from the report is wrong

      • Morty
        November 8, 2017 at 5:48 pm

It doesn’t seem like you are familiar with the facts of the case. Protocol discourages that not all statements should be in the police report. The officer must decide what is relevant to the charges. I respectfully disagree that her statements somehow prove she was under the influence of drugs. For all we know she is a loudmouth whore who will suck off any man she wants to get what she wants.

    • Corruption 101
      November 8, 2017 at 10:23 am

Regardless of what was or wasn’t redacted, the fact that there were people who used their political positions of power to alter an arrest report that was submitted to the court is an issue. Not to mention, those statements are called “corroborating evidence” and does go to supporting the charges against, even if they aren’t elements of the crime. If those statements aren’t relevant, then neither is the statement, “I can’t believe how many drinks I had tonight” when someone is arrested for drinking and driving and should never be written in a report. But it is. IT ALWAYS IS. If you think that the MSP doesn’t write everything that is said or done by someone who was arrested EVERY time they arrest someone, you’re sadly mistaken. They don’t redact “embarrassing statements” from every arrest report, so why did they do it to her’s? Because Daddy is a Judge and made a phone call….

I think he looks somewhat like Scott Brown and that bothers you to no end it has nothing to do with “hate or intolerance” but keep using the “hate” tag-line to demonstrate how righteous you are. When your accusations fall flat, make things up why not. Place imaginary motive on other people so you can be more heroic in your mind. He is going to be facing down people that are all connected, who all owe favors to one another. I hope he can get an unbiased judge to sit for his lawsuit.

I’m so sick of the nepotism and corruption that runs so deeply within our (once great) Commonwealth. It’s not enough that these mid to upper-level state employees bilk the taxpayers out of *tremendous* sums for their salaries and pensions. Oh, no. They have to all cover for each other and play games using said taxpayer’s monies.

In order for the real upper-level folks to stay in office, they’ve bought the votes of welfare kings and queens. Throwing benefits every which way and that. While the folks who provide said benefits via their tax dollars live paycheck to paycheck and can barely afford a home.

    Make Massachusetts Great Again!

Anyways, back on topic. I do hope Trooper Sceviour has a legal leg to stand on. Can any legal-eagles explain to me if he does? Because if supervisors have the authority to edit reports, as long as they’re not removing things relevant to a prosecution, then Sceviour will need to prove what? A criminal conspiracy? Either way, he’s just made himself a black sheep among state workers, unfortunately.

Let’s all show our support for Trooper Sceviour by calling our state reps and telling them that if we were arrested and said embarrassing things, no judge would be calling the MSP colonel on our behalf.

The trooper was FORCED to remove three statements that were evidence.

1 Her stating her dad was a judge. that;s witness intimidation.
2 she attempted to bribe him with sexual favors.
3 She confessed to prostitution to receive drugs.

They tried to cover up 3 laws being broken. A cops job when filing a report is to document every action and statement, and lets the D.A. sort it out.

I still think the Major will be the fall person here, even though she appears to have done the right thing.

Kudos again to the cop, mucho integrity there,

The state Appeals Court has sent the case of a former State Police trooper convicted of rape back to Superior Court to determine whether he’ll get a new trial.

Daniel Grant, 46, of Holbrook, is serving an 8- to 10-year sentence in prison. A Middlesex Superior Court jury convicted him on three counts of rape in April 2007.

You know that he doesn’t necessarily have to sue for money, right? He can sue to force the records to properly amended, etc.

Besides, even if he *is* suing for money, I’m fine with that. It’ll make it clear to folks in the MSP leadership that this behavior will not be tolerated… hence preventing more of this behavior and any more potential lawsuits.

Two wrongs don’t make a right, you’re correct. But you hear the word “lawsuit” and assume that Sceviour is in the wrong?

Uh-oh, *someone* believes in the “overly-litigious society” myth!

Massachusetts State Trooper Derrick A. Costa’s arrest on a charge of domestic assault and battery revealed for the first time that he has also been suspended without pay since June 24 because of allegations of drug dealing, larceny, forgery and witness intimidation.
Costa, 40, of 185 Judson St., Raynham, has been a state trooper for 15 years and was most recently assigned to the Middleboro barracks, state police said Friday.
Costa had been scheduled for arraignment on the domestic assault and battery charge Friday morning in Taunton District Court, but failed to appear because he was rushed to Morton Hospital and Medical Center for an alcohol-related issue, according to his attorney, Earl Shepherd.
When Costa failed to appear, the court issued a default warrant. He ended up arriving at court for the arraignment in the afternoon and entered a plea of not guilty.
“Taunton police arrived this morning (at the hospital) and took him into custody,” Shepherd said.

Two wrongs don’t make a “rite”. Yeah, Public School educated? Your comment and spelling obviate the fact you are a moron.

Obviate means “to anticipate and prevent or eliminate.” So you’re saying his incorrect spelling removes the fact that he is a moron.

Not saying he isn’t one, but when you insult others based on their spelling and words, you want to make sure that you know what the words you are using mean.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — A former State Police officer was sentenced Friday to 10 to 12 years in prison on charges that he robbed pharmacies in order to obtain OxyContin pills.

Christopher P. Shields, 42, pleaded guilty to several counts of armed and unarmed robbery, the Essex County district attorney’s office said. Essex prosecutors were called in to investigate the case because Shields had once worked as a homicide detective for Middlesex County District Attorney Martha Coakley.

Prosecutors said Shields stole 1,278 pills in all. Shields also pleaded guilty to five charges of putting a person in fear and one count of shoplifting.
Middlesex Superior Court Judge Charles Grabau also sentenced Shields to 10 years of probation.

Funny thing is he will be treated better than ever before. The other 2200 Troopers will all respect him more than ever. The only people he pissed off are the other crooked political figures who will never be able to look at him without getting exposed.
