I have a coupe updates on Friday’s story about Charlotte McFarland (the psycho BLT-123 who filed and lost a harassment order against me after threatening to burn my house down) and ADA Margaret Hegarty (who vowed to make up a bogus criminal charge to prosecute me for because she doesn’t like my blog).
1. I filed a complaint today with the BBO and the State Ethics Commission against Margaret Hegarty. This was the complaint.
On Friday, March 8, 2019 I was in Brighton District Court, located inside Brookline District Courthouse, for a hearing on a harassment order that a woman named Charlotte McFarland had filed for against me (Docket #1908RO000035). After her claim was denied I was asked to leave the courtroom while Charlotte remained behind and conferred with Assistant District Attorney Margaret Hegarty, who was not involved in the matter. Afterwards I was waiting in the lobby with my two kids (18 months and 3 years old) and began speaking with an attorney when ADA Hegarty approached me (he is not my attorney). She asked me if I had gotten the harassment order dropped, which I thought was odd because she was in the courtroom when it happened. I told her that the harassment order was not granted, and she responded by saying, “We’re not done with you yet, and we’ll be pursuing criminal charges against you.”
I felt intimidated. This is a woman with the backing of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts behind her, threatening to use the court as a weapon to cook up criminal charges to punish me with because I had just beat a harassment order. I asked her what criminal charges she’d be filing against and she walked away. She also refused to tell me her name, so I found out from other court personnel. She then walked back over to Charlotte and continued to confer with her.
ADA Hegarty had no business threatening me like that. She had no business involving herself at all, since the DA’s office is not pursuing any criminal charges against me, and I have committed no crimes. She does not represent Charlotte McFarland, but was clearly acting as her advocate anyway. Since this event today Charlotte has continued to taunt me online, posting about me in reference to ADA Hegarty:
“I’m sure you’ll be getting to know each other real well very soon.”
In other words, she is privy to inside information that she got by working with ADA Hegarty, who intends to find something to charge me with criminally. I am an innocent, law-abiding citizen who until today had never met nor had any contact with Charlotte McFarland. She is using the court and the DA’s office to harass and intimidate me. This is witness intimidation and prosecutorial misconduct. According to MGL c.268, s13.b witness intimidation means that a defendant “(a) threatens, or attempts or causes physical injury, emotional injury, economic injury or property damage to; (c) misleads, intimidates or harasses another person who is a witness or potential witness at any stage of a criminal investigation, grand jury proceeding, trial or other criminal proceeding of any type.
I felt very threatened by this, I’m unsure about what the vindictive and biased district attorney plans to do to me considering the power she holds, and I felt intimidated as a witness to a criminal investigation.
According to the ABA prosecutors must “refrain from prosecuting a charge that the prosecutor knows is not supported by probable cause.” ADA Hegarty knows that I have not committed any crimes, and there is no probable cause for prosecution, yet she threatened me with malicious prosecution anyway.
I publish a blog called Turtleboy Sports that many on the far left consider to be right wing. ADA Hegarty is a well known left wing activist who has previously run for elected office as a democrat twice, losing both times. What she’s doing to me is ideologically driven, as Charlotte McFarland is also a left wing activist and announced as such in court. On March 4, Charlotte posted on Facebook in regards to a deadly tornado in Alabama, “This is God’s judgement for breeding too much #AbortChristianity #LetThemEatShit. Her bogus harassment order against me was framed as an attack on her because of her liberal politics. Clearly ADA Hegarty is treating her as a client because of their similar political orientation. The fact that she did this in front of my 2 children and other strangers in the courthouse hallway makes it even more egregious.
On top of that Charlotte has been threatening me for the last 2 years. Today I filed for a harassment order against her in court. This includes an explicit threat vowing to burn my house down with a Molotov cocktail. I have had to block this person on several social media accounts but she is persistent. Dragging me into court with my 2 kids, without being given the option to reschedule, is yet another form of harassment. I am the victim here yet ADA Hegarty is teaming up with the woman who is victimizing me to cause further pain simple because she aligns with this woman ideologically.
She will now have to answer for that. It’s the first time I’ve ever had to do this so I’m not sure how exactly this all plays out, but either way it goes on her record now. She should be fired and forced to make me a sandwich at Chick Fil-A, but as long as she’s held accountable I’m happy. She thought she could get away with being a tyrant, but she clearly had no clue who she was messing with. I don’t back down. Ever. I’m not scared of you or the power you yield. I am willing to fight you in court until I die of exhaustion. What you represent is evil, and you don’t get to win. We win. Always. Don’t poke the turtle.
2. Then there’s the unemployed leech who’s been harassing me for the last two years. I filed a police report against her/him based on 11 separate documented acts of harassment. From there I went to Leominster District Court to apply for a harassment order and a hearing was granted. Unlike Charlotte I actually have receipts of her threats and evidence that shows she is a psychopath, so I like my chances. Some people have asked when the court date is because they’d like to attend. To be honest, I don’t know if I want to turn this into a circus. I’ll think about that one, but it’s somewhat soon and anyone can go. Looking forward to receiving justice against these worthless skags in the very near future.

Why are you playing the victim card in your complaint? It’s fair enough to file an anti-harrassment suite against someone who is harassing you on social media (Charlotte McF) and it’s fair enough to say that the ADA acted inappropriately and possibly is abusing her power. But saying the old “oh, I am so scared and intimidated” and dragging your kids into your complaint seems like something a loser that you blog about would do. Especially when you say in your blog that you’re not scared of her. Don’t go down to the level of lying manipulators. It’s disappointing.

That’s literally how the game is played. Your job as a defendant is to garner as much sympathy as you possibly can from the judge. UT starts off with negative sympathy because he’s not a liberal wackadoo, so he needs to make up for the handicap as much as possible. In this state, he’d get better better treatment from the courts if he went out and sold heroin and shit. The shittier you make a judge think your life is, the more sympathy they show you.

This is clearly an ethics violation as well as a criminal offense that the ADA committed. If they don’t vigorously pursue this they are themselves committing an ethics violation and a crime.
