Let Em Walk Walker Found Blackstone House Of Horrors Mom Not Guilty Of Murder Because Her Dead Dogs Had More Value Than Her Dead Kids

Here’s the least predictable news ever:

She was not guilty the moment she got Janet “Let em walk” Walker as a Judge.

This is just what she does. She lets murderers go free. Just ask Chad Easter, Lonzo Guthrie, or the Asian chick who killed her kid. She was appointed by Deval Patrick specifically because she views the law this way. This is why Erika Murray’s lawyer chose a trial by judge instead of jury. You couldn’t find 12 people to acquit her, but you can find a plethora of judges who would. Here’s the reasoning:

A Worcester County judge has found Erika Murray not guilty of second-degree murder in the death of her child whose decomposed body was found inside a closet in her squalid Blackstone home in 2014. Judge Janet Kenton-Walker also found Murray guilty of two counts of assault and battery on a child causing substantial bodily injury and not guilty of two counts of reckless endangerment of a child. Prosecutors had accused Murray of causing injuries to an infant and 3-year-old found dirty and isolated in her home, and of endangering her two older children by causing them to live in squalor and filth. On the final counts, Murray was found guilty of two counts of animal cruelty for the neglect of pets found in her home.

I hate to say it, but this is what happens in a society where a fetus is viewed as a disposable piece of trash. If you can’t prove that the baby was alive when she gave birth to them (which you can, because they were clothed and had diapers on), then you can’t prove if she killed the baby 5 minutes after they were born or 5 minutes before they were born. During that 10 minute period the baby legally changed from an object Erika Murray could get rid of, to a human being with constitutional rights. Makes sense.

She was found guilty of animal cruelty because nobody disputes that the dogs were already born. A dog has more legal rights in our society than a fetus 10 minutes before giving birth. That’s not me pontificating about abortion, that’s just an undeniable legal fact.

However, with that said, Let em Walk Walker actually ADMITS that she believes the baby was born alive!!

Kenton-Walker ruled that while prosecutors proved one of the dead infants survived childbirth, they failed to prove that Murray could have saved the infant by calling for help or performing CPR when she discovered the baby blue and not breathing.

So let me get this straight. Let em Walk acknowledges that the baby was born alive, but at the same time if she had called 911 or made any attempt to save the baby’s life it might not have worked, therefore she’s not at fault? So if my kid starts choking on something and stops breathing, I can legally just let them die in front of me while I keep watching TV? Da fuq is wrong with this idiot?

Then this fucking fraud showed up:

Joe Early, most famous for allowing Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino’s killer out of jail because “prison wasn’t working for him,” had the nerve to THANK the judge for her wisdom.

Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. thanked police and prosecutors for their work on the case in a statement.

“This was a very hard case with a very difficult set of facts as it always is when dealing with children who are victims. It has emotionally affected many people throughout Worcester County,” Early said. “We appreciate all the time and effort the judge put into her decision in this case. The court has spoken.”

No shithead, this one is on you! Your job as a DA is to get convictions, just like the job of a coach is to win games. You failed, and for that you should be held responsible. But you won’t, because you won with 2/3 of the vote in November despite an unprecedented amount of scandals tied to you. No one actually pays attention or cares. They just see a D next to his name, they see an army behind him, and they see that the post office is named after his congressman Daddy. What he does after that doesn’t matter.

I see a lot of people out there complaining about this, but ya know what? The people of Massachusetts deserve this verdict. It’s an awful state, filled with awful people, who elect awful people like Deval Patrick and Joe Early, so this is what you get. If you’re complaining about this decision then you damn sure better be able to say that you showed up in November to vote for candidates who don’t want bullshit “criminal justice reform” that lets people like this go free. If not then what are you doing besides whining on social media? This is a democracy, and this is the government we elected to run it.

Here’s my question for everyone complaining about this – do you know who your representative is on the Governor’s Council? Do you know what the Governor’s Council does? If not, then you’re part of the problem. Become an educated voter. The Governor’s Council grills potential judges nominated by the governor, and votes on whether or not to recommend that they become lifelong judges. If there’s one thing I want you to take from this blog it’s that you should know who your Governor’s Council representative is. Here’s the list:

Joseph C. Ferreira – Somerset

Robert L. Jubinville – Milton

Marilyn M. Petitto Devaney – Watertown

Christopher A. Iannella – Boston

Eileen R. Duff  – Gloucester

Terrence W. Kennedy – Lynnfield

Jennie L. Caissie – Oxford

Mary E. Hurley – East Longmeadow

In 2018 the only one who was even remotely challenged was Jen Caissie, and she happens to be the only Republican.

Their contact information is here, and I urge you to send them an email asking them if they’re going to continue to approve of judges like Let em Walk Walker. Duff and Ianella both were on the Council in 2009 when she made it onto the bar. I’m willing to bet the rest of them, with the exception of Caissie, would’ve voted for her if they were on back then too.

Just to show you the kind of questions they ask, here’s some quotes from a grilling they gave candidates in October 2018, both of who went on to become judges.

Jubinville said that it’s very important to him that a judge have a strong sense of compassion and common sense.

Common sense, yes. But when he says compassion for people he’s not talking about Erika Murray’s children, he’s talking about Erika Murray.

In order to become a judge one of the nominees had to come out and say that he’d put transgender prisoners in the prison they identify with, not what’s listed on their birth certificate.

Maltby also answered that he would incarcerate transgender people in the gender prison they identify with, not the gender listed on their birth certificate.

“You have the right qualities, the qualities I look for: compassion, integrity, common sense, and character,” said District 4 Governor’s Councilor Christopher Iannella. “I look forward to supporting you whenever the vote comes up.”

This is what impresses the current governor’s council – someone who will allow men to avoid men’s prison by saying they’re women. Or even worse, someone who would let someone with a vagina into a men’s prison, putting them in imminent danger of rape.

Or this quote from Mary Hurley:

“We’re dealing with human beings and their frailties,” Hurley said. “We need judges who understand that.”

This is the kind of mentality that a judge like Let em Walk Walker has when she looks at someone like Erika Murray. She sees a human being with frailties, instead of the crimes this human being committed.

I think that the only person who was surprised by this verdict was Erika Murray. She knew that she was screwed as soon as she was arrested.

That would have been true, of course, until she drew this winning lottery ticket of a judge.

    What a tragic joke.

Just waiting for the time when we having a grieving father take matters into his own hands and dishes out some old school justice to one of these back corrupt judges.

I’m rooting for it. It will be then and only then when we see accountability when it comes to judges.

David Low, a cartoonist for the London Star, once drew a cartoon about Nazis voting. It had a polling place that had signs “Get your ja vote here. Put your ja vote here.” Kind of like Massachusetts or the Soviet Union where voting is a waste of time.

    They sure do have frailties!

Like in the mid 1980’s at the Student Prince in Springfield when I personally saw Mary Hurley (who was the Springfield mayor at the time!) completely fall off her bar stool dead drunk and had to be physically carried out of the bar like a limp doll.

    Yup! Frailties for sure!

Dan Yorke tortured Mary Hurley daily on his broadcasts.
I hear him occasionally on WPRO if I’m driving in Providence.

    from Masslive:

“The story grew darker in September, when Massachusetts State Police Troopers executing a search warrant on Murray’s home found the decomposed bodies of three infants in upstairs closets. After initially lying to detectives, Murray acknowledged that she had given birth to the babies, saying that two were stillborn and one lived for a short time before dying.

Murray was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, with investigators determining that two of the infants had been born alive. But Kenton-Walker dropped one of those charges in the middle of the trial, ruling that prosecutors had only presented evidence that one of the babies was not stillborn.”

Massachusetts hyphenated Democrat Progressive Judge Walker lets this beast walk with 3 dead babies decomposing in the closet. This is beyond sick, evil, disgusting. Only in this complete piece of SHIT called Massachusetts would this ever be. What the fuck is wrong with the liberal judges here? What kind of fucking mental illness are they suffering from that they let baby killers, illegal alien criminals, drug dealers, cop killers back out on the street. Some out back doors during court. Goddam every one of these “judges”. They don’t enforce the laws of this state, the black robe frauds aren’t really judges, just fucking social justice warriors that the taxpayers pay $200,000 a year to fuck up society and let killers free to continue to prey on innocent people and children.

Once I heard who the Judge was that was going to preside over the case we already knew she was found not guilty. Just the fact that they had to literally TEAR THE HOUSE DOWN speaks volumes to me. Guess I wouldn’t qualify to be a judge in Massachusetts. What those poor kids were living in breaks my heart. The lady that went in to help with the children has got to have nightmares after what she saw that day. Erica Murray was smart enough to hide the dead children but couldn’t see the FILTH around her that she made her children live in…If you were seeing challenged you could smell it!!!!!!!!!!!! Again…THEY HAD TO TEAR THE HOUSE DOWN!!!! Well time served for her. No need to tune in July 11th
