Mainstream Media Fails

Fox 25’s Jason “Raw Dog” Law Blatantly Stole Our Story On The Weymouth “White Out” Controversy And Passed It Off As An Exclusive

The mainstream media is blatantly ripping off our stories again:

What??? The hyphenated superintendent of the Weymouth Public Schools sent out an email calling “white out” school spirit shirts racist?? That’s fucked up dude!! I could’ve sworn I read about that somewhere!

Oh wait, I did.

It’s amazing the lengths these MSM hacks will go to in order to pretend that they don’t get their stories directly from Turtleboy.

This story was written by Jason “Raw Dog” Law.

You may remember him from when we blogged about him last month. He broke the HUGE story about a couple kids getting hurt while riding cars at a go kart track in Wrentham only to get confronted and owned by the owner during a live broadcast.

When he’s not attacking small businesses he’s reading Turtleboy so that he can pretend he has a big scoop to break two days after the fact. Even all the images he used and screenshots came directly from our page. Notice how he refers to them as “since deleted Facebook posts.”

Yes, they’ve been deleted SINCE we blogged about this. That’s why they were deleted afterwards. Because we blew this story up and got over 50,000 views on it in 24 hours.

This was my favorite part:

The letter was sent to 7,000 people but the school district would not give Boston 25 News anchor Jason Law a copy.

What’s a matter Raw Dog? Couldn’t get the email on your own? Our sources sent it to us on Monday:

You got no sources bro. That’s why you’re interviewing 15 year olds and calling it a scoop.

I really, really hate this guy. I do this for a living. I’ve spent five years establishing Turtleboy as the most trusted brand for real news, and because of that we get stories like this sent to us, and these people just pass it off as their own. Do me a favor turtle riders and murder this man on social media by flooding him with comments and replies with links to this blog or the first one we published:

I demand an apology form Jason Raw Dog.

Hello Turtle Riders. As you know if you follow Turtleboy we are constantly getting censored and banned by Facebook for what are clearly not violations of their terms of service. Twitter has done the same, and trolls mass reported our blog to Google AdSense thousands of times, leading to demonitization. We can get by and survive, but we could really use your help. Don’t stress about “Boston 25” too much. Since Cox bought the station they destroyed the news dept. Everyone knows it and stopped watching long ago. The ratings show that. Interesting that the turtleboy article had 50,000 views in a few hours. From the most recent ratings I can find not a single WFXT news cast has more than 40,000 viewers. In fact if you look at adult viewers not a single Boston TV news cast has 50,000 adults watching. Pretty eye opening how few people watch TV news out of a market of over 2 million people.

We are 4 friends from Colby College and are huge fans of the Turle Boy Sports facebook page. This web page too. We are all from different towns in Massachusetts and your writers explain the sad reality of human kind New England style. The reality that the news doesn’t reveal. We have a huge list of stories for you!

That fraud you claim is making a living does not have half the balls U T does. One guy gets his nails done and facials to look good on camera, the other guy is takin down pos every day. So he asks for help, who cares. The true turtleriders appreciate the fact that ak will expose the scumbags in our area. What’s the matter, you turtle famous??

Do you ever shut the fuck up you fucking homo?

Keep calling yourself a turtle rider like you’re part of some biker gang.

You’re a grown man who argues with strangers on the internet.

Adults that are still into batman are almost always mentally handicapped

        Get a job

Maybe some T-riders will choose to call (904) Jason E. Law (377) directly (0933) to let him know, in case he does not look at the social media.

Make sure to post the link on multiple Fox 25 stories. The Weymouth story already has like 300 comments, so your link will get lost in the noise. Find a bunch of other stories with like 10 comments on their page and post the link. Hopefully some people see the link and read it and then abandon Fox 25.

      Stop it, JTJ.

Any reputable journo who gets a story from another source should cite that source.

Anything else is disingenuous. You can’t simply wriggle out of it by saying “Well, I didn’t claim it was an exclusive.”

TBS broke the story and deserves the credit. End of.

they don’t call it “fox” news for any ole reason.

There is no evidence that McGruff did not do his due diligence while investigating this story with a fine-toothed flea comb. There are similarities, sure, but only in that it his report is an exact copy of your story, and no doubt coincidence, in this world of hard bitten social media scrutiny. Besides, Raw Dogma seems the sort to give others credit for their contributions to his stories… expect an apology real soon.
