Family of Cop Killer Naturally Blames The Cops

By J-Dub

The TurtleBoy revolution started in Worcester, but the issues which led to it’s inception are universal in this country. The following story bears that out. In short, here we have another example of people making excuses for a heinous criminal. In this case, the criminal in question was a cop killer.

You may want to wrap some duct tape around your head to keep it from exploding as you read this.  I’m going to walk through this story and offer a running commentary to the dipshits who want to defend this cop-killer.

The family of a man who used a semi-automatic rifle to kill an Indianapolis police officer Saturday night says it isn’t fair that the alleged shooter – Major Davis, Jr. – should “keep being dragged through the mud.” They also blamed the officer for not staying in his police car.

First of all, when somebody shoots a cop, what their name “gets dragged through” is irrelevant. THEY SHOT A COP.  Not only did they murder another human being, they killed one whose job was dedicated to protecting and serving all of ours.  There’s no way on this earth I’m going to give a single, solitary fuck as to the image of some asshole cop-killer.

Secondly, you can fuck right off with that “cop shouldn’t have got out of his car” bullshit.  That officer died doing his job; a job he HAD TO DO because of the actions of an obviously dangerous criminal.  How did the police know he was dangerous?

As reported by WISH-TV, Davis was seen brandishing a semi-automatic rifle Saturday night in Indianapolis, which led to a 911 call that dispatched police to look for him:

Now, I don’t know what your definition of “dangerous” is, but I’m mare than willing to accept “guy with a fucking rifle on a city street” as a good starting point. That means if I understand the logic of the cop-killer’s family here, their idea of how to contain this situation is for the police to pull a “Barney Fife” and  ignore somebody who is not only breaking the law, but doing so in a clearly threatening manner?

That certainly seems like a good idea to me.

Never mind that police officers TAKE A FUCKING OATH “to protect and serve.” Never mind that there’s NO FUCKING WAY any cop would have ignored that situation.  Never mind that really the best way to have kept this from happening was to NOT LET SOME ASSHOLE WANDER AROUND WITH A RIFLE.  Let’s just says the cops did exactly what Mr. Cop Killer’s family suggest…they just drove on by.  Imagine the lawsuit the city would face if Mr. Cop Killer killed an innocent person?

“Well, that didn’t happen,” you might say.   That’s exactly right.  It didn’t happen because THESE COPS DID THEIR FUCKING JOB!!!

The key here is in the word “brandishing.” That a precisely defined legal term.  It specifically means to draw or exhibit a deadly weapon in a rude, angry, or threatening way in the presence of another person and not in self defense or in defense of someone. It seems reasonable to assume that the behavior of a guy with a rifle on a public street which illicited a 911 call likely met the definition of “brandishing.” And as you would expect, this escalated quickly.

When IMPD Officer Perry Renn found Davis at 34th Street and Forest Manor Avenue, Davis opened fire on Officer Renn. Davis was critically wounded in the gunfight, but survived. Officer Renn died of wounds sustained in the firefight. Davis now faces a charge of murder.

In other words, the cops responded to the call, and this asswipe opened fire on them. Yet somehow this is the fault of the police, because the Indianapolis police “killed” Mr. Cop Killer’s father.

Davis’ family has now spoken out about the murder – and basically blamed Officer Renn and the Indianapolis Police Department for the shooting:

“He wasn’t a bad person. His father was killed by IMPD. That is enough to hurt a person and scar him for life,” said Davis’ grandmother, Pam Moornan.

The facts, as reported by BearingArms.com:

Davis’ father, Major Davis, Sr. had been arrested 15 times and did three years in prison on a drug charge. He died of a heart attack in 2003 while in handcuffs after fighting with police as he attempted to avoid a public intoxication charge.

Seems like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.  But now, it makes perfect sense.  Having a father who basically provoked his way into a casket seems like a perfectly acceptable reason to walk around pointing a rifle at people.

More from WISH-TV:

“Major is not a bad person in spite of what happened. Things happen,” said Pam Moornan.

Fuck you.  He is the absolute definition of a bad person.  He killed a cop.  Do you understand that, you moron?! HE KILLED A COP.  But that’s not even the stupidest thing these people said.

“I don’t know how the police was [sic] shooting. I don’t know if they took concern of any kids running around,” said Yvonne Moornan.

Hmmm…That’s a good question, Yvonne, considering it was YOUR ASSHOLE RELATIVE who started shooting.  If you’re so worried about somebody firing guns around kids, then how about you keep YOUR ASSHOLE RELATIVE WITH A FUCKING RIFLE off the street?

To be fair, these people probably can’t help the fact their stupid; America has become an incubator for industrial-scale stupidity.  But the fact the news media gave them a platform to say such patently idiotic things is shameful.  But we all know why they did it.

The family said it “felt sorry” for Officer Renn’s family, but that the shooting may have been avoided if he had stayed in his car since he could see Davis had a gun. Incidentally, the alleged killer has an extensive criminal background that dates back to 2006.

The fact that they tucked the statement about Mr. Cop Killer’s rap sheet at the very end of the story tells you something.  It tells you the media no matter where you are in this country, is populated by people with the “anti-police” mindset.  It also tells you that as long as that situation exists, we are going to get a lot more “Mr. Cop Killers.”

His reputation was in fact tarnished. Maybe everyone in the gang he was pledging thinks he’s a moron for brandishing his piece like a new bicycle or perhaps he just made it through his fourth interview with Goldman Sachs and now this incident screwed him out of that big job on the commodities desk. His reputation did get tarnished.

This is the plight of the Cop-bashing Black Lives Matter Hippie movement. To downplay lawlessness at all levels and try to convince Police to not do theirs jobs so criminals can continue to break laws without getting caught. And to lie with made up complaints about Police Officers in an effort to strengthen their cause. So weak.

That is all this bullshit is all about and I’m sorry criminals – rational reasonable people and not buying into it and never will and the Police are not stupid and will not back off. If anything else, your are drawing attention to yourselves with your lawlessness and your lives will get a whole lot worse. So stop breaking laws, stop taunting the Police and then this will become a non-issue.

Another officer gone from this world due to the actions of a dumb as fuck savage. I think the police really do need to shoot first and ask questions later. If you draw a weapon on an officer then I truly believe you get what you deserve. As for the ignorant comments made by his family members about the officer shouldn’t have gotten out of the car, Fuck you you fucking fucks. I am glad they shot him dead, my only regret is that they can’t keep shooting him. But on a better note, it looks like he has siblings so maybe we get lucky and they decide to draw on the police in the future. One can only hope right.
