Charlie Baker Is Part Of The Coverup Now, Claiming Colonel McKeon Made A Mistake, Won’t Investigate Liars Dan Bennett, Judge Bibaud And Joe Early

We haven’t really had a chance to celebrate the recent addition of Massachusetts State Police Colonel Richard McKeon to the Turtleboy Sports graveyard when he “retired,” as we reported he would hours before the MSM reported he did. But it’s by far the biggest fish we’ve taken down. Sure, we’ve helped dismantle some fraudulent non-profits and ratchets selling food stamps on Facebook, but this is the highest ranking member of the MSP. One blog. Done.

And even the MSM has started to take notice. While jokes like Fox 25 News, WCVB, and the Turtlegram and Gazette pretend this story just kind of happened on its own, others such as the Boston Globe, the Washington Post, and the Boston Herald have all cited the blog as the catalyst that set this all in motion. The Herald mentioned us in their front page story Sunday, outlining how this all happened:

• Oct. 26: A blog called Turtleboy Sports publishes a story outlining how the police reports were scrubbed.

So much winning.

Here’s what’s bullshit – Colonel McKeon is taking the fall for this and Charlie Baker is letting that happen. Check out his interview after McKeon retired:

Masslive: — Massachusetts State Police Colonel Richard McKeon “made a mistake,” and his decision to retire “in the grand scheme of things, is probably the best thing for the organization,” Gov. Charlie Baker said Friday.

“There are circumstances and situations where they do remove information from arrest reports that aren’t consistent with the charges being brought. But in this particular case, it appeared to be an unfair situation, and I think the colonel made a mistake,” the governor said.

He “made a mistake?” No he didn’t. A mistake is forgetting to dot your i’s and cross your t’s. Colonel McKeon intentionally went out of his way to take part in a conspiracy to coverup a crime admitted by the daughter of a well connected judge who used to work for the DA’s office because it was too embarrassing for the family. This is not some routine thing like they’re making it out to be. This woman would not have had this luxury were her Dad not Tim Bibaud. That’s just science.

The fact of the matter is that Charlie Baker is part of the coverup now. It’s advantageous for him politically, less than a year before an election, to be scandal free. He appointed Dan Bennett to be head of public safety as part of his plan to “clean up” Deval Patrick’s mess. Bennett works with DA Joe Early (best buds with Tim Bibaud) on a daily basis:

He’s always there for the big events with Colonel McKeon, and politicians like Early and Jim McGovern, such as the funeral for Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino:

He would be the one who Joe Early would’ve called in order to get the go ahead to ask Colonel McKeon to have the report altered. And when Baker announced that they were investigating the allegations Turtleboy made, he immediately announced that Dan Bennett was “incontrovertibly” innocent:

“Look, as I said, those are serious allegations,” Baker said. “It’s very important that the facts associated with them be properly vetted. For example, one of the ‘facts’ in there was that Dan Bennett was somehow involved in this … He wasn’t. Incontrovertibly was not.”

Oh I see. The investigation had not even begun yet, and the guy who ultimately is in charge of hiring Colonel McKeon is already exonerated. Must be nice to be buddy-buddy with the governor and have that kind of job security.

The fact of the matter is that Colonel McKeon did not randomly decide to order his subordinates to randomly alter a random report out of Holden. It’s just not plausible that he goes through thousands of weekly arrest reports from all over the state and came to the conclusion that one report which included the sentence, “Do you know how many guys I had to blow to get that?” would have to be altered IMMEDIATELY, and the two troopers and sergeant involved would have to be reprimanded. Do you understand how many ratchets like Alli Bibaud say embarrassing things that are included in arrest reports on a daily basis? No one is buying this.

The most disgusting part about this is that Judge Bibaud gets away with this, despite being caught in a BOLD faced lie. A day after we published the blog, Judge Bibaud reached out to Worcester Magazine editor Wacky Walter Bird, knowing he was still seething with anger after we got him suspended for weeks because we exposed him for sexually harassing politicians he was covering, because he knew Walter would cover his ass for him. And that’s exactly what he did with this article: in which Judge Bibaud called Turtleboy a “bald faced” liar:

Judge responds to altered police report claim: ‘It’s a bald-faced lie’

According to him he did not know about the report or Alli’s arrest until long after she was arrested:

“I absolutely, vehemently deny making any contact with anybody [to alter the report],” Bibaud said. “The first I heard of it was Monday night, driving back from Pennsylvania when [Maddaus] called. He said they did that to the report. It wasn’t even an issue for me.”

“I never read the report,” he continued. “I never read the blog. I never had anything to do with contacting the State Police or the DA. My sole concern was toward my kid.”

He says he did not know about her arrest report until “Monday night” when he was driving home from Pennsylvania. But yet according to the Boston Globe he picked her up at the barracks on the night of the arrest:

But how can that be? He was on his way home from Pennsylvania? He might wear a shirt and tie and have a gavel, but make no doubt about it – this is nothing more than white collar “dindu nuffin.” And it’s easily provable that he is a LIAR.

Then there’s the indisputable fact that a Lieutenant left a voicemail with the arresting officer, telling him that they were forcing him alter the arrest report “of a judge’s daughter”:

The Lieutenant said it himself – this is happening because of who her father is. If it didn’t come per orders of the judge (it did) then he would be screaming to high heavens, demanding to know why the State Police put him in this situation. But he’s not. All he’s doing is calling Turtleboy a liar while claiming he dindu nuffin.

Bibaud also lied about this:

Bibaud said he returned home last night to find TV news trucks in front of his house, with news crews informing him he was being investigated for altering a police report. He also said he fielded a phone call recently at 2:36 in the morning from a person he said identified himself as being from Turtleboy Sports. Bibaud said the caller said, “You must be proud of your daughter, eh, dad?”

We published that blog at 1 AM on October 26. And according to his interview with Worcester Magazine he came home that night and there were already news trucks in front of his house.

BULL-SHIT.

We also never published his personal phone number and no one would have access to it, so clearly no one called him. Judge Bibaud is a “bald faced” liar, who is getting away with this because he’s got the nice guy reputation and he knows the right people.

So what’s next? Well, we’ve taken this as high as we can take it. We caused a shitstorm and forced the governor to force Dan Bennett to force Colonel McKeon to “retire,” which is bullshit because he’ll collect his pension and find another job to double dip on in the meantime. If the governor and Attorney General are cool with sweeping this under the rug then there’s not much that can be done. They’ll keep doing stuff like this and be more careful with it going forward. But the turtle will be watching, and we’ll continue to expose them each and every time they think they can get away with doing something like this.

Of course, as they say in the state, “They’re Connected”. This is a spin they create when things go astray. The state is dirty, always has been, always will be. Some things never change.

It was actually originally bare-faced in the 1600’s, then bald, and now bold. They all work.
I replied to the comment twice and it was censored, much like the state police report.
    Et tu, TBS?

Doesn’t the MSP have cameras? They should have pictures of whom they released her to and the two of them leaving.

She was impaired — what if they’d released her into the custody of a rapist? Yes, that’d be a problem, so they have lots of documentation of whom they gave her to.

And if that CCTV and paperwork is missing, well…..

I officially have no confidence in the Commonwealth of MA Judicial system. This untruthful Bibaud, a Deval Patrick hack, sealed the deal.

Great job, TB. Now the question is, how many arrests did NOT get special treatment such as facts swept under the rug?

McKeon is taking the fall- which is hardly a fall with his golden parachute. The rest will see no consequence, except in the eyes of the public. This is why Trump got elected. Our politicians and media are so corrupt it’s ridiculous. Baker has no balls. He would never take a stand that might affect him politically. He’s a huge fucking disappointment!

Chicken Charlie can pound sand. Time to recruit a 3rd party conservative candidate for Gov. There’s no way we can allow a Democrat back in the Corner Office (the three declared candidates thus far are: Outgoing Newton Mayor Setti Warren [has no chance because he’s an Iraq vet], Deval’s budget chief Jay Gonzalez [like Baker is a corrupt health ins. exec.], and treehugger Bob Massie;. Jimmy Tingle (Yes, the comedian!) and Quentin Berry are seeking the D-party Lt. Gov. nomination.)

Regardless of who the top of the ticket is, the Mass. D-party held a convention last spring at the DCU Center with a radical platform, which includes:

-$15/hr to flip a hamburger (which is putting the high school kids out of work)
-Free U.Mass (including illegals; could lead to legally-mandatory college…)
-The phony criminal justice reform bill currently under the Golden Dome
-F-U to the cops and military and vets
    -Climate change

The only way Mass. is going to change for the better is for the GOP to take over at least one of the chambers of the Legislature next year. But we can find 3rd party conservative candidate to actual put pressure on those hacks with Ds and Rs (I think both state parties are nullifiers).

You’d think the Globe or Herald would pick this up and find out who made the call and contribute something to the story. You’d think….

The saying is “bald-faced liar,” not “bold.” Not sure if you are being obtuse on purpose. Also, don’t get me wrong, I am here because I appreciate this blog. Not being a grammar nazi just to be one. And you did put “BOLD” in all caps calling attention to it.

TB is calling attention to it because those are the very words used by the good judge himself in answering TB charges.

      A-1 work, Turtleboy!

Baker isn’t covering up. He got McKeon to resign. Do you really think Baker is going to resign? He took the appropriate action and will conduct an investigation. Maybe a few more early retirees like the DA, the judge and some brass at MSP. He might even institute some long needed policies regarding those late night phone calls when the well connected get pulled over. Charlie Baker is too touchy feely with guns and immigration but he got this one right.

Appropriate action? He has done nothing. Two sets of rules. He is part of the problem.

    • Are you naive?
      November 13, 2017 at 11:25 am

McKeon is a fallguy. He deserves to lose his job, because he was a willing participant in the cover-up. But there’s no way he initiated the cover-up. The colonel’s superior(s) told him what to do, and he followed their orders.

You are kidding right? “Dan Bennett was somehow involved in this … He wasn’t. Incontrovertibly was not.” How the fuck would he know that? Oh that’s right, Baker appointed this hack. I’m so annoyed when dumb asses like you buy this bullshit. Go fucking hug a tree.
