Hello Turtle Riders. As you know if you follow Turtleboy we are constantly getting by Facebook for what are clearly not violations of their terms of service. Twitter has done the same, and trolls mass reported our blog to Google AdSense thousands of times, leading to demonitization. We can get by and survive, but we could really use your help. Please consider donating by hitting the PayPal button above if you’d like support free speech and what we do in the face of Silicon Valley censorship.

Tomorrow is election day. We’re gonna be doing our Turtleboy Ticket blog later tonight, and as you know we’ve already urged you to vote for people like Blake Rubin, Tracy Lovvorn, Jay McMahon, and Michael Maloney. But perhaps the most important issue of them all going into this campaign are judges. Judges in Massachusetts get seats for life, and they are appointed by the 8 member Governor’s Council. Just a reminder that these lifetime judges appointed by the Governor’s Council have done the following:

  • Judge Feely out of Salem District Court gave a heroin dealer no jail time because he was just raising money for his family, and if he went to jail he would’ve been deported since he was here illegally.
  • Judge Jeanmarie Carroll let Emmanuel Lopes out after lowering his bail to $500 for selling drugs to children in a public park. While out on bail he murdered Weymouth Police Officer Michael Chesna.
  • Fall River career criminal Mickey Rivera was out on bail for a deadly robbery because a judge lowered his bail from $35,000 to $1,000. While out on bail he led Mashpee Police on a high speed chase and crashed into Kevin Quinn, a veteran who was on the way home from the hospital where his newborn baby and wife were.
  • Violent career criminal Maggot #125 was not in jail despite 125 violent charges to his name. Judge after judge allowed him to remain free before he eventually murdered Yarmouth Police Officer Sean Gannon in April.

This is by far the most important issue no one is talking about. Judges are out of control. And no one has any idea how judges become judges, which is why we’re writing this blog. Seven of the 8 seats are currently held by democrats, and the lone republican is incumbent Jennifer Caissie, who represents Worcester County.

Back when this was all going down we emailed the entire Governor’s Council voicing our concern, and the only one who emailed us back was her:

Hello Turtleboy,

Thank you for your email.  I am attaching a copy of the provision from the Massachusetts Constitution for you.  It explains the process for removing a Judge in the Commonwealth. Unfortunately, the Governor’s Council does not have the authority to “fire” judges.  The process must be started in the legislature and the Council can ultimately be asked for our advice and consent to remove a judge after the House and the Senate vote through a Bill of Address (like an indictment if you will) and the matter is then sent to the Governor who in turn would ask the Governor’s Council to vote to impeach.

I have been advocating for Judicial Accountability since I first ran for the Governor’s Council.  It remains a strong part of my platform today.  (see attached brochure).  It will take a Constitutional Amendment to change the lifetime appointed status of judges in the Commonwealth.  I am attaching recent correspondence on that effort.  I have recently met with Senators Fattman and Gobi and Chief Wojnar from Dudley who is the President of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association to discuss sponsoring new legislation.

As you can see from my letter to Senator Brownsberger and Representative Cronin dated November 27, 2017, I am advocating for a six (6) year review of judges after appointment.  I also spell out the complete lack of accountability in our system as it exists today.

I share your and many others’ frustrations with recent judicial conduct that has lead to the deaths of innocent police officers and bystanders.  It is a sad time when some in the Massachusetts legislature are more focused on passing dangerous legislation to prevent our brave law enforcement officials from cooperating with ICE to remove dangerous criminals from our country than they are with passing meaning judicial accountability legislation.

I hope this information is helpful.

Sincerely,

Jennie L. Caissie, Esquire

Perfect response. She wants actual reforms, to the tune of a six year review of judges, and accountability for terrible judges like Feely and Carroll.

Meanwhile, this is the guy she’s running against:

His name is Paul Depalo, and he is a handpicked stooge of the McGovern Crime Family. People like him are the reason cops are getting killed and drug dealers are going free. And he thinks judges in this state are TOO strict. This is his platform from his website:

The “school to prison pipeline” is a dog whistle the left uses because they don’t want cops in schools. For years people fought us as we tried to put police officers in Worcester North High School, despite several administrators being punched by students. We won, and rates of violence dropped dramatically as a result. The idea is that kids shouldn’t be suspended, and  17 year olds who commit violent or drug related crimes should not be arrested on school grounds because it increases the chances that they’ll end up in jail when they’re older. In other words, you shouldn’t be punished for committing crimes or held responsible when you break school rules.

Here’s his platform on crime:

“End mass incarceration” is a dog whistle for, “Put more violent criminals on the streets.” People like Jorge Zambrano, who District Attorney Joe Early said “Jail wasn’t working out for him.” So they kept him out and he murdered Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino. According to what he has listed there the ideal judges for him are Feely and Carroll. He wants MORE judges like this, not less.

What we need now isn’t extremism. And Jen Caissie has the endorsements of tons of republicans AND moderate democrats on her Facebook page, including the Mayors of Gardner and Fitchburg.

All you really need to know is that Red Danny Margolis wants you to vote for Paul Depalo:

Remember, Red Danny Margolis is the former President of the New York Communist Party, and stated this on the Communist Party’s website:

He has been campaigning for socialists non-stop, and he LOVES Paul Depalo. So if you vote for Paul Depalo, you’re on this guy’s team:

Oh, and Depalo is also supported by this woman:

Joyce McNickles. A woman who has made a career off of fabricating racism, and fights hard to keep police out of public schools. She also organized a boycott/harassment campaign of Turtleboy sponsors in 2015 that failed miserably.

She wrote this letter to the editor last week in support of Depalo:

I support Paul DePalo for Governor’s Council, which approves or rejects potential judges. DePalo’s an attorney and former special education teacher who will support judges who embrace the spirit of criminal justice reform and have systemic perspectives on diversion and rehabilitation options in sentencing. Policies like mandatory minimum sentences have created overcrowded prisons, overworked corrections officers, sky-high recidivism rates, and devastated neighborhoods. Shamefully, racial and socioeconomic disparities are even more pronounced in incarcerated youth. DePalo will fight for common sense and compassion in our courts, which will save both lives and money. Vote Paul DePalo for Governor’s Council November 6.

Translation – she likes him because he won’t appoint judges who believe criminals should go to jail.

Jen Caissie will. Please vote for Jen Caissie tomorrow.

Fuck Socialists. Socialism is the second to last stop on the bus to Communism. Before the last stop, there is an uprising. Every Communist knows this. We’re going to sit around and wait? We’ve already seen the Occupy assholes trash neighborhoods and the Antifa fucksticks throw rocks at cops.

Get Socialists the fuck out of this country. America is the seat of capitalism and the nexus of the world markets. This is no place for them. They are NOT welcome.

Socialism is treason and should be punishable by bare knuckle beatings until the perpetrator is unconscious, then resumed after a heavy whiff of smelling salts.

I suggest we start as soon as possible.

All the examples given were just this year alone. It”s infuriating. Jen C. wants a panel that judges would have to explain their decisions to every few yrs. The panel will decide if they keep their job or not. That’s sounds more fair to me than these judges’ rulings.
I think this is a brilliant idea. As long as the panel is truly bipartisan.
I’ve heard her on WAAF one morning when Gov Baker was doing his monthly thing on Hillman. She makes a lot of sense and is the first person I’ve heard with a good idea regarding how to get rid of the awful judges.

A word of advice. Nobody want’s to scroll down a mile of boring shit on every blog.

Two paragraphs and maybe a couple of screen shot’s is better than a poor article longer than King James Bible.

It’s funny that in the past Turtleboy has claimed that your site is not going to go into politics but…. that’s all you do.

That being said how in the fuck can question 3 be on the ballot? Isn’t there anything more important than getting Transexuals bathrooms? Transexuals might make up 00.01% of the population. This sort of stupid shit is why I don’t bother voting anymore. I’d like to hear The Real Turtleboys opinion.
