Spank McRacism has said a lot of stupid things before, but today he went completely off the deep end. He’s gone from just your every day run-of-the-mill racist to full-fledged terrorist supporter. Today his article was titled, “Video Does Not Justify Police Action,” in reference to the video showing known terrorist Usaama Rahim coming at FBI and Boston Police officers with a military grade knife.

You just can’t make this shit up people. It was one thing when Clive freaked out because Darren Wilson killed a 300-pound giant trying to take his gun from him. Mike Brown wasn’t a known terrorist and he wasn’t armed…yet.

But Usaama? Dude was influenced by terrorists and was carrying a knife around to behead police officers. To any normal person that’s all you need to hear. But this is Spanky we’re talking about here. There is nothing that goes on in between those dreadlocks that would ever be considered normal.

Let’s take a look at why he thinks police don’t have a right to shoot a terrorist who is trying to attack them with a knife:

According to law enforcement officials, Mr. Rahim, who was under 24 hour surveillance, had been heard in wiretaps fomenting an assault on police officers. Incidentally law enforcement’s characterization of Mr. Rahim as an “ISIS inspired” terrorist conflicts with his social media postings in which he denounced killing people as “Anti-Islamic,” and “we do not fight evil with that which causes greater evil.”

Well there you have it folks. Spanky cracked the case!! The terrorist said on Facebook that he doesn’t support terrorism. Nothing to see here!! Because as we all know, everything on Facebook is real. Sure, he probably wrote that stuff on Facebook because he didn’t want to fuck up his own terrorist plot. Sure, he was probably being more truthful when he was having a private conversation on the phone with his terrorist buddies because he didn’t think anyone could hear him. But nevertheless, Spanky has his doubts!!!

“They killed him, they said, when he brandished a military knife and came towards them. But the grainy video, shot from a fair distance from where the incident occurred, showed nothing but the movement of shadowy figures. It didn’t show whether or not Mr. Rahim was brandishing a weapon.”

LOL. Oh Spanky, you’re priceless. You really are. First of all, let’s point out the fact that he titled this article, “Video Does Not Justify Police Action.” As one commenter pointed out, this is the most clickbaiting headline I’ve ever seen. Do you see what he did there? He tried to make it seem like the video showed police action wasn’t justified. Turns out what he meant to say was, “Video camera needs a better zoom button.”

Screen Shot 2015-06-12 at 11.58.23 PM

But regardless, what does it matter if the video didn’t show him with a knife? He had a knife on him and was talking on the phone about killing cops. Why is Spanky trying so hard to go out of his way to stand up for a terrorist? Oh that’s right, he’s a terrorist supporter now. I forgot.

Family members pointed out that the law enforcement officials chose to release just the closing moments of the deadly encounter between themselves and Mr. Rahim. Specifically they pointed out that the deceased was not violating any laws, when law enforcement officials attempted to restrain his liberty.”

Oh he hadn’t violated any laws before the cops killed him? So you mean, he hadn’t stabbed anyone yet? Ummm…isn’t that a good thing? Perhaps the cops should’ve waited until he cut up a little old lady before they pulled the trigger and put this animal down. After all, we wouldn’t want to “restrain his liberty” to kill who he pleased.

Although who am I kidding? Even if this kid had killed a girl scout on her way to chemotherapy Clive still would’ve found a way to blame the police. It’s just what he does. I guess he’s still not over the fact that Worcester Police have arrested him twice for being the town drunk.

After this Clive went on to make the point that law enforcement in Boston isn’t fucking around because of the Boston Marathon bombing. He made the point that the FBI could’ve kept better tabs on Tamerlan Tsarnaev, but they were “restrained from conducting a more thorough investigation because of federal laws and Justice Department guidelines that prevent them from using surveillance tools like wire tapping.”

I think we can all agree that ever since that incident it’s important to keep an eye out for domestic terrorists like Usaama and the Tsarnaevs. Well, all of us except for Spanky that is. He raises a question for us all to ponder at the end of his latest gem:

So is the killing of Mr. Rahim the new playbook? Have we gone from ignoring legitimate red flags on terrorist activities to executing, without due process, alleged terrorists based on the flimsiest of evidence?

Yea, wiretapped phone conversations of a terrorist plotting a terrorist attack, and a gigantic knife on a person who was supposedly just going to work, constitute the “flimsiest of evidence.” If you ever commit a crime and have to go to trial, you better pray to God you have Clive and 11 of his fantastic friends on your jury. There is no possibly way he would ever blame you for committing a crime when he could point the finger at the police instead.

So there you have it folks. The Telegram and Gazette supports terrorists. Turtleboy Sports supports freedom, little old ladies, and girl scouts. We help people in need while Clive stuffs his pockets and cruises around town in a BMW convertible. But please, tell me more about why you should boycott Turtleboy Sports sponsors. Because clearly WE are the bad guys in Worcester.

Oh well, at least two-time arrested criminal Kevin Ksen has his back.

P.S. Can Kevin Ksen go five minutes without talking about race?

I’m actually enjoying watching the race baiters “war on police” and the nationwide result it is having. The police are basically just standing down in the minority communities and letting them “have at it” Hey, why should they go in these communities if they are not wanted. Funny thing is, all the idiots holding the signs at those “peaceful’ loot o’thons / protests are the ones asking where’s da po-lice. Hey they got what they wanted, but not sure if they wanted what they got…just sayin’

Here is my LTE that was published in the T&G today (it took them over 3 weeks):

How the T&G readers react to change predicts the future of our local newspaper. I hate the change.
The outstanding editorial page brought balance to an otherwise left-wing newspaper. The focal point of this page was always feedback from the community through letters to the editor. Now they have been marginalized. Some of the most current news items could only be found through David Hitch’s masterful cartoons. Now, Hitch will be ‘let go’ in July. Yet you choose to keep Clive McFarlane?
A newspaper can only be as good as its local columnists. Clive’s poorly written columns are one-note and predictable (police are bad, racism is everywhere). He could make an issue out of a black cup of coffee. His divisive rhetoric is not helpful for our community.
Where are all the news stories on Hillary Clinton? It seems she had two private email accounts as Secretary of State and numerous email exchanges with Sidney Blumenthal, a man banned from the White House, who circulated Libya intel while on the Clinton Foundation payroll. According to Charity Watchdog, only a small percentage of the Clinton Foundation’s income goes to charitable activity. How about Bill and Hillary being paid 30 million dollars in the last 16 months for speeches as she condemns ‘income inequality’?
If these stories involved a GOP candidate, they would be plastered on the front page. Liberal newspapers are a dime a dozen. A newspaper that reflects equitable views of its readership is a gem.

Colleen part of the reader reaction you wrote about is visible in the lack of Telegram comments to this letter of yours. It’s past noon now and still no comments. In the old Telegram days a heated online debate would be well underway. There are more comments to Telegram stuff here among the Turtles than on the Telegram.

As for it taking 3 weeks to show up that’s a bit much for them to justify. They’ve repeated some letters and printed a lot of little birdie tweets as letters.

I won’t hold my breath waiting to see my letter show up before July.

It is interesting how Clive can seemingly write and what always appears to be intelligently written comments about matters like this and yet show a lack of knowledge with basic criminal law and police authority to enforce.

And in this case police officers attempting to initially and temporarily detain a suspect under surveillance for what is called in law enforcement as a “threshold inquiry.” The police have every right at any time to stop ( not motor vehicle operation – there are slightly different rules in place for that scenario ) any individual at any time in Massachusetts and ask them their name, date of birth and what the nature of their business is, where they are coming from and where they are going at any particular moment. Otherwise known as a street stop. That is the minimum of a threshold inquiry. And those stopped do NOT have to be told their rights per Miranda up to that point but yes following that threshold inquiry those warnings should be advised under case law Miranda v. Arizona.

So, this incident started off just like that. Agents and Cops attempting a threshold inquiry a terrorist suspect which they have had on the radar for a while and also had every right and authority to do that all day long and at any time. Then the proverbial shit hits the fan and the terrorist suspect to initially be questioned realized that he was bagged, decided to go with supposedly the mystified 70 virgins instead and is now dead.

That’s the deal folks. I am not in law enforcement but I understand as I think we all should what this is all about so we do not point fingers and make false accusations against police. It is our responsibility as American citizens to know our laws and our legal rights and how far we can go to dispute especially in public.

Moreover, most people do not realize that to possess a motor vehicle license to drive is a privilege and not a right… Just say’n

Nice post Bobnmic. You explained the terms and rules of the cop-street-stop game in a way even E might understand. It’s minor, but a few I-spy-legal-eagle-eye-beak-tweaks might improve it just a tadpole.

Replace the word ‘right’ in your “…police have every right…” with something like “authority’ or “power”. And do something similar with “…had every right and authority to do that…” in that sentence “…every power and authority…” should do it.

The rule of thumb I use is that a government, or agent of the government, has a granted power or authority, not a ‘right’. The ‘right versus privilege’ rule you’re using works about the same way.

Again, those are minor details Bobnmic. Yours is a simple, efficient explanation.

Thank you Steve but what I meant in the use of the word “right” as apposed to “authority or power” is because I do not think people are comfortable with those terms authority and power. I try to recluse or avoid any kind of initial distain and try to convey a message without any out right prejudice so a calm and reasonable conclusion can be formed. Power words people have problems with it seems these days.

BobnMic avoiding the initial disdain is a sensible idea so yours is a good plan to reach the reasonable folks. There aren’t many people who accused me of taking the sensible approach.
Once I know the ‘power words’ that people have problems with I use them. The unreasonable folks get ticked off but they need to go through their initial road rage stage just to get their brains working.
