So the Boston Globe was doing Boston Globe things this weekend and decided to go after Tom Brady for his involvement with the Best Buddies charity. WEEI’s Jon Tomase, a disgraced “journalist” who made became famous by making up a lie about the Patriots taping Rams practices when he worked for the Herald, explains what the issue is:

Tom Brady’s time doesn’t come cheap. When he devotes an annual weekend to the Best Buddies charity to captain a celebrity football team, host VIPs at the Kennedy compound, and pedal in a 100-mile fundraiser, he’s raising oodles of cash. The charity credits him with helping bring in $46.5 million since 2001. Hard to argue with those numbers. But this being Brady, and the Patriots being the most polarizing franchise in sports, it’s not that simple, unfortunately. The Globe’s Bob Hohler on Sunday dropped a front-page expose detailing Brady’s financial relationship with Best Buddies, which could kindly be termed symbiotic.

While Brady’s time has inarguably helped the charity make an impact, it has come at a cost. According to the Globe, Best Buddies is basically the sole donor to Brady’s personal Change the World Foundation. The QB started the foundation in 2005 with $490,000 of his own money. Since then, 98 percent of its funding has come from Best Buddies, which has donated or pledged $3.25 million.

screen-shot-2016-12-05-at-8-36-43-pm

And what does Brady do with this money? He mostly donates to organizations with which he has personal connections, like $250,000 to his alma mater, Junipero Serra High School, in San Mateo, Calif. That’s a private school with tuition of nearly $20,000 a year. According to the Globe, he has also given $100,000 to the Catholic community where he was married, another $100K to his own TB12 Foundation for nutrition, $50,000 to Ohio State in the name of the lingerie executive who introduced him to Gisele, and $10,000 apiece to schools attended by his children — a private school in New York, and a working farm in Brookline. This is where things get needlessly sketchy. Brady and his supermodel wife are reportedly valued at more than half a billion dollars. They could very easily fund their own charity with their own money, donate to whomever they want, and not be questioned about any of it.

Screen Shot 2017-04-24 at 10.32.05 AM

So long story short here – Best Buddies uses Tom Brady to raise insane amounts of money for kids with disabilities. Without him as their spokesperson they wouldn’t raise half of what they normally do. That’s just common sense. And in return, the Best Buddies gives a very small percentage to a foundation that Brady created, which then disperses that money to a variety of hand-picked charities, many of which directly benefit organizations that Brady has ties to. Brady pockets nothing personally.

This is the best they can come up with. This is how sad and pathetic the Boston Globe is. They’re mad that Brady is giving a small fraction of money which is raised by a charity that would not have the money it has were it not for his brand being attached to it, and giving it to charities that are not the Best Buddies. God forbid.

Screen Shot 2017-02-01 at 10.32.58 AM

Basically what they’re trying to do here is they’re trying to get people who have donated to Best Buddies to be all upset that their money went to groups like a “catholic community,” instead of the Best Buddies. And make no doubt about it – they chose to bring up the small donation to this organization to make it look like Brady is a radical, Bible thumping right winger.

But in reality less than one percent of one penny out of every dollar they donated made its way to this catholic community. The rest went to Best Buddies, and they wouldn’t have received that money were it not for Tom Brady promoting the Best Buddies. It’s really simple. I would just assume that if I’m donating to a gigantic charity that much of it is going to overhead costs and stuff like that. It’s why I don’t donate to large charities. Brady violated no laws, and it’s common practice for charities to do this. The Best Buddies used Brady, and paid him a commission for all the money he brought in for them. Then Brady took that money and dispersed it to causes he deemed worthy, like the public school he went to in California.

So why would they even bother researching such a non-story? Simple – this:

American football player Tom Brady (fore) tees off, watched by real estate developer Donald Trump (in red cap), on the course at Trump International Golf Club, Palm Beach, Florida, January 22, 2006. (Photo by Davidoff Studios/Getty Images)

Brady is golfing buddies with Trump, and hasn’t done his due diligence by resisting. That’s all this comes down to.

Keep in mind, we’re living in a state riddled with corruption. There are actual scandals going on left and right. Pick any non-profit. Chances are there’s some questionable people getting government grants, financed by the taxpayers. But the Best Buddies doesn’t get it’s money from taxpayers. It comes from private donations. Yet the Globe still deemed them more worthy of investigation.

And what does it matter how much Tom and Giselle are worth? Oh right, they’re going for the whole, “class warfare” thing. They want readers to ask themselves, why is Brady raising money when he could just be donating his own money instead? Rich people shouldn’t have that much money, and it’s our business how much of that they give back to charities. So long as we approve of those charities and no one who has any connection to Brady’s 40 years on earth sees a penny of it.

Screen Shot 2015-12-01 at 10.29.56 AM

Just to clarify as well, Brady made ZERO DOLLARS off of this for himself. Nothing. If he sat at home and didn’t have anything to do with any charities, there would be no stories. This is apparently what the Globe would prefer. It’s not enough to be charitable. You have to make sure the money you raise goes to causes that the Globe has approved of. I mean, just look at this asshole:

Tom+Brady+Best+Buddies+Challenge+Hyannis+Port+IN1AEWSw0C4l

Tom+Brady+Best+Buddies+Challenge+Hyannis+Port+0pQoLVnuuAZl

Tom+Brady+Katie+Meade+Best+Buddies+Challenge+bWK0s2QheWql

What a shithead!!! Those kids wouldn’t be smiling if they knew that 3 cents on the dollar of money that should be going to them is being funneled to Brady’s old high school!!

Meanwhile, the Globe could’ve reported that TB12 just helped raise $86,000 the other day for the family of murdered Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino:

The family of murdered police officer, Ronald Tarentino Jr., has extended their thanks to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots for their support following his tragic death.  Thanks in large part to the Super Bowl winning team, a recent event raised $86,000 for his widow and three sons.

“That immediate response shows where his heart is at, and that Ron’s death has made an impact on him as well,” Tricia Tarentino, Ron’s widow said afterward. “Ron was just that kind of person. He had an amazing personality and wanted to reach out to help others. I think that’s why so many people have responded to this tragedy. It’s just a great loss. They’ve grown up watching Tom Brady and looking up to him,” she said of her sons, Ronald III, 21; Spenser, 18; and Kyle, 15. “I can’t even tell you how great their response was. They were blown away. They were so excited.”

What an asshole!!! Helping out families in need? Family members of a police officer who was assassinated in the line of duty by a career criminal? Then again everyone knows the Globe has a clear anti-police slant, and employs idiots like Pete Abraham who go along with it. So it’s not really surprising they would deem this story unworthy of coverage.

Screen Shot 2017-02-27 at 10.14.48 AM

In the Globe’s hit piece they interviewed Daniel Borochoff, president of Chicago-based Charity Watch. He pointed out that that Brady could help Best Buddies to a much greater extent if he didn’t take their money. He said it’s not illegal, but it’s not a good look. So we Googled the guy, and the first thing that comes up was this:

“The most recent Clinton Foundation rating from another watchdog group, CharityWatch, gives the organization a solid “A.””

This “neutral” charity watchdog idiot gave Hillary Clinton’s corrupt cash cow the highest rating possible. That’s all you need to know about him, and it’s all you have to know about the Globe’s credibility. At this point, if you believe anything the mainstream media tells you, you’re kind of an idiot. I can understand falling for it a couple times. But how many times do they have to show you that they can’t be trusted before people just stop believing them altogether?

Congrats for getting your panties all in a political bunch over this! Way to show the world who’s boss!

For the record, I think it’s pretty douchy of Brady to take money without it being disclosed he’s being paid, but as the article you reprinted in its entirety says this will be a non issue in a day or two.

So untangle those panties and give us something we care about.

The Dems and their lemmings aren’t interested in the real news.

With their short attention spans and limited intelligence, they prefer fake news with its shiny objects and false narratives that keeps them comfortably ignorant.

Not to mention he volunteered for no compensation at all for YEARS to Best Buddies before he started his own charity. When he told Best Buddies he wanted to concentrate on his own charity and didn’t have the time to volunteer anymore they basically begged him to still represent them. So what did he do? Did he leave them hanging because he doesn’t have enough hours in the day to perfect his professional craft, raise a family and contribute his time to TWO charity causes? No, he was willing to still be a part of Best Buddies because he knew how much they needed his celebrity and he made it work for everyone even though it would still be kind of a pain in the ass for him.

I can’t tell you how angry I was reading the comments on the Globe website of all the holier than thou liberals bashing Brady. Like they spend every spare moment and dollar they have to contribute to worthy causes. Personally if I had the F U money Brady has I would donate money here and there but as little time as possible, but that’s because i’m kind of an asshole. Brady on the other hand goes above and beyond. Still not enough penance for someone who voted Trump I guess… Gee I wonder if the Globe ever get around to exposing the our Cherokee Senator?

If one were to do their own research into the Clinton foundation, One would find them to be a very highly ranked charity on all fronts. Not alternative news, Just Facts!

Coming in 2017 to theaters everywhere….mark ruffalo as Tom Brady in “Spotlight 2″….the Pulitzer is on it’s way, clear of a spot on the shelf. This is the kind of hard hitting reporting that can function as a life jacket for a medium drowning in obsolescence. I might just order TWO copies of the Sunday Globe…

The Boston Glob (Correctly spelled) hasn’t been relevant since 1980-what? How many times have they been sold? Threatened to close? It’s nothing short of a liberal sausage fest, with little to no substance and even less truth. I’m not even Happy with Brady, (His whole “Gisselle stole my balls so I can’t see my friend in the WH thing) but can we say flamming fucking prejudice? Should I hold my breath waiting for Hillary’s “Where did the Haitians money go?” segment? Nah you’re right…That takes nads no one in the glob has.
