Turtleboy is getting pretty sick of seeing shit like this:

Screen Shot 2016-01-04 at 8.04.33 PM

Obviously the initial reaction of most people is to vilify this subhuman piece of garbage, Johnny Sanchez. And obviously that’s a normal and justifiable reaction to this. But the mother of this pond scum is equally to blame. According to the article from Masslive, this gutterslug had recently been involved in a violent altercation with the 3 year old boy’s mother:

Court records show that Sanchez was out on personal recognizance for a Nov. 2 domestic assault charge also involving Almodovar (baby’s mother). In that case, he’s accused of assaulting her with a knife, threatening her and vandalizing her car, according to court records. Almodovar also told police officers that Sanchez had threatened her on Dec. 18 and, in that incident, put his hands around her throat, court records say.

Hey here’s an idea – the next time some slugpump like this assaults you with a knife and destroys your car for fun, don’t let him live in your apartment and babysit your three year old kid. Ya know, because he’s a fuckin psychopath.

Let me guess – he said he was a changed man? He was just angry and he’s never gonna do that again right? Fuck that. The mother should be locked up and charged equally too. She’s a selfish woman who put her own childish dramatic lovelife ahead of the well being of her son. When you’re a parent you have one job and one job alone – keep your child safe. She knew this idiot was dangerous but she kept him around anyway, despite the fact that he assaulted her numerous times, because she cared more about herself than she does about her kid.

Apparently she left the child at home with him while she went to work. Because obviously this waste-of-space didn’t have to work that day. An unemployed deadbeat who assaults you multiple times, including once with a knife, AND destroys your car? Why wouldn’t you shack up with a guy like that? Why wouldn’t you leave him around your child unsupervised? Sounds like really responsible parenting.

unnamed-2

She should never, ever get custody of her child again. Obviously she has no sense of judgement and is attracted to losers like this. The next boyfriend will just be more of the same. As long as this child is under her care, his safety will always be compromised.

And let’s not forget to address something that pretty much everyone else is afraid to – this is much more likely to happen when you bring children into this world without a stable two-parent environment. I understand that shit happens sometimes, but too many people out there are making babies without any plans to stay together after the baby is born. This of course leads to a revolving door of boyfriends and increases the chances that something like this can happen.

I’m just sick of seeing kids die and then watching someone who should be held responsible become the victim. Joe Amoroso was the victim when Bella Bond was killed by her mother’s crackhead boyfriend. Amber Loiselle became the victim when her son was beaten into a coma by the sperm donor because she couldn’t keep her shit together and lost custody of her kid. Jessica Conway became the victim when her daughter Ava died in the foster home factory in Auburn, because she was in jail. Fuck that. The only victim here is the kid and the people that the media chooses to victimize are the bad guys. The mother should be publicly shamed and ridiculed just like this shitbag is.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – the government needs to do more to regulate parenting. They have no problem making us wear seatbelts, outlawing fantasy sports, and deciding what we can and cannot smoke. But kids? You can do whatever the fuck you want with your kids. No license required.

Not all one parent homes are bad. It is awful that parents can’t take care if their children. CHILDREN COME FIRST!! If you do not intend to pur your children first then don’t get pregnant!

What an interesting article. I am not much of a Turtleboy fan. However he hit it on the head as mothers and father’s it’s our job to keep our kids safe as much as possible. What I don’t get if this gentleman has been arrested multiple times for domestic violence why such a low bail. Surely this little boys life means more than the crappy bail. Also as A gramma of a 3 year old. They are active and talk alot. Oh how much fun. Never have I felt so angry with some of her antics that I’d beat her. I hardly like putting her in time out .. Such a sad story. I would like to hear from the mom on all of this.

Ignorance whoever made this damn article you are the real scumbag I personally know this family and your facts are fucking wrong. Why not put any blame on the father he too had a visit with his son before mother found out something was wrong so fuck you all for talking shit about something you don’t know about!!!

      January 5, 2016 at 9:38 pm

      Stay classy Stephanie burgos.

So which of these parts are wrong?
      1. Mother allowed boyfriend back to live with her after prior domestic violence charge.
      2. Mother allowed boyfriend to babysit the child after first DV charge, as well as a second incident a few days after the continuation of his case.
      3. Boyfriend may or may not have been arrested at age 18 for selling crack.
      4. Mother has had this boyfriend for 6 months; felt this was a reasonable amount of time to get to know someone and bring him around her child…and then shack-up together, possibly to ,at the least, confuse and emotionally hurt the child when they move on, or possibly expose child to who-knows-what(such as this incident).
      5. Boyfriend is no the child’s father (as per your statement above).

If you think the father (as opposed to the current boyfriend) had something to do with this, call Worcester PD, not TB.

Careful classifying which sins carry more weight than others, wouldn’t want to get dirty. It’s a dangerous job playing “God”,but obviously you all feel you have the” right ” to do so. Just because you have an opinion doesn’t mean you need to spew more negativity into this already tragic story. Save your energy for hope that the baby gets better rather than looking for a scapegoat.

I like your articles for the most part, but extreme at times… Not what I’m here to say though, you need to have someone edit your articles, “the mother of this pond scum” would mean you’re calling the 3 year old “pond scum”, I’m assuming you meant to call her that. If I’m wrong, have a heart, the kid is not at fault and if given some guidance can have a shot in life.

For many women, the tingles they get from a bad boy are more important than the well being of any children they may have.

      January 5, 2016 at 3:49 pm

Umm just playing devils advocate here
, isn’t it also possible that she was raised in a home where the male figure was abusive and that’s all she knows? I mean, just throwing it out there. I’m sure all those silly DR’s and professionals who study learned behavior and the cycle of abuse just missed the chapter on “tingles from a bad boy”.

        January 6, 2016 at 8:05 am

No excuse for dangerous behavior,he grew up in a house not a zoo. Please don’t encourage these sick people to be so useless and give them poor excuses to act out violently. Behavior cycle is cute in a book try working with the worst criminals in reality, this is why the abortion clinic is around the corner, you want to murder your child at least do it legally.sick fucks.

        • Ash J
          January 6, 2016 at 9:50 am

Ok in no way is that encouraging anyone to act out in such a sick way. Lets be clear, anyone who can do such a horrible things is certainly not getting their fuel from someone who suggests that maybe there is more to their story. Nowhere did I excuse ANY behavior, in fact I am a firm believer in appropriate punishment. But we are not talking about the man who beat the boy, and we are not talking about Jeffery Dauhmer either. Comparing a negligent mother to some of the worst criminals in the world, sociopaths if you will is just as ignorant as assuming I’ve never worked with criminals. You know nothing about me, you know nothing about that mother. Neither do I! I am not encouraging and or defending ANYONE, AT ALL. I’m simply saying there is always more to a story then what you read in the paper, and to assume a mother would jeopardize her child’s life over “tingly feelings’ she gets from dating a bad boy is just STUPID!

    January 5, 2016 at 7:13 am

Soooo the mother is not at all responsible for her child. She did not act as an enabler? There was mistakes made by her by contacting police over abuse, otherwise her boyfriends actions would only be his first abuse charge, making even MORE ok that she left child as he was not abusive. Ta that’s it, that’s how she showed she’s a good, devoted, sane, sensible, role model for this child

    January 5, 2016 at 12:54 am

I understand your anger, and I don’t disagree with your points on the mother. I do 100% disagree with the idea that government needs to regulate parenting. Government deserves no place in the bedroom. That’s how you end up with China’s one child law. There is a line. Plus that assumes that government is actually good at doing anything. You pointed out the Auburn situation. Isn’t local government partially liable?

  • Ash J
    January 5, 2016 at 12:24 am

There is no doubt this mother needs help, but let’s not forget that we are all human. No one is immune to trauma, and things like PTSD are beyond our ability to judge as outsiders. How can anyone outside this situation know what that mother has gone through? And let me be clear, I agree that all the parents you reference are not victims in regards to the negligence of their children, you are correct (in my opinion) regarding this child’s safety and what took place. But to say things like “She should never, ever get custody of her child again. Obviously she has no sense of judgement and is attracted to losers like this. The next boyfriend will just be more of the same.” Etc. etc. to me is ignorant at best. Maybe your right, or maybe this woman has just been so battered and beaten down her entire life that she just needs someone to show her some kindness. Maybe with help, she could be taught to respect herself, and in turn be a positive person for her child. Who are you to say that she can’t change and eventually recover from this life of hers? Who is anyone to assume that there is no hope? If we start counting every parent out that is struggling right now we are in trouble. Have you seen this drug epidemic going on? Have you seen how many children are without parents because of this epidemic? If we don’t have hope for these people right now we are in a lot of trouble. If we start counting out every person hitting rock bottom at the moment the only ones who will lose out are the kids. And there are many… I don’t know anymore about this story than what I just read in this article, but what I do know is that these are some really heavy words for what is a horrible tragedy(s), my heart breaks for this boy and I truly hope your words come from a place that’s defending this child and not just to get people to read your post. As a fan of most of your articles I have to be honest, this one made me cringe.

    • PBH
      January 5, 2016 at 9:28 pm

“Etc. etc. to me is ignorant at best”

Hey Ash J – Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it…does that mean anything to you?

“she just needs someone to show her some kindness.” – How about some tough love and less enabling? As in, get your crap together – you are an adult, you brought an INNOCENT child into this world; YOU (and technically his father, wherever he is) are supposed to love and care for that child.

I am sorry if this woman had a bad past (no evidence of that, but let’s assume…), BUT at some point, she has to draw a line and say, I am NOT going to let this happen to my child. Barring that, why didn’t the court system do something productive about this live-in-boyfriend-of-six-months after he got arrested THE FIRST TIME for attacking her?

Yes, there are people too messed up or damaged to take care of their children…they do need help, but that DOES NOT mean it is ok to allow her shack-up, criminal boyfriend to hurt her child while she figures it all out!

      • Ash J
        January 6, 2016 at 9:23 am

First of all, nowhere did I say that any behavior which caused that child to be hurt was justified. Nor did I ever suggest that she simply needed a slap on the wrist if she was in fact at fault. Yes history can repeat itself and you do need to stop the cycle somewhere, i’m the first one to admit that and defend that point. I don’t know the whole story and i’m not going to pretend to. That being said, neither does turtle boy, and I think i’m very clear in saying “maybe”, maybe it’s not as cut and dry as people think. Maybe there is more to the story. MAYBE as HUMANS we should try and look at every scenario before assuming that everyone who screws up in life is a sociopath. MAYBE not everyone who makes a mistake is automatically too “messed up” or “damaged” to become a better person. Your right, in some cases they are but if we as COMPASSIONATE HUMAN BEINGS really do care for the well being of any child and what is in their best interest then we, at the least, owe them a small amount of hope that someday they may be able to have a relationship with their parents IF at all safely possible. We have more kids in foster care in this country then we know what to do with, its and EPIDEMIC, the drugs, the crime, the poverty etc.etc. At what point do we realize that if we want to save these innocent children, then we need to start saving their parents too IF we can. IF there is any chance.

Now let me ask you something, have you ever heard the definition of insanity? “Doing the same thing OVER AND OVER expecting different results?” Does that ring a bell ? Because that’s what we have been doing, and guess what? Not only have things not gotten better but all these problems have only gotten worse. So maybe it’s time to try a different approach.

That’s what I meant with my response.

        • Ash J
          January 6, 2016 at 9:35 am

OH and PBH if your going to quote me please don’t take bits and pieces of a sentence and take my words out of context. I did NOT say she only needs people to shower her kindness. What I said was, “Maybe your right, or maybe this woman has just been so battered and beaten down her entire life that she just needs someone to show her some kindness.” MAYBE!

Just a thought, If you need to take someones words out of context to make your point then maybe your point is just judgmental. Because if you responded to what I actually said then your disagreement wouldn’t really make sense. See, with the word maybe in there, that also means that MAYBE i’m wrong. I’m not as ignorant as you, I don’t pretend to have the answers, I just know whats not working based on facts.

I stand corrected – judge was David B.Locke.

Nov. 4, 2015 -Johnny Sanchez, 23, of 45 Ward St., Worcester, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), vandalizing property, and threatening to commit a crime (to murder), continued to Dec. 15.

So….according to the article, he allegedly threatened the child’s mother (again) three days after his other case was continued…and then went on to allegedly beat the child a few weeks after that.

PS- “her live-in boyfriend of six months.”

Courthouse records show same name, different address in 2011 (age 18 then, 23 now…) arrested for selling crack.

I will bet you the amount of Johnnys disability check that these two get back together again when Johnny bad ass gets out of jail AGAIN..They do this over and over..Fight call the cops make up and repeat

This is what trash does..Fight call the cops on each other make up and repeat. Better keep an eye out for for her go fund me page because this crap state will not take this poor little kid away and give him to a loving family..Gotta keep the cycle going

    • Justic
      January 5, 2016 at 10:26 am

Not just Johnny’s disability check. The KID is going to have one too….if he doesn’t already. This kid will be an SSI check for his mother until the day he turns 18 and can collect it himself because if he wasn’t already “disabled” and on SSI, he will be NOW thanks to this Sanchez dickhead.

      • Dave P
        January 5, 2016 at 3:08 pm

If the kid wasn’t beaten the mother would have convinced some doctor to prescribe psychotropics for ADHD. That script is the golden ticket to SSI land. That’s how it works with these people; they drug their own children for a paltry $900/ month, or whatever it is these days.

        • Ally B.
          January 6, 2016 at 3:34 pm

Who are “these people” says in the article the child was left with the boyfriend while mom went to work……… So which is it she’s a bad mom for leaving her kid with unfortunately the only babysitter available because Dad is M I A or she’s using her kid for an SSI check……. Bunch of nobodies passing judgment based off whatever half a**article outlining only the facts that are most convenient to this article.

  • wangchung
    January 4, 2016 at 11:51 pm

Ten to one odds that the judge was Lemire.
