Breaking News – we’ve been suspended by YouTube for a week because a video we posted 6 months ago violated their terms of service.
This is the video in question, showing a Weymouth teenager driving around drinking alcohol before being arrested and yelling “fuck Michael Chesna” in reference to the murdered police officer from that city.
I have no idea what part of that video violates their standards because of course they don’t tell you. Are you not allowed to share content that includes foul language? Or shows people breaking the law? Because you can find that anywhere on YouTube. We’ve appealed it, but it’s Google owned so the odds of a human being reviewing it seem thin. You just have to blindly trust these tech companies that you have no control over because they are the guardians of free speech on the Internet.
And please, spare me the bullshit about “muh private company.” They have a monopoly on videos. There’s no competitor to YouTube. For live streams there’s Facebook and Twitter, but we’ve been kicked off of those too, which is why we invested so much time on YouTube instead. This is why I laugh at libertarians who lecture me about the “free market.” That’s like going to a mall and getting kicked out of every single store you walk into and then being told to just build your own mall if you don’t like it.
Platform access is a civil right. These companies steal our data and sell it to advertisers. We have every right to speak freely on their platform, so long as it’s legal. When they take you down they say they’re taking down “your channel.” But if it’s MY CHANNEL, then what gives them the right to take it? I was the one who invested my time and labor into building it up so they could profit off of it by monetizing my subscribers. Social media accounts should be the legal property of the account holder.
This is why I love Tulsi Gabbard, and why I’d strongly consider voting for her. She’s the only democrat who gets it.

Too bad because it’s our fastest growing week of the year and we added almost 1,000 subscribers in the last 7 days. I’m sure it’s not a coincidence that we’ve caught the attention of cop block douchebags and “First Amendment auditors.” These hypocrites HATE the freedoms they love to pretend that they stand for.
We get the channel back in a week to live stream, so we won’t have another Live show until then. It’s just so frustrating guys. All we wanna do is talk and share content. There was nothing in that video that was pornographic or contained hate speech. It was just a video of someone doing something they weren’t supposed to be doing, and we documented it. I’d start a new channel but what’s the point? Ughhh….

Ratchetts probably complained because you either 1. featured there asses on your blog or 2. they see that there asses are as low and even lower than the ratchetts you feature and a know they will be on here.
OK Uncle Turtle.. If you keep losing pages just know I have a FB page , twitter and you tube I no longer use I would gladly donate any one or all of them to you if you are ever in a bind and need me.. I don’t think I’ve used any of them in atleast 2/3 years but most still have a decent amount of followers that would then by default become your followers .. Anytime just let me know
