Evil Douchebag Successfully Convinces Boyfriend To Commit Suicide, Disturbing Text Exchange Revealed

Every single one of us has been down and out at some point of our lives. No matter how rich, powerful, beautiful, or perfect you may be, we all experience sadness and heartache.  Even Tom Brady (I know the hippies love it when I mention his name) has days when he wishes he never even got out of bed.  It is during these dark times when we all look to our loved ones to lift us up and guide us back on the right path with words of kindness and encouragement.

Well if any of you are feeling blue, I sincerely hope that none of you have Michelle Carter has one of your “loved ones”.  This 18-year-old douchebag du jour from the aptly named sleepy town of Plainville is being tried for manslaughter after allegedly convincing her own boyfriend to commit suicide so she could garner attention and sympathy from friends and classmates.

When this story first broke, many were “on the fence” as to whether Carter should be found guilty or not. Some argued that – even though Carter clearly is a despicable little monster – it is difficult to charge her with manslaughter as she didn’t physically commit any crime. The texts at that time that were revealed to the public showed that she certainly wasn’t a loving, supportive girlfriend that was trying to help her boyfriend, 18-year-old Conrad Roy, as he had extensively battled depression and was very seriously contemplating suicide. However, yesterday in court, prosecutors released another set of text messages from the final exchange between Roy and Carter before he took his own life.  Carter’s callousness is frightening:

Carter : “I love you to the moon and back and deeper that the ocean and higher than the pines, too, babe forever and always. It’s painless and quick,” referring to carbon monoxide poisoning.

Carter: “You said your mom saw a suicide thing on your computer and she didn’t say anything. I think she knows it’s on your mind and she’s prepared for it. Everyone will be sad for a while but they will get over it and move on,”

Conrad : “Aww. Thank you, Michelle.”

Prosecutors allege that Carter devised a plan to run a combustion engine within his truck to poison him with carbon monoxide. Officials say she went as far as to pressure Conrad into committing suicide – questioning why he hadn’t done it already.

Carter: “You can’t think about it. You just have to do it. You said you were gonna do it. Like I don’t get why you aren’t.”

Conrad: “I don’t get it either. I don’t know.”

Carter: “So I guess you aren’t gonna do it then. All that for nothing. I’m just confused. Like you were so ready and determined.”

Conrad: “I am gonna eventually. I really don’t know what I’m waiting for but I have everything lined up.”

Carter: “No, you’re not, Conrad. Last night was it. You kept pushing it off and you say you’ll do it, but you never do. It’s always gonna be that way if you don’t take action. You’re just making it harder on yourself by pushing it off. You just have to do it.”

Conrad took his own life by poisoning himself with carbon monoxide on July 13 last year.  Prosecutors say he called Carter and got out of his truck because the gas was working and he was scared. Carter then told him to ‘get back in.”

Quite honestly, despite these damning texts, this sounds like it is going to be a very difficult case to prosecute.  Convincing someone to commit suicide is not technically illegal in Massachusetts.  In fact, Carter’s attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the manslaughter charge against her, and that motion will be heard by the judge on Monday. There are still many out there thank Carter should and will be found not guilty.

Since urging her loving boyfriend to end his own life, Carter has enjoyed multiple family vacations to places like Disneyworld.  In a diabolically ironic twist, she also made money off of Conrad Roy’s death by organizing suicide prevention fundraisers in his name including a coed slo-pitch softball game among others.  If the charges are dismissed, she plans to attend college in the fall. Even if you think she should be found not guilty of this crime, I wouldn’t want my kids to be playing drinking games with her next semester in their dorm. One can only imagine what would happen to a boy if he cheated on Michelle Carter.

Seems her actions fall under the legal definition of “depraved indifference.” Here’s the definition:

To constitute depraved indifference, the defendant’s conduct must be ‘so wanton, so deficient in a moral sense of concern, so lacking in regard for the life or lives of others, and so blameworthy as to warrant the same criminal liability as that which the law imposes upon a person who intentionally causes a crime. Depraved indifference focuses on the risk created by the defendant’s conduct, not the injuries actually resulting.

In one case, People v Register, 60 NY2d 273, 469 NYS2d 599 (1983),while exploring the meaning of “depraved indifference recklessness” the Court of Appeals ruled that intoxication is not a defense or excuse to “depraved mind murder,” although it may be to intentional murder. Its analysis started with distinguishing reckless manslaughter from the “depraved indifference recklessness” necessary for murder:

“to bring defendant’s conduct within the murder statute, the People were required to establish also that defendant’s act was imminently dangerous and presented a very high risk of death to others and that it was committed under circumstances which evidenced a wanton indifference to human life or a depravity of mind. . . . . The crime differs from intentional murder in that it results not from a specific, conscious intent to cause death, but from an indifference to or disregard of the risks attending defendant’s conduct.” 60 NY2d at 274.

What this dirty little shit hole of a Bitch did was truly despicable and reprehensible, but it is Highly unlikely that she will be convicted of any Criminal charges… She Coldly and callously manipulated the Emotions of a Lost soul for Nefarious reasons known only to her; but there are no Laws that make being a Sociopath illegal in itself. She is EVIL personified, and could have called 911, instead of telling Conrad to get back in the cab of a Carbon Monoxide filled truck. This young man needed counseling, not coaching on Suicide techniques…. His death was a Tragedy that could have been prevented. One can only Hope that KARMA will eventually prevail, and this Sub-human P.O.S. will earn her just reward in HELL…
