Worcester MagazineOne by one, they strode to the podium inside the auditorium at Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), in front of more than 100 peers. One by one, they summed up the talks their groups had participated in earlier that night. One by one, they spoke of problems and challenges they saw in Worcester’s representative government. And one by one they presented possible solutions.

Sonya Conner walked up to the podium, where several others before her had drawn applause for their presentations, and promptly admitted her group did not have as many solutions as the other groups because a member of the  media had the audacity to sit in on their public gathering. Actually, she used the word “stifled.” A member of the media, Conner said, had stifled the conversation her group was having.

The audience was silent.

Here is what actually happened, since that member of the media happened to be the editor of Worcester Magazine. When the editor walked into the third-floor room occupied by Conner’s group, one member, Joyce McNickles leaned over to another member of the group, state Rep. Mary Keefe, and whispered something in her ear.

After identifying himself as being with Worcester Magazine at the request of the group facilitator, the editor was asked by Keefe in what capacity he was attending the meeting. She was told he was there to cover the meeting, at which point Conner said not everyone might be comfortable with being recorded. Some discussion ensued, primarily about the fact that these sessions are public and open to everyone – including the press. They were set up by public government. Their purpose – among others – is to stimulate community-wide discussion on racial inclusion and diversity.

It is worth noting that the DOJ monitor at the meeting did nothing to help resolve the minor dispute, even when prompted by another group member, At-Large Councilor Konnie Lukes.

LOL. Hippies being hippies man. First of all, if there were 11 rooms where these meetings were held, what were the odds you’d get these three commies in one room together. Sonya Conner, Mary Keefe, and Joyce McNickles. That’s like hippie Armaggedon.

And let me get something straight. These hippies, who are borderline obsessed with stifling Turtleboy Sports, are upset that they were “stifled” because Walter Bird was in the same room as them and he works for Worcester Magazine? I’m sorry, I thought we were here to fix racism. Can we not do that in front of Worcester Magazine reporters? Does Sonya Conner’s special sauce for fixing racism go bad when Walter Bird is in the same room as her? Is this a top secret recipe?

Newsflash hippies – this is a PUBLIC meeting. The media has a right to cover public meetings and inform the PUBLIC about what is happening in there. I guess it’s not surprising that she has a problem denying the public access to things they’re entitled to. After all this is a woman who took her yoga pants on down to Kelley Square and denied people the right to drive freely on a public road.

Look, I’m sure Watler Bird was upset about this. I sure would be. But you gotta understand where she’s coming from. She had that “just got out of court sass” game going on tonight. She’s not very happy about the fact that the City of Worcester is holding her responsible for her criminal behavior. You’d be sassy too if you were in that situation.

LOL. The whole thing is so funny it makes your head spin. This is a woman who stood in front of Kelley Square for 4.5 minutes, and voluntarily had one of her comrades shoot the video of it and put it up on Youtube. What do you think has more daily visitors – Worcester Magazine or Youtube?

In all honesty though, we’ve all come to expect insane behavior like this from college professors and various hippie groups. But Mary Keefe is a State Representative. That’s pretty scary right there. She represents the City of Worcester in Boston every day. Her campaign manager also happens to be known criminal offender Kevin Ksen, who was in court yet AGAIN yesterday to answer for his criminal behavior. Even our politicians have been bought and paid for by the hippie mafia. Scary stuff man.

Oh yea, and the DOJ is really doing a bang up job aren’t they? Here you have a bunch of poopsmoochers causing chaos and trying to have a secret meeting in a public forum, and the DOJ just sits there and watches the world burn.

The bottom line is that these people’s fraudulence becomes more and more blatant every day. They’ve pissed off everyone in mainstream society, and now they’re going after the independent press too. It’s almost as if their entire purpose isn’t to fix anything, but rather to see how many excuses they can come up with NOT to fix the “problem.” There was an opportunity last night to discuss ways in which the city government could become more diverse. But instead of coming up with a solution Joyce, Keefe, and Junior Smokeshow Professor Sonya Conner got into a pissing match with a reporter.

Well done hippies. Well done.

Anyone taking political advice from turtle boy sports needs to seriously reevaluate their lives. This blog is hilarious because it captures the restarted Worcester everyman’s view so well.

You want to take advice from a retard?

    Go ahead.

I have no idea about the politics involved hear but I am perfectly confident that turtle boy is a fucking moron and should only be read for entertainment purposes.

    Disagree?

“You want to take advice from a retard?” well, after putting this together: “Anyone taking political advice from turtle boy sports needs to seriously reevaluate their lives.” then this: ” I have no idea about the politics involved hear” we can see who the retard is!

We here at TBS do not approve of using the word “retard.” It is insensitive to those who are developmentally challenged.

This is a family friendly blog, please refrain from using the developmentally disabled as an insult. Also, I think you meant to say “here”, not “hear”. I know how pesky those homophones can be.

You would figure they would welcome media attention. What do they have to hide? More proof these hippies are only interested in listening to each other while excluding anyone that might have a different and RATIONAL opinion.

Is anyone surprised at this? The names listed in the article are Sonya Connor, Mary Keefe and Joyce McNickles. Every one of these individuals are heavily involved in the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement and the dozen or so groups with the word ‘Collective’ involved. These individuals and groups are not interested in a differing opinion or ‘Collective’ solution. These individuals want ‘their’ solution….who do you think demanded that the Mayor, City Manager and City Council bring the DOJ to Worcester. These individuals do NOT want a two way conversation…..they want to be heard and they want you and me to shut up and listen.

I refuse to be indoctrinated….and so should you!!!

They really don’t care if we listen or not.

All they care about is finding new ways to suck up more ‘free’ money via your tax dollars.
