Judge Bibaud Is Calling Turtleboy A Liar, And The State Police Higher Ups Just Randomly Redacted His Daughter’s Arrest Report

Judge Tim Bibaud is denying any involvement in the coverup of his daughter Alli’s arrest report, in which the phrase “do you know how many dicks I had to suck” was redacted per orders of Major Susan Anderson:

Dudley District Court Judge Tim Bibaud is striking back at a claim by a Holden-based blog that he asked authorities to alter his daughter’s arrest report. Speaking to Worcester Magazine, Bibaud addressed the allegation in a blog post by Turtleboy Sports, that Bibaud sought the removal of an embarrassing comment allegedly made by his daughter, Alli, during her drug arrest earlier this month, from a State Police report.

“It’s a bald-faced lie that I orchestrated it,” Bibaud said.

According to the post on Turtleboy Sports yesterday, Bibaud was arrested recently on several charges, including heroin possession. While she was being taken into custody, and her heroin was taken away, Bibaud allegedly remarked, “Do you know how many people I had to [perform a sex act with] to get that?”

No, none of this is “according to Turtleboy.” This was according to State Troopers who spoke anonymously through Turtleboy. Of course this article was published by Worcester Magazine editor Walter Bird, who is still mad at us because we published several allegations from women who were accusing him of sexual harassment.

That line, according to the blog, which also published Worcester Magazine content without permission, was removed from the report. The blog alleged Bibaud first reached out to Early, who then contacted State Police Col. Rick McKeon. The colonel then alleged instructed State Police Major Susan Anderson to alter the report. While Early’s office has declined comment to Worcester Magazine, State Police spokesperson Dave Procopio released a lengthy statement to the newspaper that was published online last night. In it, Procopio acknowledged the report was changed, saying it was standard practice for supervisors to make “appropriate revisions” to be made to police reports.

So we were right. The report was changed. Turns out Turtleboy is real news after all.

In a phone interview with Worcester Magazine today, Bibaud said he has not seen any copies of his daughter’s arrest report, and that he did not ask anyone to make any changes. Bibaud said he first became aware of the report in a phone call from Worcester Judge Michael Allard-Maddaus, who he said told him the report was “outrageous.” He said he was later told the report had been changed.

“I absolutely, vehemently deny making any contact with anybody [to alter the report],” Bibaud said. “The first I heard of it was Monday night, driving back from Pennsylvania when [Maddaus] called. He said they did that to the report. It wasn’t even an issue for me.”

Wait…..Monday night? He heard about it Monday night?? But we didn’t blog about it until Wednesday night. Keep going your honor…..

In fact, Bibaud said, he was driving back from visiting a long-term care facility for his daughter, who he admitted is “sick.”

“We’re trying our asses off to get her help, to get her into treatment,” Bibaud said.

“I never read the report,” he continued. “I never read the blog. I never had anything to do with contacting the State Police or the DA. My sole concern was toward my kid.”

You didn’t know about the report? You never read the blog? But here’s an email that a turtle rider sent you in which you called them “pure evil”

Keep going your honor…..

“I haven’t talked to Joe Early in months or Col. McKeon in years,” Bibaud said, acknowledging Early as a friend and saying his relationship with McKeon goes back some 30 years. “I did not pick up the phone. I did not call anyone [asking for a favor].”

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!! “It wasn’t me!!” This guy must’ve graduated from the Joe Petty school of PR. Let’s assume for a moment he’s telling the truth, and he never called up Joe Early to ask him to amend the report. That would mean that Colonel McKeon randomly decided to call up Major Anderson and tell her to redact one particular sentence from one random arrest in Worcester. A random of arrest of someone who just happened to be the drug addict daughter of a judge. So he wants us to believe that the man in charge of the MSP goes through EVERY SINGLE ARREST REPORT in Massachusetts on a daily basis and calls up Majors to discipline troopers who have printed embarrassing things defendants have said while under arrest.

Give me a freaking break Judge Whopper!! You don’t actually expect us to believe that do you? Of all the people in this state who were arrested, the one who got the embarrassing statement redacted just so happened to be your daughter. I’ve seen more believable things CNN.

Then came the real whopper:

Bibaud said he returned home last night to find TV news trucks in front of his house, with news crews informing him he was being investigated for altering a police report. He also said he fielded a phone call recently at 2:36 in the morning from a person he said identified himself as being from Turtleboy Sports. Bibaud said the caller said, “You must be proud of your daughter, eh, dad?”

Which one of you assholes did that? Oh wait, none of you did. He’s just turning this on us and trying to victimize himself. SJW 101 stuff. It’s what everyone always does when they get featured in one of our blogs for doing something they’re not supposed to do.

Nevertheless the butthurts are lining up because they smell blood. They think this somehow proves Turtleboy is fake news and the judge is one of our unfortunate victims:

Addiction doesn’t discriminate? Sure it does. It discriminates against people who don’t do it in the first place. Ya know who gets addicted to heroin? People who experiment with it. Ya know who doesn’t? People who don’t touch it. This is like the definition of discrimination.

Then the lawyers came out:

Paging attorney Richard N. Vulva!!

According to other losers Turtleboy is filled with “half truths.” They just can’t seem to name any of these half truths:

Sounds legit!!

Here’s my question – when cops say, “anything you say can be used against you in a court of law,” does that only pertain not non-hilarious statements about handing out felatios in exchange for heroin? Because that’s apparently what they want us to believe with this coverup.

Bibaud has been interfering in cases for decades, starting back when he was in the DAs office. Dozens of allegations, charges, and arrests against athletes from Assumption College disappeared like smoke rings in a gale-force wind. Coincidence that Bibaud was associated with the golf program at the college? Pure happenstance that the Athletic Department and Dean Ravenelle had him on speed-dial? Surely not related that his entitled daughter has been bludgeoning her way out of responsibility with daddy’s name since she was an undergrad, right? Keep shining a light on this lying scum and his activities, please.

I was told by a friend of the judge that he has never called in favors for his daughter but DID ask that the line , “Do you know how many people I had to blow for that” get taken out of the report. So unfortunately, he IS lying because he is embarrassed by this . From what I am told, this was once an exceptional, brilliant, kind and loving girl who got mixed up with drugs and is spiraling toward an unfortunate end. They have been battling this for a long time. The judge should have just kept his mouth closed and not called TB a liar because he is the one lying.

Wow. It is so upsetting that a well paid State employee would stoop so low.

After thinking about this for a few days, it has occured to me that any State Trooper with an ounce of decency would have omitted such an immaterial comment by an impaired individual, no matter who her Daddy was. Of course it was changed – there was no legitimate reason for such an immaterial distasteful entry to be included in the report.

No doubt the Trooper’s ,poor taste & job is protected by his Police Union, but they can not defend his reputation, his lack of good judgement or his ability to discern the difference between the gossiping of a hen and the dignity of men.

JP, the statement is an admission of guilt of her obtaining the herion. That’s why it was in the report.

Having possession of the substance would by itself be sufficient to prosecute , but it is not material anymore unless she was a dealer. The State has not even been prosecuting opiate possession in non-violent cases when the opiate user is willing to accept treatment.

Where ANY charges dropped? NO, the young woman will be going to through the criminal process in another venue, and I suspect her punishment will be greater than the punishment the average person would get because of the need to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

Are we absolutely certain that the young lady spoke the off colour remark after she was provided her Miranda Rights – rights that require a clear head to be acknowledged? It only matters due to our curiosity.

If a Judge got a family member out of criminal charges I’d be the first to demand removal of those involved, but this is a matter of an inappropriate immateriali sentence being removed only from the official report. The distasteful sentence remains in the file as potential evidence .

If the great potential of an intense Internet audience were best harvested , please consider calling for justice in the Civil Courts for legitimate damages suffered by our community due to the assurances by the pharmaceutical industry and their experts that insisted that their instensly advocated miracle pain management program utilizing their virtually magical mystery Opiates would only Inflict 1% of users with addiction..Seriously- our deeply wounded Commonwealth is entitled to $BILLIONS!!

Why does a judge need to be contacted about a member of his family? Why did Madaus call him to inform him about the situation? If you are answering its because it is his daughter, that is bullshit. It was designed to protect Bibauds name. These judges know more about one another than they know about their own family. I think Madaus was in private practice at the time Bibaud was moving through the DA’s office. Of course they knew each other, now it appears Madaus’ name is getting added into the mix: Bibaud now blames Madaus for breaching the confidentiality. Way to go Judge Bibaud! You have broken the covenant between judges. You used another judges name to cover up your own misconduct. The fact that Madaus calls you his friend, is shameful. You are less than the people featured in these posts.

You need to file for a leave of absence and take the time necessary to put your family house back in order. I’m surprised you didn’t send her to California.

Someone needs to call the Administrative Law Judge for this region and start asking him questions: “Have you conducted an internal review of the Bibaud matter? If no, why not?” “Have you contacted the Judicial Conduct Commission to look into this matter? If no, why not?” “Has your office been in touch with either the MSP or Early’s office regarding the incident?” “Are you going to recommend to Early’s office to put the statement back in?” “Are you going to ask Bibaud for an LOA?”

To Joe Early, you need to appear before the Mass BBO and pull a file number. Turn yourself in before they come calling. Everyone will understand in the long run, you just wont be a DA and you will take a small slap on the wrist. But, if the Investigators comma calling, small slap will be the least of your worry. If you were not involved, then your attorney will make quick work of producing cell phone and home telephone records and stand on “my client wasn’t contacted, he has nothing to do with it” and he has “hired outside conflict counsel to handle the case”. So that way we will not assume your courthouse flunkie will take a dive and offer her a dog shit 24D disposition. The greatest fact is she didn’t run someone down or crash into someone, no? The epidemic is not the use of heroine, its the use of heroine and then doing something outrageous. Maybe, in the words of the Worcester Judges, “she needs a taste of jail, don’t worry, just for 30 days”.

Hey, Son of “they ran like Rats Mr. Speaker, I never wrote a bad check”: Does the statement sound like a confession under the Prostitution statute? You don’t have to answer, you need to put the statement back in, amend the complaint for at least one count of prostitution and let the trial process take over, and don’t plead her out. Noone, I mean no one is going to forget this case come election time.

Gov. Baker needs to appoint a special investigator from outside the Commonwealth. He needs to kick the Ethics Commission in their lily liver Harvard yellow belly asses and look into all the people involved in this. Governor Baker needs to be asked squarely: “Do you condone your State Police to edit police reports of influential family members even in light of the fact the statement was a confession to a crime?” If the answer is no, “Governor, what act are you going to take?” “Has anyone on your staff interviewed the Colonel?” “Has anyone asked the Colonel or her staff, how many reports have been edited in this context since January 1, 2017 and since her term started? “What other District Attorneys have been involved?”

For the record Walter Bird is a no talent hack fuck puppet douche. Im surprised Bird didn’t offer the Judge a “favor” for the article. The news media in this town should be ashamed of themselves. Hey, jackasses! The story is not about drugs and the poor little judges daughter, it is about the conduct of all these assholes in office and misuse of power. Notice Bibaud’s interview, all about how we are bullying him, his daughter and getting her help. Let them make the story about that.

Free Press is critical to checking the powers of government. The ENTIRE media failed the people they so desire to serve. TB you need to saddle up and run these motherfuckers down like an old-fashioned manhunt.

” Bibaud said he first became aware of the report in a phone call from Worcester Judge Michael Allard-Maddaus, who he said told him the report was “outrageous.” He said he was later told the report had been changed.”
Hmmm, Judge Bibaud became aware of his daughter’s truthful quotes submitted in a police report signed under penalty of perjury by a State Trooper from Judge Michael Allard-Maddaus. Perhaps Judge Michael Allard-Maddaus was the one who called the Colonel and set the wheels of injustice spinning? Changing an Officer’s submitted sworn report is a crime. Changing a police department’s station log or station journal is also a crime. Let’s see how this is handled by the People’s Republic of Assachusetts. At a minimum, a Colonel, a Major and a Judge might all be headed towards an indictment. Follow the electronic/paper/phone trail. The Troopers and the Sergeant are only guilty of upholding the law and having three pairs of balls. No offense to the female Trooper, it’s a compliment!

    Incoming AngryTurtle!!!

Ok … so he didn’t do it … just like Bill Clinton initially didn’t insert a cigar into Lewinkski’s tuna tube right? But let’s recall our history lesson… he did do it! Just didn’t want to admit it at first…

Can you imagine the scandal here? A Judge used his power to alter official documents. Think Law & Order if Jack McCoy had done that… every criminal every brought before him would be coming out of the wood work demanding a new trial/hearing/etc …

All anyone who has EVER been seen by this guy has to say is “I think he used his authority to single me out and I demand a new trial.” Evidence or not, most likely they would get it. Why? Simple. Appeals are promised by the law of the land. If a Judge has a history (even one incident) where they are called into question on their honor, you could question everything.

If an evidence tech in a lab altered results (because that never happened right?), does everything they have done not now become suspect?

Imagine the cost of this! So, of course they are going to sweep this under the rug. Unless these cops come forward, PUBLICLY, and talk about this, nothing will happen. The Judge says he didn’t do it, burden of proof is on us. So, we ask the DA, he says he didn’t do it. We ask the SP folks who also deny it was a favor. It dies before it ever began.

So here’s the real deal… and don’t get me wrong I know alot of good cops… but if this is legit, you all need to step forward and pony up or shut up. Something of this magnitude needs to be backed. I personally think he did it. Too many damned coincidences to think he didn’t … but just believing it doesn’t make it so…

Interesting note; Bibaud said he heard about the original report from “Worcester Judge Michael Allard-Maddaus, who he said told him the report was outrageous.”, that would mean one of two things:

    1) The report was initially approved by MSP supervisors, in order to be seen by Allard-Maddaus. In that case, the arresting trooper was told to alter an already accepted police report. Not kosher, and even a POS like Anderson would be hesitant to push that.

    2) Bibaud is lying about how he knew about his daughter’s statement and, likely, how he responded to finding out.

Judge Bibaud happened to help create/introduce drug court in Dudley District court. He has had experience with addiction and the passion to help others. have never stood before him in drug court but was in the room during it. The judge steps down without his robe stands up in that court room and treated each person as their own individual and was helping them embrace the good and recognizing and punishing for the bad. He was fair and treated the addicted with respect. Yes his daughter has a drug addiction but you know what almost every family has at least one. This epidemic does not discriminate. A detox facility would be where she needs to go not jail. If she said what she said why did she do it… Oh yea for the drug! SHE needs treatment a jail is not capable of giving her. We are all human and all make mistakes some just bigger than other.

I don’t recall anywhere in this series where someone said that she belongs in jail… in fact, this all has very little to do with her and where she should be. It has to do with the fact that her father is implicated in using his position to try and mitigate her actions to avoid (ostensibly) his own embarrassment.
I think you will find that most people here agree with the diversion program, that it is more important to give addicts the option of treatment over jail. What TB and the readers are taking umbrage with is the potential corruption behind how this case is being handled.

What the actual fuck? Let it go TB… if god forbid your wife lost her shit you should be so lucky to get said judge because he listens. He isn’t even forgiving or lenient, he actually looks the accused in the eye. I was on the accusing side too not the other, and appreciated that the 20 plus cases I was forced to watch actually make sense. He spoke with respect and concern for all of the accused, even when he gave a harsher sentence he looked that person in the eye and explained why and also told them how to make it better with genuine kindness. The colonel is also just a genuinely good human being. All of this is bullshit, people do all kinds of favors for people but this chick was obviously this judges daughter and these troopers purposely put in the juicy parts to fuck with him. I know lawyers who have in conversation said it was pointless to add that dick sucking aspect in, she won’t be charged with anything related to prostitution. I have also had an angry trooper friend say it was completely normal, and I happen to believe the lawyers that it has no bearing. Maybe he didn’t even have to ask to have it removed, it very possible. We are all human some good, some bad. Denis Leary did a bit about this in like 1991 (album: No Cure for Cancer) where he says that’s the big thing for celebrities now.
