Well here’s something you don’t see everyday out of Hopkinton:

Ole, ole, ole, ole!!!

The best part about this is that he couldn’t even be bothered to write Massachusetts. More than likely because he has no idea how to spell it. This is most bootleg attempt at deception since my freshmen year when I drew on shwagg with a red magic marker, told the girls down the hall it was kindbud, sold em a small bag, and then saw it all blow up in my face when their stupid boyfriend told them that red hairs in dank nugget don’t come in Crayola.

I figured this was something we could all laugh at together. After all, no one would actually defend the practice of writing a license plate number on a pizza box and attaching it to your double parked 2001 Buick Century. But as usual, I gave the Internet way too much credit. And in particular the libertarians and constitutional experts all came out to share their nuggets of wisdom:

Oh for fuck’s sake. He’s got a friggin pizza box license plate, and all these morons can do is go full “muh liberty.” I don’t care how many Youtube clips you’ve decided to share with us. That’s not normal. And obviously license plates exist for a reason – so that cops who pull people over have an idea of who is in the car. You’re not giving up any liberty by registering a car that you’re gonna be driving on public roads. It’s just how we conduct ourselves in an orderly nation of over 300 million people. I really can’t stand libertarians. They are the ultimate, “I’m smarter than you because I read the Constitution every night before bed” voting block. Everything to them is government oppression of their rights. Everything.

Oh, and of course it’s also Trump’s fault too:

Somehow this is what a hilarious Facebook post about a pizza box license turned into. Trump. Welcome to life in 2017.

There are only two types of people who drive older Buicks like that:

    1. 82-year old grandparents

    2. 30-year old druggie losers whose grandparents died and left them an old Buick

It’s from Craig’s list, a junkie sold it for 300$ after his grandpa left it to him.

Well, points for only making one plate (green and white), but FAIL, as that is a red and white number sequence, needing TWO plates.

I identify as Libertarian, and find your simplistic expression of what that political philosophy entails offensive. But I will continue to read your blog daily because boycotting something I enjoy because I disagree with one aspect is stupid.

That being said, no vehicle identification would be awesome! I could just steal any car I wanted and the police would have no way to identify the vehicle as stolen without pulling me over for cause. I could plow into school children crossing the street – cause I ain’t got no time to wait for them – and have to worry about being identified. Sounds like fun!

One of these days I’m going to finally take the advice of some former classmates I went to high school with and that graduated around 211th in our class and that’s their highest degree and who didn’t talk to me then but we’re Facebook friends now and who really want me to LEARN WHAT THE CONSTITUTION ACTUALLY SAYS.

Did those classmates want you to use punctuation?

The best one was John Johnson misquoting Franklin. That quote actually used in context promotes the idea that if you let an individual opt out of the system by paying for your temporary security (The actual issue he is responding to in Pennsylvania where this quote is found) would lead to anarchy and the eventual loss of their liberty.

The internet’s a dangerous thing for a small mind.

Your assessment of libertarians is a bit careless. More butthurt than thought out. Yes we want “muh liberty” and less regulation but the prevailing idea is that there’s too much gov’t. We’re not all constitution waving lunatics. There’s just a pile of regulation and law that has no reason to exist. It serves no purpose. There is respect for laws in general among most of us. Many of us follow the rules while we fight to change them. As far as the licence plate thing. I get why many feel it’s necessary and could do with or without it.

These are the same retards who think Federal Income Tax is “voluntary” because they read it on the Internet.

Most of us don’t think that. We do, however, believe that it is theft 🙂
