Worcester Police Facebook pageOn October 15, 2015 at approximately 8:22 AM Worcester police were dispatched to Hobson Avenue for a report of two males breaking into motor vehicles. Upon arrival, a witness directed police to an area further on down the roadway where two males were yelling at female whose car they were caught rummaging through. Officers ordered the two males to stop.

The female informed police that she confronted the males after a neighbor told her the men broke into her car. She also reported that several items were stolen from her car. The males were found to be in possession of the stolen items from the vehicle along with additional items. Dobbie Wilson of Worcester was placed under arrest. As the officers were taking Mr. Wilson into custody, the second suspect fled from police. Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results.

During the investigation, officers also found another female’s wallet on Mr. Wilson. Officers contacted the owner of the wallet and discovered that the wallet was stolen from a minivan earlier in the morning.

Dobbie Wilson, 21, of 273 Mower Street was charged with Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle during the Daytime with Intent to Commit a Felony, Receiving Stolen Property over $250 and Disorderly Conduct.

Our streets are safe. As long as you’re not in a gang, you won’t be victimized by criminals. That’s what Joe Petty wants us to believe right? Well our boy Dobbie here was breaking into cars on Hobson Street, in the Columbus Park neighborhood. It’s not the greatest neighborhood in the Woo, but it’s not even in the same ballpark as the worst. It’s kind of a transition neighborhood from the West Side to Webster Square and Main South. Either way the kid lives on Mower Street, which is in West Tatnuck. So if you’re dumb enough to believe that you are safe anywhere in this city, then go ahead and vote for Joe Petty. I’ll be over here in the real world vigilantly protecting my car and home.

Well at least this happened at night, right? Oh wait, it happened at 8:22 AM. In broad daylight. A quarter mile from an elementary school. Yea, real safe city ya got there Jumpin’ Joe. Got any cool charts you can show me? Because all I have is stories like this to go on. Maybe you can show me a pie graph comparing crime in New Bedford and Worcester. That always makes me sleep better at night.

So what was the excuse this time around? Turning his life around? About to open a barber shop? Because nothing is ever anyone’s fault anymore. Let’s see what the excuse machine spit out this time:

Yea, when I get angry the first thing I do is break into stranger’s cars in broad daylight. Who doesn’t do that as a coping mechanism?

Screen Shot 2015-10-16 at 1.50.02 PM

Oh good, so he’s just doing this for fun!! Joy!!

Yea, we don’t have nearly enough programs in this country. I heard there’s a company called Mosaic that operates out of 41 Piedmont Street. Word is they run some good programs down there that really help troubled young men. Just don’t go there if you need your blood pressure tested, because literally no one has ever gotten their blood pressure tested by Mosaic.

The only excuse that was missing was the “Only God can judge” manifesto. I love that one. Covers all the bases. Kill someone? Fuck you for judging. Only God can judge. Saw it in a Tupac video one time.

My question is, why was Dobbie breaking into cars? He’s got more money than I’ve ever seen according to his Facebook profile picture:

(Baby picture covered in $100 bills taken down by management)

He must’ve cashed out his 401K early. I’m sure this was legally acquired capital and he’s paying taxes on it. But hey, there’s no need to reform the welfare system in our country. Everything is fine. Everything is great. The streets are safe. All you have to do is look the other way when you read stories like this happening down the street from you and focus on the fact that a Popeye’s opened up half a mile away!!!

And apparently from what Kaillee Sanquintin has on her FB page, she is the mother of the suspect’s baby…the one underneath the 100 bills.

According to Victoria Twumasi’s FB page, I wonder if she defines “motherly love” as this:

“Victoria Twumasi i kno u, i use to steal all ur baby clothes from ames n caldors..u were the flyest babygirl in worcester”

This guy’s Facebook page is amazing. How about a little less talking about meek mill and drake’s rap career, and a little more working!!! Next time he decides to break in somewhere(and there WILL be a next time) he should steal some curtains. Because that ghetto fab pic of him and his homeys in front of a window covered with a bed sheet, was really pathetic.

Oh, and that drug bust on expensive Whisper Drive: Every neighbor knew for years that the bozo was a drug dealer, but it took forever for the authorities to do anything about it. He was living like Al Pacino in Scarface amongst a bunch of doctors and lawyers, but complaints fell on deaf ears for way too long. Only in Worcester!

      October 17, 2015 at 8:37 am

There are 1000s of drug dealers in every corner of the city, and WPD. just cant seem to see them. The Whisper Drive matter involved the FEDS, WPD were merely advised the FEDS would be coming in. The so-called barber shops, houses that have yard sales EVERY SINGLE Sat and Sun 52 weeks per year, dead end streets where people who OBVIOUSLY do not live in that neighborhood and have constant vehicle traffic, hand to hand transactions from car to car at the Honey Farms AND Cumberland Farms at Tatnuck Square, the same at Farber Field …. The list is endless and if I can see it everywhere I drive while going about my own business, why cant WPD see this??

We need better people to run for office. Gaffney does not make the cut. I’m voting for him because he is less of a turd than Petty, but he’s going to lose anyway. If some really intelligent, articulate people come forward and run then they can win and help turn the city around.

      October 16, 2015 at 4:18 pm

There’s more to it than articulation, intelligence, being well-informed and charming. In order to make any changes, other people in power with their own motives and feelings will roadblock others that don’t compromise and make “concessions.” It is difficult to navigate. Good luck to anyone in politics at all, I wouldn’t want to run for any office on the aforementioned fact alone lol.

Just like these BS articles on PBS about how a life of foster care just sets kids up for the “prison and military industries.”

    • Skeptical
      October 16, 2015 at 4:14 pm

The fact that the kid needs to be in foster care to begin with means he more than likely had a totally fucked up upbringing. Most people don’t make it out of things like that 100% right in the head.

Doesn’t mean they can break the law or hurt others, but don’t say foster care is the answer, because if it was, I am sure there would be less addicts and criminals in the world. I’m not saying you believe that or said it, but if that’s your intent with the comment, I respectfully disagree.

And to Turtleboy, I agree the welfare system needs some serious reform, but there are people that need it and utilize it in the correct way. I don’t know how many people are on either side of the “usage,” and I don’t want to bicker made up numbers, contrived statistics, or radically different positions and anecdotal views characterized by grandiose statements, but the people who truly need help that use it correctly deserve a helping hand.

The problem with the idea of reform is how do we verify these people as being the people that aren’t misusing/abusing the help? Who will do that job? How much will it cost? We can’t in good conscience abandon good people in need to the wolves, so we need solutions, and solutions cost money.

      • Steven Stover
        October 17, 2015 at 9:26 am

Solutions saves money. We start by requiring drug testing. Taxpayers have to pass drug tests for their jobs and then they pay taxes and fork it over to others. So they can do the same. And just have a complete resign up program. Make them all come in and reapply. That will drop about 20% from the EBT scheme from people that are not living here but their friends and relatives are using the card. Just a start. Let’s get going.

There is no single corner of the City that is safe. June Street has already found that out and the rest of Tatnuck is falling right behind. What about the ghetto trash at Kirsch Liquor last night. That is the real Worcester. Don’t be dopey like Pubi, get out now.
