The other day we wrote this blog about a corrupt SJW named Etel Haxhiaj, who sits on the Citizen’s Advisory Council in Worcester. They make recommendations to the city manager for government positions, and can reject any candidate who isn’t fit. Margaret Melican, a well-respected city attorney who has commented on our Facebook page many times with witty and hilarious limericks, went in front of the board for a position on the zoning board. Despite being overly qualified she was denied a position by Etel and local bootleg lawyer and District 1 City Council candidate Gerardo Schiano. Their reasoning? She reads Turtleboy Sports. Watch:

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what fascism looks like. A highly respected, law-abiding, highly capable attorney is being blacklisted because she comments on the Turtleboy Sports Facebook page. This is scary. This is your local government TRAMPLING on the First Amendment. Even if you don’t like Turtleboy it doesn’t really matter. What matters is that a government entity just punished a citizen for their speech, which is protected by both the state and federal constitution. Where does this end? Can you be banned from commenting on Breitbart? How bout Fox News? What about a more moderate site like Politico? Or can you only comment on the Huffington Post? How bout if you voted for Donald Trump? I mean, he’s a Nazi who wants to ban Muslims, or so I’m told. Isn’t voting for him a million times worse than commenting on Turtleboy Sports?

Scary shit people.

Here’s where it gets even more corrupt, and we didn’t even delve into this in the last blog. Dante Comparetto, a completely unqualified school committee candidate who has been arrested a million times, was also up for the same board as Margaret. His pitch to get on the board included an announcement that he crashed into someone’s car right before the meeting, and the fact that he thought he had AIDS one time. Watch:

He was voted in with a 8-2 vote, while Margaret was voted down 4-6. On the committee is Worcester Magazine editor Walter Bird, who HATES Turtleboy and voted for both of them.

But guess who is on Dante’s campaign committee?

Yup. Etel Haxjiaj. This is a BLATANT ethics violation. One that any honest attorney general would look into. But low and behold look who Etel is good friends with:

This is what corruption looks like folks. They’re doing it right in front of your face because they think you’re not gonna do anything about it. They know they can get away with it.

Etel doesn’t like Turtleboy so Margaret doesn’t get on. Even though Etel is clearly guilty of the same crime as Margaret – reading Turtleboy. How else would she reach the conclusion that it’s a hate blog if she hasn’t read it? Dante hates Turtleboy and she serves on his campaign, so he gets on. Oh, and District Attorney Joe Early, the same guy who got Auburn Police Officer Ronald Tarentino killed by releasing his murderer from jail because “prison wasn’t working for him,” is also a Dante supporter:

Guess who else was at the fundraiser and is campaigning for Dante:

Yup, Gerardo Schiano. The bootleg attorney who had the audacity to grill Margaret Melican, a much more experienced lawyer, about her ability to serve. I’m not even kidding, this guy is an “attorney”

If you hire this guy you’re pretty much guaranteed to go to jail. Just sayin.

Oh, and remember when Councilor Gaffney put forth a resolution to declare that Worcester was not a sanctuary city and it was voted down 9-2? Look who wrote a letter to the editor in the Turtlegram about it:

At the first sign of trouble, the “People’s Councilor’s” immediate thought is to concede. That is what Councilor Gaffney proposed to the Worcester City Council within days of Mr. Trump’s Executive Order on sanctuary cities. Never mind that Worcester is not nor had it ever held itself out as a sanctuary city. Never mind that the city’s federal funding has yet to be affected. Never mind that the city officials and residents don’t want our police officers to become involuntarily recruited by the federal government.

Instead, where other cities are deciding whether to become so-called “sanctuary” cities, Gaffney had our city deciding whether to join the Trump Administration. Now, thanks to Gaffney, the city has a target on its back. Prior to January 31st, the OJJPAC (Ohio Jobs & Justice PAC), which maintains the “Original List of Sanctuary Cities,” did not list Worcester as a sanctuary city. Now Worcester (misspelled Worchester) is squarely on that list.

If the city was hoping to fly under the radar, things are now harder. That is not to say, however, that inclusion on the OJJPAC’s list is the end all and be all for the city’s federal funding. The vote did not formally declare Worcester a sanctuary city. And Worcester does not have any laws or ordinances on the books that violate federal immigration law. Worcester may yet remain unaffected. But Gaffney’s poorly worded and ill-timed resolution certainly doesn’t help.

Gerardo Schiano, Esq.

Worcester

Oh, he’s a Gaffney hater. Shocking. But his job on the committee isn’t to infuse his politics. Yet he did anyway. Both should’ve recused themselves. But they didn’t. This is known as an ethics violation. It’s against the law.

And as we pointed out, Worcester Magazine editor Walter Bird was also on the committee. Check out the story they just posted about Turtleboy and Margaret Melican today:

Local Attorney Margaret Melican was denied the opportunity to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals after an interview in which her ties to Turtleboy Sports were called into question. The City Council will is expected to weigh in on the issue Tuesday night. The 4-6 vote by the Citizen Advisory Committee Thursday night came after Melican was grilled on her involvement with the blog and possible conflicts of interests that could arise from her work as an attorney dealing with land and property acquisition cases. Councilor-at-large Konnie Lukes has filed for a full transcript of the meeting and Councilor-at-large Mike Gaffney has called members of the CAC “fascists” among other things, in a YouTube video.

Melican frequently comments on the blog and has been the subject of at least one post – a nod from the anonymous author for the short limericks she left in Facebook comments.

Stop right there. This is not the original version of the story. Here’s the original:

“Melican frequently comment on the alt-right blog.” He omitted alt-right in the new version. Ladies and gentlemen, this is what fake news looks like. I don’t even know what alt-right means. All I know is Turtleboy ain’t alt-right. This Turtleboy voted for Bernie and so did SSTG. We’ve written countless blogs where we are critical of conservatives, just as we’ve done the same to liberals. We have no political affiliation and only seek the truth. But when they don’t like what you say, you’re automatically alt-right.

Look, I know there are thousands and thousands of liberal turtle riders out there. Here’s Worcester Magazine’s Facebook page. Go on there and let them know that bleeding hearts love Turtleboy. We go after politicians of all shapes, sizes, colors, and political parties. Please feel free to let them know that.

I’d also like to point out that Bill Shaner, the author of this story, recently retweeted a Turtleboy blog and endorsed it:

So…..if Worcester Magazine is supporting Turtleboy then how can Walter Bird serve on the CAC? After all, he supports a hate blog, as do his employees. See how stupid this sounds? Bill Shaner should be allowed to agree or disagree with Turtleboy as he pleases, as should Walter Bird and everyone else. This is how freedom works.

She has also represented the website and the owner of the business end, Worcester Digital Marketing LLC manager Aidan Kearney, in court. At the meeting Thursday, Melican said she doesn’t write for the blog. All Turtleboy Sports posts are anonymous so the assertion is impossible to confirm.

See what he did at the end there? We can’t confirm that she doesn’t write for Turtleboy. Billy Shaner is basically saying that if you can’t prove that you’re not Turtleboy, then we have to assume that you are in fact Turtleboy.

CAC member Etel Haxhiaj opened the discussion on Melican’s involvement with Turtleboy Sports, calling it a “local hate blog.” The blog frequently attacks women, minorities and poor people, she said. The anonymous writers of the blog do often target seemingly random people, using screenshots from Facebook and other social media to lampoon the subject for bad or coarse behavior. The authors often employ racially-coded terms like “ratchet” and “hoodrat” and have been widely condemned, at least by liberals, as mean spirited and racist.

Wait…..what?? Worcester Magazine just called “ratchet” and “hoodrat” racially coded terms? HAHAHAHAHA!! Fake news!! Here’s some people we’ve recently referred to as hoodrats and ratchets:

Oh look, it’s a bunch of ratchet white people. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. Looks like the racially coded terms apparently refer to the caucasian race. Fake news.

The media is lying to you about Turtleboy. The local government is blacklisting you and denying your rights if you read or comment on Turtleboy. Any of the millions of people who have read or commented on our blog are hereby disqualified to ever hold a job on the zoning board. Fascism 101.

Anyway, the City Council meeting is tomorrow night at 7. If you’re a Worcester resident who wants to support Margaret Melican, feel free to go on down there and say your piece. Everyone is allotted two minutes, even people who read Turtleboy.

P.S. If you have the time please email or call the City Manager to let him know that Margaret Melican should serve on this board, and Etel and Gerardo should immediately resign from their position, since the City Manager appointed them to begin with.

We urge you to support the Turtleboy Sponsors by doing business with them. Without them none of this is possible. Click on any of them to check out their sites or Facebook pages.

There once was a lawyer named Margaret. To the advisory board, she was their target. Applied for a job, but she was robbed, luckily she has turtleboy in her back pocket.

Dante’s Host Committee reads like a who’s who of political hacks and regressive liberal operatives, many of whom have been arrested and/or the subject of ethics probes/violations and of course, TBS blogs. These scumbags have infiltrated every facet of government and quasi-government agencies & “non-profits” – all to advance their fucked up agenda and no doubt profit from it as well. This is why this country and state have gone to shit and why Worcester is circling the bowl.

This list doesn’t even take into account those I don’t know their backgrounds – or the longer list of financial donors that pay to play with the corrupt and totalitarian Democrat Party.

I don’t understand why Dante having AIDS is mentioned. It isn’t a factor in anything. It’s a cheap shot. Also, first amendment protects your right to say what you want but not the consequences set forth by saying what you want. I doubt these posts help this case.

The reason Dante saying he has AIDs is relevant is because he himself brought it up as part of his resume.

You are truly a moron if you think that he doesn’t deserve to be tarred and feathered for his stupidity. Maybe you should join him.

Mentioning you have an illness doesn’t mean you should be attacked for having it. People mention they have cancer. Nobody belittles them for it.

0-100 there buddy. Sorry my internet comment pissed you off so much. Maybe instead of calling people names you could explain why it’s alright to bastardize a person for being sick.

I doubt your vocabulary is sufficient enough to articulate that though.

        Y’all need Jesus.

I don’t even know what “Alt-Right” even means. Perhaps some lame political marketing ploy that sounds kind of racist? At any rate; I read Turtleboy Blog almost incessantly and I too voted for Bernie Sanders in the primary and Jill Stein in the general. (I get nauseated every time I even hear Hilary’s race-baiting, condescending, Plantation sounding, self-serving diatribe of a voice)

Alt-right is anyone that disagrees with the regressive left. Even classical liberals like myself, who voted for Bernie, Hillary, Obama twice, and Kerry before that – are now considered ultra conservative Nazis.

But despite my liberal cred, I still never voted for Granny Warren.

The federal government should investigate that Healy lady. And this town is full of corruption. Packed full and some need to do jail time. So we can get it to stop.

Awesome article TBS. While it does not surprise me that the local political hacks did this it basically sickens me. This is what this country is becoming. Everyone gets a trophy and the winners in life have to carry the losers in life.

I cannot wait until I get to retirement so I can leave this fucking state.

Let’s be crystal clear. There are many turtle riders at 455 Main St. Let’s be further clear many commission and board members ride the turtle and even contribute. Donahue and Mahoney are in cahoots with the Eldridge!!!??

Jamie Eldridge doesn’t live or represent Worcester so he has no business campaigning for a school committee candidate.

Shit and I thought Brockton was a cesspool of corruption. Cops getting cushy city DPW jobs for their kids, and Meter maid jobs. A Mayor with a crackhead kid who gets his record wiped. A Mayor giving lucrative ambulance service contracts to buddies. An illegal loving sack of shit, four eyed waste of space Rep who thinks illegals deserve to live safer than citizens!
Hats off to you Worcester! I have finally found a city that I can say “Well shit! At least I don’t live there!”

My grandfather, a wise World War 2 vet who lived to be nearly 100, told me this often:
Most people in government are very sneaky and corrupt, whether they’re
politicians, mayors, selectmen, cops, firemen, DPW workers, or freaking
librarians. They are for themselves, not for you. Now in my 20’s I finally understand.
