Hey fam – if you’d like to support Turtleboy and what we do here, feel free to hit the donate button at the top. We basically have to run this site like a Bernie Sanders campaign now since we’ve been blacklisted by Google and Facebook, due to the fact that rabid SJWs keep reporting our posts. Getting blacklisted by Google is a death sentence for most websites, since it’s much harder to monetize. And we all know the damage Facebook has done. We’re never going to stop fighting for free speech, but in the meantime the best way for turtle riders to fight back is to donate to the cause. Without you people none of this is possible. We love you all.

Last year we published this blog about a CBS Boston journalist who decided to make an ill-timed joke about the suicide bomber at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England.

It went over like a “draw Mohammed noodz” contest in Saudi Arabia. Nevertheless he persisted:

He was the Internet douche of the day for one shining moment in May of 2017.

Oh, and he of course tweets stuff like this too:

Because #ImWithHer

Also I’m a….

Well he’s still tweeting away, and has actually picked up over 100,000 followers since last year. Twitter has rewarded him by allowing him to keep his blue checkmark, thus verifying his importance. And yesterday he shared his thoughts on Columbus Day:

Oh look, the guy who makes jokes about people dying in terrorist attacks all of a sudden is morally opposed to Columbus Day. Shocking.

The Columbus Day whining gets me every year. Christopher Columbus, like most people in history, was a product of his time. We have multiple memorials in Washington DC for slaveholders (Jefferson, Washington). Judging people using modern day standards is a trend that really needs to end. Because 200 years from now Obama will probably be viewed in the same way because he wasn’t woke enough about gay marriage, or abortion, or whatever is socially unacceptable then. It’s just dumb.

On top of that Columbus took a chance, risked his life, and in doing so united western civilization with a land mass that takes up half the globe. No, he didn’t “discover” America as SJWs who know a grand total of five historical facts will let you know. But his trip got more and more people to explore this part of the world, settle it, and turn half of it into the greatest place on earth today.

And yes, his people were responsible for terrible atrocities. They took land that wasn’t their’s, they raped, and they pillaged. But guess what? That’s how the world worked back then. Whoever had more guns got the land. There’s this myth that he raped and pillaged a bunch of innocent people. But not all Native American tribes were peaceful. Many were, but some were doing the same exact shit Columbus did – using violence to take what they wanted from other tribes. Because that’s how shit worked in the 1400’s.

That’s why celebrating “indigenous people’s day” is so dumb. Not all indigenous people were nice. Some were, but many were not. Some tribes enslaved others, raped women, and even cannibalized their enemies. But because Disney made Pocahontas into a movie all these idiots like David Leavitt think they were building tee-pees and smoking weed when the evil white men murdered them and took their land.

P.S. Speaking of Pocahontas, some jokes just write themselves:

Look, we all know that the Irishman Pól ó Cárthaigh discovered America in the 10th century, but Columbus sailed here on an arduous journey, whereas ó Cárthaigh flew, and should be recognized for that accomplishment as well as for secretly bringing the Knights Templar back to Oak Island.

Shaka Zulu is believed to have killed up to 1,000,000 as he conquered South Africa. He killed men, women and Children. Left yawns …. that was the 1700’s.

The left wants all real history erased so they can invent their own to fit their agenda. Critical thinkers know that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

Consider this : Had not Columbus and other European settlers discovered and populated North America, the inhabitants would still be chasing buffalo for food and wiping their asses with leaves !
Do you think the indigenous folk would have had the ability to create what exists today without European knowledge ? Nope !
They’d still be running around with spears and shitting behind trees.

Pretty sure Christopher Columbus contributed more to the world than some native tribes who used to chop each other up anyway.

Show me some maps of the world’s oceans that ‘indigenous people’ created. Dumbfucks were still using stone arrow heads when the settlers already had like 100 years’ worth of gunpowder weapons.

Sorry, peeps, but history don’t lie.

And since we’re in the mood for not working as much these days, why not just declare another Monday to be a national holiday? Would we find any complainers for another day off?

Personally I don’t consider it a holiday. Just another day.
