Facebook Suspended Uncle Turtleboy For 30 Days For 2 Month Old Post Supporting The Braintree Police’s Blue Lives Matter Flag, Email From Turtle Rider Makes My Head Want To Explode

If you like free speech and want to support what we’re doing, feel free to donate to the Turtle fund:

Hello Turtle Riders. As you know if you follow Turtleboy we are constantly getting censored and banned by Facebook for what are clearly not violations of their terms of service. Twitter has done the same, and trolls mass reported our blog to Google AdSense thousands of times, leading to demonitization. We can get by and survive, but we could really use your help. Please consider donating by hitting the PayPal button above if you’d like support free speech and what we do in the face of Silicon Valley censorship. Or just buy our award winning book about the dangers of censorship and rise of Turtleboy:

So the boss alerted me today that he got suspended for 30 days because of a post he made as an admin on the Turtleboy Sports Forever page, that was almost 2 months old. Here is the post in question:

The blog that was shared was this one about the Braintree parents who were demanding that the school resource officer remove a blue lives matter flag from his office. Had we not published that blog the racist women who assumed that black students are all inherently scared of a flag that supports murdered police officers like Michael Chesna, Sean Gannon, and Ron Tarentino, would’ve been able to use their white privilege to have the flag removed. But because SJW Hunter shined the light on them, they stopped pursuing it.

Supporting murdered police officers and standing up to racist bullies is a good thing, right? Well, according to Facebook it’s actually bullying. Probably. I have no idea what “standard” this violates since the robot that reviewed it didn’t say. And we’ve been kicked off of Facebook for so many insane things that I don’t even get fazed by it anymore. Read about it on Market Watch if you want to relive the insanity.

Feel free to sign our Change.org petition to get it back, because those never fail.

We’re running out of names. In the past 3 weeks Clarence Woods Emerson, Terrance Collie, Philip V. Prentiss, TB Rider, and now Uncle Turtleboy’s account have all been suspended 30 days. If you have an old name (preferably a couple years old) that you no longer use, and would like to donate it to us to use, please email turtleboysports@gmail.com

To cap off this insanity we also got a message from a turtle rider, who clearly meant well, but made me want to rip my hair out.

“Having to follow 17 different Facebook pages just to read Turtleboy is getting old.”

(Bangs head on wall)

Hey, here’s an idea – rather than depending on us sharing content on Facebook, you could just go directly to our website instead. Ya know, because instead of being a slave to Mark Zuckerberg’s algorithms, you can actually choose what websites to visit on your own. Crazy right?

Or you could download the app in order to “consume our product.” It’s available on Google Play and it’s back in the iTunes store. You can also subscribe to our YouTube channel, our SoundCloud channel, our iTunes channel, or follow TBSporty or BristolTC on Twitter.

And he brings up a good point, we should totally create an account that doesn’t argue or incessantly insult people. This will keep us from getting suspended, right?

Oh wait, if you actually paid attention you’d see that we get suspended for telling people to be nice to each other, because this is “threats or depictions of sexual violence.”

Because no matter what you post, when you have a history of calling out problematic behavior, the people you expose will try to silence you by mass reporting you for sexual violence to Big Brother Zuckerberg. People like this with nothing but free time.

It’s chilling how willingly people will cheer on censorship of ideas they don’t agree with. Just read this Reddit thread full of pearl clutching Bostonians, who got Internet wood when they found out we were suspended from Twitter because of people like them. This is the type of misinformation the mob runs with in order to gleefully mass report us to big brother for reeducation.

Looks like Turtleboy Sports is “one guy.” I do not exist. Again. Even though you can hear my voice on old Live shows, and I hear other Turtleboy bloggers on the live shows every single week. We’re redneck white trash from rural Massachusetts and we mock “victims” who break the law and abuse women.

The turtle rider didn’t stop there though.

Oh look, a technological expert. Turns out the ads we have on our site are the reason Facebook is silencing us, even though RevContent and Taboola are two of the most widely recognized and used ad networks on the Internet.

Also, getting rid of the ads will make it easier for him to read the free content, which is really all that matters. We should get rid of the “temporary revenue bandaid” known as advertisements, and institute his solution of…..nothing.

I feel bad writing this because the guy who sent it to us is a fan, and he obviously means well. But it makes my brain want to explode. He said he “really wants to see the site prosper,” and we do appreciate that. However, there are ways you can help out with this.

We don’t like ads either. They suck. We do have an ad-free platform coming soon where you’ll be able to join for $10 a month, have no ads, and get the weekly newsletter. There are lots of ways you can fight back against censorship that already exist. Thank you for your continued support. Without turtle riders none of this is possible.

Facebook has become a danger to us all and needs to be stopped. Zuckerberg wants to change our lives by controlling what we say, what we read, and how we think. He has a political agenda involving the use of censorship and the spread of disinformation. He succeeded in promoting his platform by convincing the media and business owners that they are nothing without facebook. As for the general public, they get their news from facebook. They communicate with their friends via facebook, they get into trouble at work because of what they post on facebook, and they’ve gotten just plain downright nasty with their comments on facebook. Boycott it and his money will evaporate over night.

Mines even more ridiculous. I posted a pic on Facebook 4 years ago. It exposes the blatant hypocrisy of the left saying gays are bad for christianity and Islam, leftists say Christian’s are bad evil ppl while the same issue on Islam, libs have no problem with. I got kicked off for 30 days. Problem is I shared it only once and they keep fucking bringing it back for fh jail. I feel everytime there’s a major political issue and I comment and share articles, they pull that up so I cant participate. HELP. We have to stop this. Let’s sue them

Can’t wait to support Turtleboy’s by using their new platform!

Facebook sucks, but the most upsetting part is how successful they have been at manipulating people. Not just stupid people.. almost everyone.
Facebook knows what they are doing, they know how much the masses will tolerate. If you don’t like it, and you quit, you’ll merely be a fringe case to them. They are turning the screws of censorship, and it’s completely calculated. They are a business, with huge money to spend on researching people, which they have commoditized.
People want to feel like they are strong, unique individuals. People tend to refuse to believe it when they have been duped. It’s next to impossible to get anyone to listen when it’s being done online. They don’t feel the effects when they can still sign in, see their friends, pictures and everything else they have fed in to the machine.
The next logical conclusion is to leave. It’s tempting, but that’s where the people are. I started a town group years ago, or I would have dumped it.
It’s clear now, had FB started out with this level of censorship, most of the people in my group wouldn’t be on there. But, here we are and here I am, still using the damn the thing.. I’ve been working to build a presence for my town group off of Facebook, and it’s working, but it’s a long uphill battle.

How would you feel if I catorigized your comment as insensitive and called it hate speech and punished you for it? And you knew it wasn’t. Only then would you understand. Um censorship is actually bad hope you know. It goes against the first amendment and that includes hate speech. You know what seriously, you guys got it all wrong. Let people preach they’re hate, let them call themselves as fools. But I know your all trying to stop those trying to spread it, but you can not stop that. That’s like the war on drugs, poverty, hunger, you guys cant do nothing. All ppl hate just like the left, they hate alot. They hate more than racists do! You can visibly see how they are triggered by false info nowadays. Imagine what would happen if they saw real racism. Go watch the movie called “the help” now! That is real racism!

A dirty secret of FB is that a lot of their content review is in Dublin. As in Ireland. Nearly all of Ireland is filled with SJW snowflakes who don’t share America’s (once-robust) traditions of wide open debate. So, hoist a Guinness to our content review overlords in Ireland. They’re telling Americans what they can see and hear. Isn’t that grand?

I heard part of a program on radio about when Facebook allowed reporting of photos years ago. During the holidays, countless photos got posted, and reported for abuse, nudity, sex etc. FB staff were overwhelmed handling the reports prior to developing software to take the job of humans. Nearly all reports were fraudulent. People reported abuse when they simply didn’t like how they looked in a photo. Then the story went on to how FB is amazing for psychologists to analyze how people react to even minor wording changes. FB etc. is well aware of fraudulent post/picture reporting, and only protects things like misogynistic, violent, drug promoting gangsta rap, because it’s within community standards for a market targeted by significant ad revenue.

I think Elizabeth Hontas is a good name, but I guess you want your name to kind be neutral so the Dems don’t get triggered to early

I am not now, nor have I ever been, on Facebook. I can understand that Turtleboy wants to spread its message — and I agree with the message — but Facebook is not the place to do it. Anyone who uses Facebook for anything is contributing to their dangerously biased liberal messages. So it’s foolish to use it. There must be other ways for people to communicate without making Facebook rich. THINK ABOUT IT, PEOPLE!

Listen, for once in your life stop acting the victim and be honest. The way you express yourself is the reason you get tossed. Stop the nasty language and insults and maybe people will take you more serious. I, for one, think you have some good points, but its your delivery. Write like a mature adult.

Facebook actively deletes any post in a facebook group which links to a TBS article. I’ve attempted to link TBS articles to several groups I actively participate in and within 30-60 minutes, my posts will be gone with zero explanation. Even in groups I admin (and there are no other admins) so I know it is facebook deleting the posts. I never receive any notification of why the post is removed, either, just there one minute and then *poof* it is gone. I suspect the only reason I haven’t been banned is my login isn’t associated with one of the TBS IP addresses facebook has on file.
