Hector Pineiro is Worcester’s version of Saul Goodman. He makes a lot of money finding the biggest scumbags the area has to offer, and using them to sue the city because the cops were rough on his clients when they were arrested. Generally he likes to represent the worst of the worst, which is why he took on Robert Blackwell-Gibbs’ case after Boo-Boo helped blockade Kelley Square illegally in January of 2015.

The city has insurance for situations like these so ultimately it doesn’t cost the taxpayers money. And Pineiro has done very well for himself exploiting this. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. We’re not made at Hector for getting paid. This is America, and any legal way that you can find to make money it fine by us. He’s just playing the game and he’s good at his job.

But our problem with him has been and will always be the human being he enables with his money – his son Hector Jr. Good ol’ Hector Jr. was arrested in 2011 for drug dealing and weapons charges, stemming from an arrest in which police were responding to a recent shooting. They found him in a car that matched the description of the vehicle involved in the shooting, carrying a loaded and unregistered handgun. Read all about it on the City of Worcester’s website

In January of that 2011 Hector Jr. was involved in a shooting in Fitchburg during a drug deal gone wrong. Just like Aaron Hernandez, his lawyer admitted he was there for the shooting but didn’t pull the trigger, thus making him a “joint venturer.” But his codefendant testified Hector Jr. was the triggerman.

Later in 2011 he got in some trouble at the Worcester House of Corrections when he assaulted a corrections officer and bit him. Lovely young man. And of course since we live in Massachusetts he was out on bail in no time.

But it wasn’t until February of 2012 that Hector Jr. screwed up again. This time his ankle bracelet magically stopped working and he stopped returning calls from his probation officer. He had clearly left his home, which violated the terms of his probation.

But once again, this is Massachusetts, and if you play your cards right in Massachusetts you will get Judge Janet Kenton-Walker to preside over your case. She ruled that the GPS that the probation officer was using could’ve malfunctioned. She also said that this picture of Hector Jr. “allegedly” firing a gun during a playful gun battle in the streets, MIGHT not be him.

suspect

Therefore he was free to roam our streets. This was right up the alley for Kenton-Walker, a Deval Patrick-appointee judge. Letting criminals wander the streets is historically what she does best. Also, his Mom said he was in bed sleeping at the time. And we all know that Moms are all rational people when it comes to their children.

Anyway, he was sentenced to two years in prison on April 24, 2014. Yet less than two years later he was out on the streets getting arrested again:

Oops!! According to that press release he was to be arraigned in late October of 2015. He’s the definition of a dangerous repeat offender. But instead of being put in jail where he belongs, he’s driving around town in a Daddy’s BMW. Oh yea, and to start the new year off on a fresh note he’s shooting at other cars in broad daylight on Shrewsbury Street, selling crack cocaine, fighting with the Worcester Police, resisting arrest, and carrying around unregistered loaded handguns:

What a great guy Hector Jr. is. Class act. Is Hector Sr. responsible for this? Kind of. Ultimately we are all our own person, but the kids you raise are a reflection on the job you did parenting. Hector Jr. is the most dangerous person in Worcester County and he has been financially enabled by his father, who gets his money from suing the city of Worcester to get insurance money for other scumbags.

Gee, I wonder where Hector Jr. learned to have such a callous disregard for the police and laws in general? I wonder where he learned that being a scumbag pays? I wonder where he learned that it’s always better to resist arrest because it increases the likelihood that you can win a frivolous lawsuit? Oh yea, Daddy taught him. Don’t worry, he’ll be out on bail in no time and up to his new tricks. Because this is Massachusetts where the only people who have to be responsible are the taxpayers.

How long until Hector Pineiro sues the racist the Worcester Police again for racism and police brutality when they arrested his honor student of a son?

According to the WPD page, the officers either had a warrant or probable cause for his arrest. The foyer of the house shouldn’t matter, because they were lawfully engaged in a pursuit of him! They were not illegally searching the house! You can only guess what his intentions were once inside.

Massachusetts General Law c. 140, §§128A and 128B, requires all individuals who sell, transfer, inherit, or lose a firearm to report the sale, transfer, inheritance, or loss of the firearms to the Department of Criminal Justice Information Services Firearms Records Bureau (FRB).

Unfortunately no where in there does it say “anyone who buys illegally or steals from another drug dealer” or I am sure he would have gone ahead and filled out the appropriate paperwork. Little bastard is lucky he didn’t walk out the door with it and get shot down like the little wannabe scarface that he is.

    Unregistered firearms do not exist.
There is no such thing as a registered firearm.
Firearms are not registered in MA.

    Period.

You’re correct, firearms are not registered in most parts of the country. MA might have some pretty shit gun laws, but at least they aren’t making a registry of law-abiding gun owners to go after if the government ever decides to go full British.

“…has insurance so it doesn’t cost the taxpayers money”. Not true, there is no free lunch. What do you think happens to their insurance rate if they constantly pay frivolous lawsuits

This state is unreal. The vast majority of violent gangbangers are repeat offenders that the ” progressive” Democrats refuse to incarcerate. By and large every judge that refuses to jail these violent offenders is a product of the Deval Patrick devastation on the Commonwealth. We have seen this on a national scale with Obama and more to come if Bernie Sanders elected as seems more and more likely.
