Fox Boston: PITTSBURGH – A fugitive convicted of a 2010 bank robbery was wearing a stethoscope around his neck and a fake surgeon ID badge when he was arrested Monday in Pittsburgh. Mark Huellen, 41, was spotted by sheriff’s deputies pulling away from a red light at a high rate of speed in the area of West Carson Street, near Station Square. He was stopped after he passed under the Fort Pitt Bridge. According to the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, Huellen appeared to be nervous. It was easily determined that the ID badge Huellen was wearing was fake, according to a news release. It was “nothing more than something from a plastic label maker.” Huellen, who was wanted since June 28 by federal authorities for violating the conditions of his probation on the bank robbery conviction, was arrested.
The fake doctor move is a move that has been practiced before. But, nobody has ever perfected it like 18 Year Old Malachi Love-Robinson, Who Pretended To Be A Doctor And Opened His Own Practice.

Where the fuck was Huellen going? He was dressed up as a trauma surgeon all ready to go and gets pulled over for speeding… Did he somehow trick someone into thinking he was an actual doctor? Or, was he starring in some weirdo porn flick? You be the judge.
Mark Huellen isn’t very slick – one look at this guy and all I can think of is one word. METH. Before I even typed Mark Huellen’s name into google I already knew that. But, I needed some reassurance and well… Meth is a perfect word to describe him.
WPXI: – Three men were arrested Friday after thousands of dollars of methamphetamine was found inside a home in Scott Township, police said.
According to police, 40-year-old Mark Huellen was so high on meth that he thought six men were on the roof trying to break in. But instead of intruders, police found $20,000 worth of meth, along with hypodermic needles, a loaded gun and more than $6,000 in cash. Neighbor Tom Casciola said he saw a lot of cars coming and going from the house, but didn’t think anything of it. “I still can’t get over it. I can’t believe it,” he said.
C’mon Tom. These guy’s were as obvious as it gets being meth junkies. Get with the fucking program.
Along with Huellen, 19-year-old Nathan Kaskins and 24-year-old Charles Outcalt Jr. were arrested. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the home’s owner, James France. All four men face charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver.
Told you Huellen wasn’t slick, if you’re a trap queen – definitely don’t want Mark Huellen holding onto the stuff. Not good for business. That’s one hell of a Friday night though – one minute you’re just smoking meth with your bro’s and then 6 phantom people are breaking into your house, smokey the bear is eating out of your fridge, and Gary Busey is playing the clarinet in your bathroom. Anything goes. Then you turn around and call 911 to help you out from these phantom burglars, just to end up ratting yourself out. Lol.
Huellen also seems to have robbed more than one bank, dating all the way back to 2010:
FBI Online Archives: Acting United States Attorney Robert S. Cessar announced today, January 25, 2010, that on January 22, 2010, Mark Huellen, Jr., a resident of Carnegie, Pennsylvania, was sentenced in federal court in Pittsburgh to 100 months’ in prison followed by three years of supervised release on his conviction for bank robbery. Additionally, Huellen, Jr. was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,947.00 to PNC Bank. United States District Judge Joy Flowers Conti imposed the sentence on Huellen, Jr., age 33. According to information presented to the court by Assistant United States Attorney Almon S. Burke, Jr., on October 29, 2008, Huellen, Jr. robbed the PNC Bank on West Liberty Avenue in Dormont, Pennsylvania. As a result of the robbery, Huellen, Jr. obtained $1,947.00. Mr. Cessar commended the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Dormont Borough Police Department for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Huellen, Jr.
How the fuck was this guy still on the streets in 2017??? logical people would think after the first bank robbery, and getting hit with loaded guns and piles of meth – he would be behind bars by now. But no, one year after his Meth freak out he’s whipping his 2002 Dodge Neon (probably) to wherever the hell he was going dressed up as a surgeon. With the charges Mark Huellen racked up, you would think this is straight out of a Grand Theft Auto video game. But no, it’s just a normal day in Pittsburgh.

Sentenced late January 2010 to 8 years, 4 months… with a small reduction for “good time” it’s entirely possible he was actually released on schedule.
Apparently does not do well outside the structured environment of a federally funded, gated community.
