The Boston Marathon is only 3 months away, which means the training is starting to ramp up. Only a very small percentage of people can qualify to run Boston because the standards are so high. So if people wanna run they have to raise money for a a charity. A turtle rider sent us this email about his charity, which is as good as any we’ve seen. Some info on me. I started running a few years ago to get in shape, do some races during the year but am not wicked fast at all. I have always wanted to run Boston but there is no way I can qualify anytime soon. So I applied to run through BCH and was accepted. My patient partner is 5 month old Elodie Fucile and her parents Jeremy and Kathryn. Jeremy has been involved in helping veterens for the last 25 years. They found out during their pregnancy that their little girl was going to need both gastric surgery as well as open heart surgery. Both have been completed and sent well. They just found out now she will need spinal surgery in a few months. The hospital has been amazing with their support so I am just trying to do my part to honor such a great family.
