Sad but inevitable conclusion to the Jo Ringer missing person story…..

The office of Berkshire District Attorney David F. Capeless said Thursday evening that remains found in Hatfield had been identified as those of Joanne M. Ringer, 39, of Clarksburg, who has been missing for a year. The remains were discovered Tuesday in a wooded area of Hatfield near the Whately line. Dr. Kathleen Crowley, a forensic odonatologist at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Boston, identified the remains late Thursday afternoon using dental records, said Frederick A. Lantz, a spokesman for Capeless.

Ringer was reported missing March 2, 2017, after she failed to show up for her first day of work at a taxi service in Easthampton. Her car was found in Easthampton four days later. Her husband, Charles “Chad” M. Reidy, 42, was considered the only suspect in Ringer’s disappearance. He died of an apparent suicide April 7, 2017. Investigators believe that Reidy killed Ringer and then disposed of her body and left her car in Easthampton to misdirect investigators. Laura Reilly, of Easthampton, was arrested April 20, 2017 for allegedly lying about her and Reidy’s actions on the day Ringer disappeared.

Poor Jo Ringer had been missing for over a month when we first heard about her story. We thought it was odd that no one was pointing the finger at her husband Chad Reidy. Especially after he started posting strange things on Facebook:

While everyone was out looking for her he was sitting at home scrapbooking pictures of the woman he murdered. Three days after we called him out on it, Chad Reidy killed himself. Being the coward that he is he couldn’t even leave a note explaining what he did to her, or where her body was. His family blamed us for the suicide and wanted us to pay for the funeral.

In classic trashbag style his family had his funeral at 4:20 on 420.

As it turned out Chad Reidy had previously served 10 years in prison as a drug dealer. Information the mainstream media completely forgot to research. Chad Reidy was the first official suicide Turtleboy was ever blamed for. But the world is a better place without him.

After he dumped her body in what we now know was Hatfield, this psychopath then had his ex-girlfriend drive her car to Easthampton and left it there to try to make it look like she had gone to work.

What I want to know is, how his ex-girlfriend Laura Reilly isn’t in prison?

• Chad Reidy asked a stranger in Northampton (close to where the car was ditched) to borrow her cell phone, on the day that Jo Ringer disappeared, and he called Laura Reilly.
• On the day Jo Ringer disappeared it was proven that Reilly and Reidy were together in Northampton at 3:30 PM, and by 5:00 PM they were near his home in the Clarksburg/North Adams area. It’s believed based on debit card usage that she did not leave the area until at least 8 PM.
• A day after she disappeared, and a day before Reidy reported her missing, Reilly and Reidy took a trip to Chicopee together, which she lied about to the cops.

She was the motive!!! She wanted to get back with him. She viewed Jo Ringer as the woman who stole her ramrod. They were fucking on the day she disappeared. He was in Northampton for unexplained reasons (near Easthampton where the car was found) and he called his ex-girlfriend. What the fuck do you think they were talking about? Jo Ringer had previously confronted him about texting her and trying to hide it by having her under the name “Pete” in his cell phone. The seat in Jo Ringer’s car was adjusted for a shorter woman (5’2″) like Laura Reilly, instead of for a taller person (5’7″) like herself. Reidy and Reilly had been fucking the whole time. You’re telling me she didn’t know this was the plan? You’re telling me she wasn’t in on it? The fact that the cops don’t have evidence to pin it on this chick is the greatest stroke of luck I’ve ever seen. She owes Chad Reidy big time for killing himself, because that mother fucker would give her up for a reduced sentence in a heartbeat.

Anyway, I’m just glad that Jo Ringer’s daughter and family and friends finally have some closure. They had to have known this day was coming but it doesn’t make it any easier. Those freaks from the vigilante “Halos” group were giving them false hope and basically trying to take over the investigation. They’ve been through hell, and although we are saddened to hear this news, we hope it gives them comfort that they’ll be able to bury Jo Ringer and no longer have to think about where she could be.
