Aunt Becky being released on $1 million bail, the same amount a murderer would get, is insane. She paid money for her stupid kid to get into a school full of stupid kids. Big deal. A lot of people whine about the 2 party system, but Jasiel Correia winning with 35% of the vote while being recalled is exactly why the system works. The tapes are released and it turns out Juicin Jeremy lied about what happened with Justin Moura. Why it must be miserable to be a white male democrat, and why Kamala Harris is going to win the nomination. Also, with ratchet madness just two weeks away we do a brief preview of the field.

Even more interesting is the fact that the guy who blew the whistle on this whole thing was going to be prosecuted for securities fraud — conspiring with others to drive the price of a stock up so they can sell it for a huge profit. He ratted Singer out for a reduced sentence. Singer, in turn, ratted his “clients” out, some of whom actually believed they were making a legitimate donation to the college, which is what people do to buy influence. One of his daughters is a Yale graduate. The other two are students at Yale. Perhaps the older one should have her diploma revoked, while the younger ones are forced to withdraw, kind of like what happened with Lori Loughlin, although I think they are trying to make an example out of her, like they did with Martha Stewart.
People buy their way into schools and clubs all the time. However, cheating on the SAT, which was allowed by the Educational Testing System, and falsifying your college application, which again was permitted by the college, only makes the college degree of lesser value. Warren’s application should also be revisited.
