The other day we published a blog about former Boston Globe employee Hilary Sargent, who was accusing editor Brian McGrory of sexual harassment when he asked her what she was wearing while working:

Just amazing that the Boston Globe pretends to care about the plight of women and minorities while harboring so many of these deviants.

Anyway, as usual the Boston Herald has written nothing about this. Because let’s be honest, the Herald isn’t a real newspaper anymore. I thought people like Adriana Cohen were alright, but where the hell is she on this one? She’s been whining about Facebook for months too, follows us on Twitter, and won’t return emails or messages we send her about stories like this. Because like most people in the media, she’s useless too.

Nope, the only ones talking about it or Kirk and Callahan and the Turtle. As usual. And on Beat the Press last night Dan Kennedy and Emily Rooney were forced to acknowledge that at around the 8:35 mark:

“If they aren’t looking into this, then who will? No one is, other than us and Turtleboy Sports.”

Keep in mind, these are Kevin Cullen and McGrory’s buddies. They back the Globe 1,000%, and they go out of their way to attempt to not point fingers directly at them.

“This was out of context. We don’t know what was said before this.”

Ummmm….under no circumstances is it ever cool for an editor to ask a subordinate what she’s wearing while working. Is it the worst thing that’s ever happened? Nope. But it’s clearly sexual harassment, because he’d never ask a man that. End of story. The Globe has zero credibility when it comes to women’s issues, and when the newspaper of record is covering up their own shit, and their “rival” isn’t even writing about it, you have a serious problem with journalism in your town.

The Herald is the Globe light. They’re pro union, pro Chahlie and both Mahties and generally
    everything the Mass. criminals want.

What bothers me is that she was “dating” him.

Yep, sleep with the boss when you are 19 so you can get ahead, and then turn around 20 years later and claim how you were victimized. No, the real victims are the other women who DIDN’T sleep with the boss and who don’t now enjoy the benefits of having done so.

And I don’t see anyone, including The Turtle, saying this….

For his sake I hope that Dan Kennedy has saved his money. How long before Northeastern closes the “journalism” school as parents and kids start to realize that their newspaper (and its associated career opportunities) has become as thin and news free as The Penny Saver? Dan’s the mortician of a rapidly dying industry. He knows it and clings to his remaining exposure as the candle sputters right before going out.

!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could not agree more. I learned far more about journalism as a stringer for the Medford Transcript than I did as a student in NU’s journalism program.

I gotta give credit where credit is due. Turtleboy was the only one covering my little problems when I was shaking down the babes here at Worcester Magazine or some tit and twat. The competition called InCity Times didn’t mention it. Anyway I filled out a application for Brian McGrory’s job. The chick who called me to come in for a interview sounded hot and sexy on the phone. So I got her email address and I been sending her dick pics.

Albeit funny as hell, I bet they (MSM) would take you more seriously, and credit you more often, if you omitted the name calling (i.e., methwaffle, etc.) because they could actually quote some of your material and use it mainstream.
Unfortunately, Mary Joe doesn’t want her precious, little Becky to hear about the “ratchisaurus” scamming her “woke” friends over the TV speakers while they watch Channel 7 News at the dinner table…
That time is reserved for “How was your day” time and chicken pot pie.

I agree and disagree. If there was a way to have a shadow site where you have a PC version and an original version I’d be for it. I can’t stand bland news as it sounds and reads just like everything else. The commentary and name-calling give the reports a 3D aspect that draws the reader in.

Younger career-minded taxpayers don’t watch or read the news our parents did. We respond better to articles that come out with something that grabs the reader. It’s just how it is.

Younger career-minded taxpayers don’t watch or read the news our parents did. Calling someone out like Didi, Alli, and other POS with all the terminology and names they’ve earned really memorializes what our taxes are going towards. We take better to articles that come out with something that grabs the reader. It’s just how it is.

Well done tb you’re starting to breakthrough. The proper punishment for this weasel faced, elitist, ginger, editor is a public sodomizing by Dildo Delgato with a big black strap-on.

Meh. Don’t punish a liberal with a good time.

      • Ooo look, liberal brethren, a giant strapon!
        May 23, 2018 at 5:55 pm

Yeah. They line up for that shit. Much better idea to vid a liberal smoking pot in public and upload it to the local cops’ Facebook page. Tit for twat.
