New rule: If you’re going to publicly sell your food stamps on Threw Up In Fall River – You should probably just assume anyone who is messaging to buy them from you works for Turtleboy.

I’d like to personally thank Fox 25 for stealing our reporting on the Food Stamp scamming. While we here doing actual work, and finding the actual dirtballs, on actual Facebook, actually robbing our residents of their tax money, they were using recycled screenshots. Assholes.
See, we beat them to the punch because we follow the local pages and we see this shit happening daily.
But, just as the mainstream media was trying to steal our thundersnow, this little gem popped up in Fall River.
David Viveiros is clearly a man of genius. A glittering beacon of free enterprise. He wants to help “his boy” out by selling his food stamps. All so “his boy” can get diapers for “his kid.” He don’t want his boy to do somethang dumb to put pampers on his kid’s ass.
Next he tells you his boy just got out from fifteen years in the clink and somehow manages to have a newborn. That’s some scientific shit. It’s also proof that our buddy David doesn’t have a single brain cell to piece together a good lie.
Nicole is trying to tell David, who is threatening anyone who calls him out, that the Turtle is watching and that he should take the post down. What Nicole should have done was take screenshots and send it in to us. Why would she want to protect this scumbag?
Of COURSE he went to Durfee! That place is famous for raising the brightest and best!
I know you’re thinking “But Turtlegirl, he said he was doing it for his boy! Those ain’t his stamps he be tryin’ to sell!”
Well, this is where is gets better. Now, being the conniving douche bag most of our haters think I am, I wasn’t satisfied just the quickly deleted thread. So, I messaged the slugrake under one of my plethora of burner accounts. I wanted all our beloved, hardworking, Turtleriders to know who to report for stealing our tax dollars.
His card. There is no Kyle. $200 is the max allowed by the state for a single person. These are David’s stamps. He also explains how the whole thing works. You meet up with him, give him the cash ahead of time, go shopping, he swipes the card, and you’re on your way. Seems like a lot of work. I should trust him because he’s taking his kid with him to sell our tax dollars for drug money. It’s a good business.
He gets his benefits on the seventh of every month. He does this all the time. Wants to meet me at Stop and Shop so he can grab a few things too. You’ve got to be fucking kidding me! People who need them can’t get them and the ones that don’t need them are hocking them to me.
This asshole has eight kids. Eight. So, not only are we paying for him to do drugs, he also refuses to take advantage of those free condoms we provide. Guess it just feels better to go bare back than fuck responsibly. Who knew?
I have to admit I have a bit of a vendetta against people abusing the system. I was at the New Bedford Market Basket this past week and was shoved out of the way by a woman loading her carriage up with steak tips. Maybe she was just shopping? Nah, she had her EBT card in hand and was wearing her finest pajamas while pushing her carriage around filled with the finest things in life. I was bullshit when I got home.
This one is for you, lady.
Now that I’m thinking of it…that’s probably going to be my first bone ride. NB’s Market Basket on the first of the month was a cornucopia of ghetto welfare extravagance. I don’t smoke weed but I’m thinking a couple shots of bourbon in the parking lot and I’ll be good to go.
- Anyways, here is how to report David to the authorities: REPORT WELFARE FRAUD IN MASSACHUSETTS
I left his cell in so they can prove its him.
Enjoy the snow, Turtles! Stay safe. Happy reporting!
