We’ve chronicled many stories about butthurt college students whining about safe spaces and oppression. We’ve laughed at these overprivileged losers who go to private schools where tuition is more than $50,000 a year, who feel like they can lecture other people abut what it’s like to be disadvantaged. But in one of the most bizarre stories you’ll ever here out of Emory University in Georgia, kids there are now whining about feeling unsafe from Donald Trump supporters who write in chalk:

Trump-chalk

Emory WheelStudents protested yesterday at the Emory University Administration Building following a series of overnight, apparent pro-Donald Trump for president chalkings throughout campus.

Roughly 40 students gathered shortly after 4:30 p.m. in the outdoors space between the Administration Building and Goodrich C. White Hall; many students carried signs featuring slogans such as “Stop Trump” or “Stop Hate” and an antiphonal chant addressed to University administration, led by College sophomore Jonathan Peraza, resounded “You are not listening! Come speak to us, we are in pain!” throughout the Quad. Peraza opened the door to the Administration Building and students moved forward towards the door, shouting “It is our duty to fight for our freedom. It is our duty to win. We must love each other and support each other. We have nothing to lose but our chains.”

Nice scarf kid. Goes nicely with the skinny jeans, combat boots, and hipster glasses. Sweet baby Jesus, is this what the future looks like. This kid really just said, “we are in pain” because someone wrote “Trump 2016 in chalk.” Hey moron, if you’re “in pain” because of a political endorsement that will disappear the second that it starts raining, then you are a naniburger with cheese. The real world is gonna knock you the fuck out and you’re probably never gonna get up. I can’t wait to see it.

This kid is a real winner too:

Five morons with their fists raised. That should fix the immigration issue!

After approximately ten minutes outside from the start of the demonstration, the gathered students were ushered into the Quad-facing entrance to the Administration Building and quickly filled a staircase to continue their demonstration. Pausing in the staircase, a few students shared their initial, personal reactions to the chalkings.

“I’m supposed to feel comfortable and safe [here],” one student said. “But this man is being supported by students on our campus and our administration shows that they, by their silence, support it as well … I don’t deserve to feel afraid at my school,” she added.

Wait….what?? First of all, student don’t have a right to support the LEADNG republican candidate for president anymore because it makes you feel “afraid?” I got news for you hunny, it’s not their job to get over it, it’s yours. If you are genuinely “afraid” of people who are supporting Donald Trump, then you should probably see a doctor, because you are not a well person.

Secondly, have we really reached the point where you can’t just have an opinion and keep that opinion to yourself? Because this young Nazi in training is suggesting that the University has some sort of obligation to come out and denounce Trump, and if they don’t then this is the same thing as an endorsement.

What planet am I on? I mean, just look at these whiny faces:

IMG_5790-1024x683

Good God, someone get these kids a safe space!!! They look German soldiers after the Allies forced to watch video footage from concentration camps.

German soldiers react to footage of concentration camps, 1945

A short time later, students moved into the Henry L. Bowden Board Room, surrounding the long table that dominates its center, the students themselves surrounded by portraits of Emory University’s former presidents.

Screen Shot 2015-12-28 at 1.20.12 PM

“What are we feeling?” Peraza asked those assembled. Responses of “frustration” and “fear” came from around the room, but individual students soon began to offer more detailed, personal reactions to feelings of racial tension that Trump and his ideology bring to the fore.

Newsflash – nobody gives a shit what you are feeling. There is nothing less significant than your feelings. They don’t matter. They never have, and they never will. If your administration was actually doing your job they would tell you this.

One student asked if Emory would send out a  University-wide email to “decry the support for this fascist, racist candidate” to which Wagner replied, “No, we will not.” One student clarified that “the University doesn’t have to say they don’t support Trump, but just to acknowledge that there are students on this campus who feel this way about what’s happening … to acknowledge all of us here.”

Alright, good for this administrator by telling these kids to calm their tits.

While Wagner initially stated that he would not be writing a University-wide email regarding Trump, after over an hour of discussion in the board room, he appeared to have decided to begin working on an email concerned with at least the chalkings, at which point he gently wrapped up the conversation so that he could begin drafting it.

Oops, I spoke to soon. Another gutless administrator giving into the butthurt patrol. Why do your job and actually teach these kids a lesson about respecting differing viewpoints? That’s too much work. Much easier to just give into their demands instead.

Grievances were not restricted to shortcomings of the administration. “[Faculty] are supporting this rhetoric by not ending it,” said one student, who went on to say that “people of color are struggling academically because they are so focused on trying to have a safe community and focus on these issues [related to having safe spaces on campus].”

No, certain students are struggling because they’re wasting their time worrying about chalk instead of studying for their midterms.

The University will review footage “up by the hospital [from] security cameras” to identify those who made the chalkings, Wagner told the protesters. He also added that if they’re students, they will go through the conduct violation process, while if they are from outside of the University, trespassing charges will be pressed.

Reviewing footage? I’m sorry, was there a terrorist attack that I missed? Even if they do find out who did this, what are they gonna do to them? Would this manhunt be taking place if they wrote “Bernie” instead? Oh that’s right, it’s only “hate speech” if you don’t agree with it.

College freshman Amanda Obando disagreed with Reibman’s view, saying that it dismissed the personal experiences of many who felt offended by the chalking.

“My reaction to the chalking was one of fear,” she said. “I told myself that it was a prank, and that the responsible individual was probably laughing in their room. I told myself that Emory would do something about it.”

Yes, whoever did this is probably laughing right now. At you. Because of your hilarious, idiotic reaction to the word “Trump.” As a matter of fact, we are laughing at you. Literally everyone. Republicans, democrats, liberals, conservatives. We all think you are a joke.

Meanwhile in Belgium, where immigration laws basically don’t exist, a whole bunch of people are dead or maimed. But please, tell me more about you don’t feel safe at a secluded private college in Georgia because someone wrote “Trump 2016 in chalk.”

Hey, here’s an idea kids – if you see something you don’t like, then just ignore it. Ya know, like an adult would. Nah, that makes too much sense. Better protest the campus president and demand more safe spaces from drive by chalkings.

Oh yea, and this is a picture from Emory University back when Ferguson was all the rage:

Candler School of Theology and Emory University students, faculty, and staff host 'die in' protest joining 1000's of others across the country in the proclamation that "Black Lives Matter." Ellison II, and set to the music of the upcoming Mix Tape by Beautiful In Every Shade titled "Social Justice Hustle -the Soundtrack of the Global Social Justice Movement" Mixed by Kwame Phillips. --- The phrase, "Beautiful Struggle", originated in a famous Martin Luther King Jr. speech entitled "Beyond Vietnam": “We must move past indecision to action. Now let us begin. Now let us rededicate ourselves to the long and bitter, but beautiful struggle for a new world. This is the calling of the sons (and daughters) of God, and our brothers (and sisters) wait eagerly for our response. BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY SHADE ™ is a grassroots empowerment campaign that believes in the beauty found in every human being. Our goal is to showcase, celebrate, and affirm the depth and breadth of that beauty. We seek to offer everyday people from around the world a chance to see themselves and others in a way that many never have before. www.beautifulineveryshade.com

So it’s OK to actually physically block other students from getting to class because you’re supporting a 300 pound ogre who robbed a store and tried taking a gun from a cop. But it’s NOT OK to write “Trump 2016” in chalk. Now I get it!!

This is why we kind of hope Trump wins. Not necessarily because we think he’ll be a great president, but more because we wanna see how all these idiots react. There’s nothing we love more than watching these people lose and fail. It’s the fact that these idiots think they get to decide what people can and cannot say because it makes them feel unsafe. Instead of curbing their irrational fears, they want us to cater to them. What are they going to do if Trump actually wins? I mean, this will permanently destroy all safe spaces right? They’ll have no choice but to talk about moving to Canada, but ultimately they’ll just go back on their iPhones and and like a bunch of pictures on Instagram instead.

The bottom line is the only people who have the power to teach this kids how dumb they are, are the administrators. The University of Missouri lost $32 million and enrollment declined by 25% because they gave into the idiot protesters there. Bowdoin College donors have vowed to stop giving money to their alma mater because they disciplined students for wearing sombreros at a party. Eventually they’ll have to choose between giving into these morons or keeping their schools financially afloat. If they go under then they have nobody to blame but themselves.

Hey kids ….. love ya …. feel your pain …. would love to join you in your stupid, freaking shenanigans, but have something more important to do …. like get up off my ass and go to my JOB! Which is something I am sure you Jackasses know nothing about. Hope I am not forced to look at any words that might cause me to be traumatized and feel unsafe along the way. Have a great day! Be sure and take your Xanax before you cross the street! Okay?

Personally I don’t like Trump. With that being said, in america you are entitled to free speech and to vote. Free speech also includes speech you don’t like or agree with. These kids need to grow up and respect the democratic process. Stop crying and vote. As much as I don’t like the guy, if 50% of the country does, then my options are to accept it for four years or leave, and there aren’t many other nations that have the freedoms we do.

These dopes could learn a little from Angry Young Man by Billy Joel, “I believe I’ve passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage, I’ve found that just surviving was a noble fight. I once believed in causes too, had my pointless point of view. Life went on no matter who was wrong or right.”

Hopefully when these infants grow up, hit the real world, and start paying taxes they’ll realize their causes, righteous rage, and feelings are are pretty pointless and nobody really gives two f*#cks. I pray for this great nation that a majority of the coddle me generation grows beyond that immature stage. If not we’ll have a lot of Angry Old Man Davis types, which is frightening.

Imagine if Wagner caught up and gave them a stern talking too about growing up, being adults, and not being scared of chalk. Donations and applications would be flowing in like a river from the majority of Americans disgusted by these dopes.

This stuff could make us even vote for Trump. Post this on national level and Trump could win. These cry babies are entertaining pathetic and scary at the same time. Maybe the college is putting estrogen in the kale.

If this generation was around in 1940, we’d all be speaking German

    • Dont like Trump but will vote for whoever gets the Republican nomination

      > If this generation was around in 1940, we’d all be speaking German <

True that. We speak English because of men who cared about America and didn't give a crap about political correctness or someone's feelings being hurt, and weren't afraid to kill people who wanted to kill us. Sadly, our country is going down the toilet because of these Bernie-lovin', everything-should-be-free pansies who can't survive in the real world. The country is dying! Take back the Republic and vote Republican!

I’ve got a twenty dollar bill that says “these whiny little brats were the ones that wrote the Trump 2016 messages”. I fear for the future of my country. I’d call them pussies, but I don’t want to insult pussies.

Good article TB, I was waiting for you to write about it. I believe, though, that the university has rules regarding areas where you’re allowed to chalk up and areas where you’re not allowed to do it, and I heard that these were outside of the approved areas and the discipline would be based on that.

  • JayC
    March 24, 2016 at 5:29 pm

One of the kids, and that might be giving way too much credit on the murity scale, was ok with “Trump 2016” but not the chalking that said to “Accept the Inevitable: Trump 2016” because that was concerning. I am sure this would be a non-issue of the chalking were in support of Hillary who everyone has had to blindly accept is the inevitable nominee. If it said “Feel the Bern” do the brats even look twice and run for their Sally Safe Space?

There is a picture of the University President after the anarchists stormed the building and board room and the look on his face was like he just got his balls lopped off. If a large group like that attempted a hostile takeover of a building on any place other than a college, where the inmates run the asylum, they would be arrested and rightfully so.

First let me state that Emory University is located in the uber liberal part of Atlanta and no where near where yours truly lives. Second, after hearing this I will definitely vote for and support Trump if he is the Republican nominee just to see their liberal heads explode!!! As one local talk show host said this morning, “Save 63, 0000 a year. Don’t send your kid to Emory!!!

And there is the problem. We have too many adults pussifying these kids.
I personally want Trump to win so I can watch all these people who have been saying,”He’s your president, you need to respect him.” get on board with that philosophy.

So young, so victimized, so much pain, so stupid, so inexperienced, so clueless.

Holy shit, someone wrote “vote Trump”. HOLY FUCKING SHIT!

God forbid there is another World War and the US starts a draft. We will be fucked sending over all these sensitive insta-victims. So fucked. Not one ball sack to be shared amongst all of them.
