Here’s a Facebook post from the Shirley Police Department celebrating the work of Lt. Alfreda Cromwell for receiving the 2018 Department of Children and Families Community Partner Award:

And it’s turned into a lovefest:

Isn’t that just swell. A cop who is devoted to helping protect children from predators. What a great thing that we all should be applauding, right?

Well, it runs out Lt. Cromwell has an interesting past with abused children that will make you think that this Facebook post was made by The Onion and not a police department.

In November of 2016 Lt. Cromwel (who at the time was a Sgt) was fired by the three member board of selectmen (2-1 vote) for a number of infractions:

After accusing Cromwell of giving fraudulent testimony at a Nov. 1 hearing before the board, Police Chief Thomas Goulden recommended that selectmen vote to terminate her. Selectmen Kendra Dumont and Robert Prescott, both of whom are the subject of a recall petition, voted to terminate Cromwell. Selectman Enrico Cappucci opposed the move, saying there is not enough evidence to fire a respected officer.

So what did she do to warrant termination?

At the Nov. 1 hearing, selectmen voted to demote Cromwell from sergeant to patrol officer after a 2-to-1 vote found her in violation of not following instructions from Goulden regarding a confidential registration for her personal vehicle, which the chief said she was not authorized to have.

“Sgt. Cromwell took it upon herself to deviate from that process without my authorization and upon learning I wasn’t going to authorize it, still maintained the confidential plate and took no action to correct it,” Goulden said, recapping the issue.

The chief said he asked to reconvene for a third hearing Wednesday afternoon because he discovered that Cromwell’s testimony on Nov. 1, where she said former Shirley police administrative assistant Ann Whiting told her she remembered that Cromwell was threatened outside of Ayer District Court in 2007 — the initial reason she obtained the confidential registration — was not true. Goulden met with Whiting Monday at her residence and Whiting, who served as the administrative assistant for nearly 30 years, provided a signed statement denying she told Cromwell she had any recollection of the incident.

In other words, Lt. Cromwell claimed wanted her personal vehicle to have confidential registration, and told a town administrator she needed it because she was threatened outside of Ayer District Court. The town administrator denies this conversation took place, and Lt. Cromwell got the confidential registration even after Chief Goulden told her not to.

Ehh….that’s not really grounds for termination though. But she also did this:

On Memorial Day 2016, Cromwell changed out of her uniform while on her shift as shift sergeant and into her Marine Corps garb to participate in the town parade. She never asked for permission and Goulden gave her “verbal counseling” after the incident, he said.

Yea, that’s not good. She was on the clock as a police officer, in charge of other cops, and she was marching in a parade out of uniform at the same time. Although no one got hurt, it does establish a pattern of insubordination, and a stern talking to was perhaps in order, but not termination.

But here’s the big problem – she’s twice been accused of failing to properly investigate serious allegations of abuse against children.

The first incident occurred in October of 2015, when a man named Darren Senecal told FOX25 he gave Cromwell a tablet that might have included explicit photos of a child and the officer discarded the tablet in a desk drawer, several months earlier:

It took Cromwell 132 days and an order from the chief before she documented a report from a man who visited the Shirley Police Department on June 9, 2015, to report “his concern for his stepson’s well-being,” an investigation found.

The man said he went to the police department with a tablet containing multiple “disturbing” photos of his stepson, which he did not believe the child was “technologically proficient” enough to take, according to an investigative report conducted by Alfred P. Donovan, a special investigator for ADP Management.

When the child’s biological mother went to speak with him about the photos, the child “snatched” the tablet and eventually deleted the photos. The stepfather said he asked Cromwell to turn the tablet over to the State Police Crime Lab to retrieve the photos, according to the report.

“The entire reason for leaving the tablet with her was so that it could be evaluated by the State Police Crime Lab,” the stepfather told Donovan.

Over the next few weeks, the stepfather said he called Cromwell on “several occasions,” including leaving multiple voice messages to “inquire about the status of the investigation” but never received a call back from Cromwell. He said he never heard back from Cromwell and became “frustrated,” so he went to the police station to file a complaint with Goulden on Oct. 16, 2015. Goulden had Cromwell document the incident “on or about” Oct. 19, 2015.

When interviewed by Donovan, Cromwell said she did not recall “learning the particulars of the information regarding the inappropriate photographs of (the man’s) stepson or the fact that he wanted the tablet evaluated by the State Police Crime Lab,” according to the investigative report.

The report found that Cromwell having no recollection of that conversation “is simply not credible.” Donovan said he found the complainant to be “forthright and credible,” regarding the June 9, 2015, meeting with Cromwell at the police station.

“It is also not credible that Sergeant Cromwell, as a police supervisor trained in sexual-assault investigations, would hear allegations of ‘inappropriate photos,'” take possession of the device and “later not have any recollection of discussing” the photos, the investigation found.

Because of this, the investigation found that Cromwell violated the Shirley police department’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations by failing “to appropriately record, document, investigate or process” the man’s complaint from June 9, 2015. Goulden formally notified Cromwell on Dec. 11, 2015 she would be suspended five days without pay.

You gotta be shitting me. Stepdad comes to her because she’s well known around town as the cop who is the advocate for children. Stepdad says he saw pictures of this stepson that someone else took, which were clearly of a sexual nature. Kid gets embarrassed, deletes them all, and the parents rightfully expect the police to give the tablet to the State Police to retrieve the pictures. She fails to do so and the tablet sits in her desk in a situation in which time is of the essence. Then she says she doesn’t remember the meeting taking place, but yet an INDEPENDENT group that investigates it says this is impossible given her background. She’s rightfully suspended for five days without pay.

While she was suspended she posted pictures like this to Facebook to elicit sympathy and victimize herself:

When this made the news it prompted another victim to come forward and share their story of neglect from Lt. Cromwell:

On Dec. 27, a frustrated resident came into Police Chief Thomas Goulden’s office to inquire about the handling of a sexual-assault investigation led by former police Sgt. Alfreda Cromwell. When her son showed her the story more than a month after it was published Nov. 13, she said it felt like a punch to her stomach.

“There were no names given; however, it struck really close to home,” said the woman, who is not being named to protect the identity of her son. (The Sun generally does not identify people who allege sexual abuse.) “Immediately, I reached out to the Shirley Police Department saying this sounds eerily close to my son.

As in the other case, the woman said Cromwell, who is a trained sexual-assault investigator, did not return phone calls, missed appointments and had not questioned the potential suspect in the investigation of allegations made by her son that his biological father, and her ex-husband, sexually abused him for nearly a decade.

In the investigation that came to Goulden’s attention just last month, on Feb. 4, 2015, Cromwell was handed a case from a police department in Worcester County because while the boy disclosed his allegations in a Worcester County home, he said they happened in Shirley. That day, around 4 p.m., Cromwell met with the victim’s mother and began gathering information about what may have occurred. Cromwell also received the first disclosure by the victim of what had allegedly occurred, written on the back of an envelope.

“He wasn’t comfortable speaking about it verbally, so he would write his thoughts and feelings out,” the mother said.

So when her son would write, she would drive to the Shirley Police Department and drop off more disclosures. She brought more diary entries from her son on Feb. 10 and Feb. 16, according to incident logs made by Cromwell.

“They were descriptive writings my son had given of specific incidents,” the mother said. “Where they happened, how they happened, what he was wearing, what the location was, whether he was in the shower. They were very descriptive, right down to his clothing. It was years of molestation, rape, showing of pornography, offering of alcoholic beverages,” she said about the abuse the her son endured by his biological father dating as far back as 2007. “The list is long. He wasn’t comfortable speaking about it verbally, so he would write his thoughts and feelings out.”

That’s why when the victim’s mother informed Goulden that Cromwell told her in April or May of 2015 that she would be making an arrest within three to five days, the chief said it would be “highly unusual” for him not to be aware of an arrest made for allegations of this nature. No arrest was made.

The mother said her ex-husband was never interviewed by Cromwell. Goulden confirmed there is no documentation in the department’s records of an interview with the man by Cromwell. Goulden said he has learned Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan’s office was in contact with Cromwell during the investigation. He said a district attorney’s office offers “guidance” to police in these situations, which most likely would include interviewing the suspect, Goulden said. The mother said Cromwell missed their first meeting with Ryan’s office about the incident. Ryan’s office does not comment on ongoing investigations, a spokesperson said.

“There is embarrassment,” the mother said describing how her son feels. “There is guilt. There is all this other kind of behavior. Nothing has happened to his father. There has been no accountability. There has been no questioning. There has been no arrest. There has been no interview. There has been nothing.”

This is INSANE!!

So a year before the first sexual assault case was ignored by this trained officer of the law, this mother and her victimized child came to Lt. Crowell as well, and told her about the alcohol-fueled rape and molestation of a child at the hands of his animal father. Kid can’t even say what happened because he’s all messed up now, so he has to write it all down and document it. Lt. Cromwell promises to make an arrest in a couple days but never does. This was probably incredibly hard for the victim, who then gets revictimized when she ignores multiple phone calls from the victim’s mother, just as she did with the other family.

We know this is all true because of Lt. Cromwell’s own logs. Additionally Middlesex AD Marian Ryan’s office (which let the animal Jared Remy remain free so that he could murder the mother of his child) set up a meeting between Cromwell and the victim’s mother. Lt. Cromwell couldn’t be bothered to show up.

And now she’s getting an award from DCF for her “outstanding efforts of social workers, staff and community members on behalf of children and families.” Because “the DCF Community Partner Award is a way of acknowledging those people who are vital to DCF’s mission and their efforts to keep children safe.”

What planet am I on? How is this not bigger news? This woman was rightfully suspended from her job after she ignored not one, but TWO serious allegations of child rape. This is a town of 7,000 people. What the hell else did she have to do??? It’s not like this is Chicago where the grizzled detective already has a full plate of murders to investigate and doesn’t have the resources to look into another case. This woman didn’t even bother questioning the two men who were accused of sexually assaulting children!!! And now she’s getting an award for her work PROTECTING children!!!

Shirley you jest.

So the incident with her license plates wasn’t that serious, but it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Considering all the other shit it’s amazing that she wasn’t fired previously.

Case closed right?

Wrong.

Lt. Cromwell then played the only card she could – identity politics. As a woman of color she was going to make sure she used this to her advantage in order to keep her job, even though her termination had nothing to do with race or gender and had everything to do with her failure to protect children from sexual predators. She’s the Joe Paterno of police. Joe was protected by football, and Lt. Cromwell was protected by white guilt-laden townspeople who don’t seem to care that this woman doesn’t investigate child rape:

Cromwell herself showed up in a Cromwell Strong shirt, playing the victim as if she hadn’t done something seriously wrong that directly endangers the safety of children:

Meanwhile on Facebook she was getting everyone fired up by sharing posts from people supporting her, and acting like she was the victim:

When she was fired she brought this idiotic mob with her, and one of her supporters tried attacking the Police Chief:

As Police Chief Thomas Goulden left the town offices Wednesday, Alfreda Cromwell had to hold back a man from going after Goulden as the chief exited the double doors.”

She was also “loving” posts where people were shitting on her boss, thus encouraging this level of physical retaliation against him:

Keep in mind, she was fired at almost the exact same time Donald Trump was elected, during a time when woke social justice warriors were looking to play the race and gender card whenever possible. That’s why Cromwell wisely claimed that she was a “victim of “discrimination and retaliation” in the department since Goulden took over.”

Right after she was fired by the 2-1 selectmen vote a recall election was put together by the mob to remove the two selectmen who DARED to think that a woman who did nothing to investigate child rape should no longer be a cop. Kendra Dumont and Robert Prescott were both voted out by a large majority. Maura Healey’s office, instead of investigating why this cop ignored two victims of sexual abuse, investigated whether the two selectmen violated open meeting laws by discussing her behind closed doors, something they were not even aware was problematic. This became the reasoning for the recall of the two selectmen.

Here’s the thing though – Kendra Dumont appeared to be one of Lt. Cromwell’s biggest cheerleaders prior to this:

Clearly Kendra Dumont had no bias agains Lt. Cromwell, who supported her until she did her job and voted to justifiably terminate her.

But with the two new selectmen on the board, it was time to fire the chief, put in a new chief, and reinstate Lt. Cromwell with a higher paying job.

Oh, and she’s also a huge supporter of the most notoriously anti-cop State Senator Jamie Eldridge:

This is a man who voted against spending a small amount of money so that cops in this state could have bulletproof vests, on the day of murdered Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino’s wake. A man who frequently retweets Shaun King, and was arrested i November of 2016.

A man who frequently accuses the police of being racist:

Screen Shot 2016-07-14 at 11.00.47 PM

A man who’s only defense is call people like Turtleboy racist when backed into a corner:

A man who claimed we were racist because we investigated a non-profit run by a black woman that was stealing money from the taxpayers, and we generally supported the police:

No good cop in this state would ever associate themselves with an asshole like this. But then again, Lt. Cromwell is not a good cop. Plus, Jamie Eldridge goes to bat for her all the time when he plays identity politics and pretends to care about women:

According to Eldridge he “completely agrees” that that the former police chief should be INCARCERATED for firing her:

Of course it doesn’t hurt that Lt. Cromwell has a smoking hot body.

And she frequently flaunts on social media:

And she loves when horny dudes tell her how hot she is, because she appears to be insecure and needs to post stuff like this to boost her self-confidence:

Eric Cappucci seems like a big fan. Keep in mind, the one selectman who voted not to hire her was Rico Cappucci. What a coincidence!!

This site right here gets way more into this story, and is written by a Shirley resident. They allege that she lied about her past as a marine to get the job in the first place, which is not substantiated at all. They also claim that she’s a stripper, and posted this image, allegedly while she was on the clock:

There’s no proof of this, nor is there confirmation that this is her in the image. But given some of her other pictures…..

I think it’s fair to ask the question.

Either way, it’s an absolute injustice that this woman was not only given her job back, but given a promotion and a raise. It’s a joke that SHE made herself into the victim, and used a mob of woke wypipo filled with white guilt form the election of Donald Trump, to smear the chief as a sexist and a racist. It’s a disgrace that she led this mob to recall a woman who said nothing but nice things about her, because she dared to vote to fire her after it was revealed that she did nothing to protect victim’s of child abuse. It’s disgusting that she freely associates with a State Senator who believes that the police are inherently racist.

The bottom line is that THIS is what is wrong with identity politics. If this woman were a white male, she would not have her job back. That’s just a fact. But because she’s a woman of color in the age of Trump, she’s the victim somehow, and the people who actually did their job no longer have their jobs.

My dad is a Turtle fan — I checked it out on his laptop and it looks great. He has zero problems on (it’s a pretty new laptop that I set up for him) and yet, I can’t get my laptop to behave the same way. He doesn’t have the endless scrolling or painfully-hard-to-comment problem. *sigh* ffff “[insert my race/gender] problems”.

This has got to be one of the most bizzaro world stories I’ve ever read. It’s like an insane, fictional parody that someone wrote that is so over the top that if it happened in real life you wouldn’t believe it. The only problem is that it happened in real life.

Incompetent, rogue civil servant breaks the rules, under performs on the job, gets fired; angry mob of SJWs fires selectmen and chief who were doing their job, while incompetent rogue civil servant is reinstated with a promotion and presumably a pay raise for breaking rules and under performing on the job… You can’t make this shit up.

She needs to walk away immediately and never again think about working in any occupation that involves children, ever. The only worse thing than an abuser of children is someone who knows about it and fails to do anything to stop it. You should be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail, in that order.

Her job is mis-understood. She is for community relations and outreach – to look good in uniform, march in parades, display diversity, visit schools, have a media presence, and be a role model for black/brown foster kids with ratchet parents. Isn’t this the new work of police? Protecting victims and locking up bad guys is so old school.
