Lawyer, Firefighter Join Rhode Island Hardo Mob After Deputy Dickface Dad Shames 2 People For Taking Pictures At Public Beach

Repeat after me – you have no expectation of privacy in public. It’s remarkable how many people don’t understand this. Here’s another example of this from Lincoln Woods State Park in Rhode Island.

Last weekend I took my kids to Lincoln Woods State Park and as we were walking by the food stand at the beach, where 100’s of children are in their bathing suits, Alyssa hears a dude’s phone make the camera sound, and she immediately turns and says “Hey, did you just take a picture of me?” to the dude who is pointing his phone directly at her. He starts to stutter “no, no, I’m taking pics of the buildings behind you” (preposterous considering the angle we were at)… We start to turn away, and my mind is racing about what just happened and if I make a big deal about it or not, and Alyssa turns to me and says “dad, I’m shook”… So I turn back and I ask the guy, “Did you just take a picture of my daughter?” And he and his partner slowly start backing away, denying it. (Folks, it was clear…he took the fucking picture) I told him that it would be an easy enough matter to clear up, “just show me your recent camera scroll” to which he claimed his constitutional protections (as they all are masters at knowing where their lines are)… I ended up calling RI State Police and they came out and said there’s no expectation of privacy, and that it was ok for them to be there but they would file a report so if they get any more, on these pervs, they can elevate matters..

So just to review what happened here:

  • “Creepy” looking guys with shirts tucked into shorts take pictures at public place
  • Hardo Dad decides that this should be illegal because his daughter says that she’s “shook”
  • Hardo Dad decides that he has the right to search through a complete stranger’s phone
  • Hardo Dad thinks feels outwitted by “constitutional masters” because they rightfully tell him he has no right to demand that
  • Hardo Dad wastes the time of the state police by calling them over this, only to be informed that you have no right to privacy at a public beach
  • Unsatisfied with this Hardo Dad then takes to Facebook to publicly shame them and his post is shared thousands of times
  • Expected lynch mob of fellow hardo Moms and Dads ensues

Are these two Chesters? I have no idea. Did they break a law? Of course not. And I don’t want to jump to any conclusions or anything, but it appears to be a father and son, or perhaps a guy who may or may not have special needs being accompanied by someone taking care of him. I’m not trying to be mean or anything, but just sayin….

Does that look like the face of a guy who understands what he’s being accused of? He’s wearing a watch I wore when I was 11, cargo shorts, and Providence Pride shirt. He’s grinning from ear to ear, possibly because he’s a well meaning person that has no clue what’s happening right now. Then Deputy Dickface comes over and tells him to hand over his phone and they guy walks away. I can’t imagine why.

But even if they did take pictures of kids at the beach, what do you care? For all I know people take pictures of my kids in public too. I could give a shit less as long as they’re not contacting them. Don’t get me wrong, I’d prefer if they didn’t, I’m just not a fucking idiot who thinks that we have some sort of privacy cloak at a public place. I’ve never jumped into pedophile circles, but I would imagine images of kids with clothes on are pretty worthless on the dark web. Either way, I have no idea what people bust loads over, and as long as they’re busting loads in front of me it has zero effect on my life.

Nevertheless the big cock brigade was out in full force in the comments, letting everyone know exactly what they would’ve done to these two people, who more than likely are completely innocent. These people are the absolute worst.

Oh shut the fuck up. Not a single one of you keyboard warriors is going to do jack shit. You’re nothing more than digital vigilantes throwing two potentially innocent people under the bus so that you can virtue signal about how much you oppose pedophilia. As if the rest of us aren’t anti-pedo too.

No fuckhead, you don’t have the right to bash their heads in. Maybe you’re a pervert though Edward. Can we kick the shit out of you too? See, Internet mobs are fun!

These are very, very sane people.

Others suggested he should’ve just made up a complete lie.

Definitely.

Nicholas Hughes says he’s going to follow them around in public because he’s “looking for a scrap,” and some ambulance chasing attorney offered him free legal services.

Is every lawyer in Rhode Island an incompetent scumbag who doesn’t understand how the law works? Just look at this maroon.

Bruh, what happened to your eyes? Did you pose for your profile picture after getting attacked by a swarm of bees?

This nudnik does personal injury law, and he’s joined in an online mob that could cause personal injury to two people who are innocent under the laws of the State of Rhode Island. What a fucking idiot.

This is Pascoag firefighter Joe Musone.

According to this public servant the OP should’ve thrown him the beating of his life, taken his property, gone through it, then destroyed said personal property.

Because he’s a “firm believer” that it’s his duty as an adult to literally break your hands if you take a picture of people in public. This man is a public servant in Rhode Island, further proving that Rhode Island is a lawless swamp.

This was my personal favorite justification for violence.

A character on Game of Thrones did it, therefore it’s OK. #RhodeIslandLogic

Meanwhile the OP posted noodz of himself for his Facebook picture

But it’s not perverted when he shares his bare ass with the world because it’s comedy. Get it? Because his twin cheeks in the snow are funny.

Keep in mind, we have no evidence whatsoever that any of this actually happened. It’s a guy posting on Facebook and none of the people responding were there. When someone suggested that this could be made up this was the reaction.

Yea, no one would ever post a lie on Facebook. Ever. Just ask Jussie Smollett.

The bottom line is that you have no expectation of privacy in public. If you’re an adult who doesn’t know this then you’re a fucking idiot. Rant over.

When you go out into public people see you. [Try not wearing clothes and you’ll see that people see you. ] A camera lens might as well just be considered more people. You can’t prove that someone is purposely taking your picture for illicit reasons. If it was illegal to take pictures of people how would the law be enforced? You would need cops all over the place, looking for people aiming their phones at other people. I would need a team of cops following me everywhere I go, constantly arresting people. When I’m in a supermarket’s check-out line, on the slightest of busy days, The people near me are gazing up at my face with a look of shock, or fear on their faces. A barrage of comments from people who seem to think I can’t hear them, “Oh My God, I can’t believe how tall (or big) that guy is!”, “Jes*s Chr*st! Look at the size of that guy!”, “How tall is that guy?!”, “Is that a basketball player?”, “How can someone get that big (be so gigantic)?!” and so on. I look around and see two or three, or more, people blatantly aiming their phone’s camera lens at me. Then there is the person, or two, who tries to sneak a picture by pretending they are just holding their phone, under their arm, and it just happens that they’re holding it with the lens aimed at me. Occasionally someone will ask, “Hey tall dude! can I take your picture?” and I have even posed with people. There’s times when I see people raise their phones, clearly aiming it at me, and I held up my hand and said, “Please don’t do that right now.” because I just wasn’t in the mood. It is kind-of annoying. Somewhere, out there, on the internet there has to be pictures of me standing in Kroger’s, or Walmart, or wherever, with a caption that says something such as “Look at the giant guy I saw in the store today.” Someone sent me the link to a site called “tallguysfree” so I can see if any pic of me is there. I think I’ve gone through the entire site. I’m not there, YET. Social media does have a negative side.

Let me clear things up for everyone….these are two happily married gay men. They walk around lincoln woods for exercise on a regular basis. On the day in question…one of them was taking a picture of the new building ( his hobby is photography) when this POS ran up to them accusing them of taking a picture of his daughter. They told him that…no…they were taking a picture of the building. FYI…gay men would not be taking pictures of girls…wtf. The POS called the state police on them and told the police…” check the sexual deviant database..I’m sure they are on it!” Of course…they were not…nor on any other database. The police told the POS that they had every right to be there and take pictures. Think this is over now? Nope…the POS then followed them around taking their picture and telling them he was going to post their picture on facebook…which he did. He harrassed and scared the crap out of the two guys. His last post and comment said that the guys lawyer called and said the gay guys would send him an apology if he deleted the facebook post. NOT TRUE. The lawyer called him and told him to delete the post by the end of the day or they would sue his ass off! These guys are NOT pervs or child molesters of any sort. They were wrongly shamed and slandered by this POS.

How is this different than taking a picture up a woman’s skirt when she is say walking up a flight of stairs ahead of you? Aren’t there laws against upskirting? I thought there was no expectation of privacy in public?

    • Kim Wescott
      TheCureForHope
      July 3, 2019 at 3:58 pm

Upskirting in UK and Wales is illegal.

Here in the US, it is up to the state ti declare it a crime.

      Here is a legal opinion:

      Upskirting Law and Legal Definition
Upskirting is the practice of surreptitiously photographing underneath a female’s dress or skirt. Upskirting often occurs by voyeurs who carry small video cameras or cell phones with photo capability in escalators in public places, outdoor parks, and shopping malls. Because upskirting occurs in public places, there is a legal debate over whether the victim is entitled to a reasonable expectation of privacy. Some states and localities have passed laws making it illegal to film or photograph under someone’s clothing in a public place. Some state laws, which vary by state, have prohibited video voyeurism, which is defined to include upskirting.

The question that is as old as time. Protect kids by going to jail and thus you can’t protect or provide for them from prison. All parents think this way. Its natural to want to protect your kids though whatever force is necessary. I say an eye for an eye when it comes to my kids. But breaking someone hands over a clothed picture from a public place is not an eye for an eye. Also picture might not have even been taken in the first place.

The law is the law is the law.

If this was not illegal, as the policeman said, there’s not anything they can do about it. Or would you prefer that police have the power to arrest someone when they’ve broken no law? Think for a moment where THAT would go.

I believe this post is about defending the LAW, not the guys.

It’s kind of like hating what someone is saying, but defending his right so say it.

And what pedo in 2019 is putting in that much effort for pictures of kids in bathing suits?

Newsflash parents: They steal your kids’ pics from your Facebook page. Stealing that ‘cute’ naked bathtub pic of your little one is as easy as a screenshot. But that would mean accepting some responsibility for the visibility of your kids on the internet, and nobody wants to do that.
