So we wrote a pretty knee-jerk reaction article about the police officer in McKinney, Texas who was tossing around young black kids like hot cakes outside some pool party. Despite the fact that our previous blogs have overwhelmingly supported the police in the face of hippie bullshit, we have people complaining that we’re selling out and becoming part of the estabishhment and blah, blah, blah. Well as you whiny naniburgers know, when you poke the Turtle, you’re gonna get an mouthful of hot takes in return. We’re in the business of common sense hot takes. We’re not Goddamn police fanboy groupies. Cops are people, and if we see one of them acting like a poopsmooch, we’re gonna call them out on it.

Here’s the video again:

So according to the whiners, we jumped on the bandwagon and didn’t show what happened BEFORE this went down. Newsflash – it doens’t fucking matter what happened before this. You don’t think we could tell what went down there? A bunch of loud ass kids from Dallas showed up in the nice part of town, started acting a fool, made a lot of noise, caused a lot of problems, got into some fights, and then the fuzz showed up.

But like I said, none of that matters. Because the whole thing was under control until Captain Dipshit showed up. This vine says it all:

Why is this idiot doing somersaults? You show up to a pool full of rowdy teenagers running away from you and leaving the scene. PROBLEM SOLVED. You want the hood rats out of the nice neighborhood right? Cool. They’re gone. But this little Napolean mother fucker couldn’t use discretion and let it go. Nope. He had to make it a point that NO ONE runs when he says “stop running.” And he did a Goddamn somersault to prove his point.

Anyone who hasn’t been a teenager running from the cops before has obviously never been to a high school keg party. Guess what the cops always said when they came up Newton Hill with their flashlights? “Don’t run.” Guess what everyone did anyway. Run.

And no cops ran after us. Ya know why? Because Worcester cops are smart enough to realize that they’re not paid enough money to chase after drunken teenagers in the pitch black woods. They use something called “discretion,” which is OK to use in a situation like this. It didn’t make us all bad kids or criminals. We just ran because that’s what our instinct told us to do.

Then the situation is seemingly under control. You’ve got this cop right here talking to the little McMuffins, politely telling them not to make them run next time:

Screen Shot 2015-06-09 at 11.47.38 PM

You can hear two kids arguing over who is going to return his flashlight to him. Ya got that? These TERRIBLE kids, are arguing over who is going to help this police officer out. And the cop says, “OK guys, I appreciate that. Just don’t run when the cops come.” Everything is going fine. The situation is under control. Tempers are cool, and the police are slowly getting pieces of the story from witnesses who are actively trying to help them out.

Then deputy dipshit shows up and throws a grenade on everything. He takes those SAME KIDS who are cooperating with the blonde cop, and starts grabbing their heads and telling them to “get your ass down on the ground” while they are saying, “yes sir.”

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.02.41 AM Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.08.18 AM

But please, tell me how I’m “anti-police” for pointing out the fact that this incompent buttnut made a bad situation a million times worse.

But he hadn’t fucked up the situation badly enough. He had a group of teenagers handcuffed, but a small group was standing around, not bothering the police, and more than likely waiting for a ride. They weren’t talking to him, or bothering him in the least bit. And what did he do? He picked a Goddamn fight with them, just because he could:

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.12.24 AM

So then he goes over there and gets in their faces and tells them to go home. Sure he could do it in a respectful manner, you know, like a professional would. But instead he swears at them. I get that he’s mad, but he’s a public servant, not some high school dropout who’s mowing your lawn. He’s supposed to be cooler under pressure than this.

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.16.55 AM

Meanwhile, this fat bastard in the jorts is allowed to follow him around like a stray dog. He NEVER says a word to this CIVILIAN, who is NOT a police officer, but yet still feels the need to act like he has authority. Anyway, Napoleon gets the girls to disperse, but he doesn’t just let them leave. Oh no, he tells them to “get their asses home.”

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.21.21 AM

After he gets rid of those girls he turns around and says, “You” while pointing at the girl he is about to arrest.

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.22.44 AM

I don’t give a shit what this girl said to him. If he can’t take it then he has no business being a cop. Period. If his delicate sensibilities can’t take a little lip from a sassy 14 year old in a bikini then he has no business being a police officer. Because being a cop is a privilege, not a right. We don’t give badges and guns out to short little assholes with a chip on their shoulder.

I never complained about the manner in which he took this girl down, because I am not a cop and thus I am not familiar with the proper way to take arrest someone. However, I did criticize the fact that he pulled his gun out and I stand by it. People are whining about how his life was in danger and how he was surrounded and blah, blah, blah. Here’s what really happened. First he began to become surrounded by some aggressive males:

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.27.06 AM

The kid in the blue shirt should not have done what he did. He should’ve let this play out and dealt with it afterwards. And it became clear that he knew he had fucked up. So he he immediately jumps backwards:

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.27.21 AM

As you can see, he is clearly moving AWAY from the cop at this point. You will also notice that the cop has not touched his weapon yet at this point in time. If the kid in the blue shirt was moving TOWARDS him, you would have a case for him taking out his firearm. But he’s not. He’s running away. He is actually far, far away by the time he touches his gun.

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.27.31 AM

Then of course he decides he should pull it out and point it at them

Screen Shot 2015-06-07 at 11.24.02 PM

How does he know the fat guy in the jorts wasn’t an imminent threat? He’s following around the cop throughout this ENTIRE video. Yet at no point is he told to leave. At no point does he have a gun pointed at his face. Look how close he is to him:

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.34.50 AM

The whole, “I was scared for my life” story is out the window simply because he let this asshat disrupt his crime scene for so long.

Then after he finally has this girl pinned down and in cuffs he overhears the camera kid saying “He pulled his gun on her.” But instead of ignorning it like a professional, he has to get the last word. He said, “No I didn’t, now get your butts out of here.”

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.38.39 AM

That’s like saying, “Nah-ah.” Just fucking let the kids say what they’re gonna say. You know you didn’t pull your gun on her. The video confirms that. So why do you feel the need to engate them? What kind of moron has to get the last word in with a bunch of teenagers? Finally he goes back to the kids he tackled at the beginningand tells them “I personally told you to get on the ground and stay.

Screen Shot 2015-06-10 at 12.45.39 AM

Oh, you mean like a dog? How bout this is America and I wasn’t involved in a fight so I’m gonna keep on walking home because that’s what I feel like doing right now? How bout that? How would you like to be some pool-goer who just happened to be caught up in this madness, and captain dipshit tells you to get on the ground and stay? No fucking way I follow that order. You wanna get me that bad? Come catch me.

So the reason we wrote this follow up was because people wrote shit like this in the comments:

Shame on you Turtleboy for posting this trash! Unless you admit you made a mistake on this one, here’s one less subscriber to your blog!

LOL. First of all, see ya later. If you’re gonna stop reading because you didn’t care for ONE blog out of thousands, then you were never really part of the Turtleboy Sports Revolution to begin with. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Secondly, you’re not going anywhere. You’ll be back the next time we stand up for the police or some bus driver who gets attacked by a bunch of Vernon Hill savages. We. Admit. Nothing.

Then she threw this gem in there:

And if this is your way of thinking don’t ask to go on any more ride alongs with the police because pleasing you won’t be high on their list of priorities!

Shut the fuck up. Who the hell are you? I know you’re not a cop, so why do you feel like you can speak for the Worcester Police? Turtleboy’s been good to the Worcester Police. Really good. We’ve had their backs time and time again. Any cop who would turn their back on us because they don’t like this one particular take was never really one of us to begin with. We’ll be going on another ride along, don’t you worry sweetheart.

Finally there was this comment:

Just because someone is a cop, doesn’t mean they’re fair game and have to sit back and take shit from some loudmouth shitstain.”

Actually, yes it does. That’s exactly what it means. If you can’t handle a sassy 14 year old girl giving you lip, then go be a fucking garbageman. I have so much respect for the police because of their professionalism. As a society we MUST hold police to a high standard. They need to paid well and in return we have to expect a level of civility from them that we don’t expect from Joe Schmo.

The same way the hippies give normal liberals a bad name by supporting idiots like Michael Brown, you give conservatives a bad name by supporting idiots like this now former police officer. Pick your fucking battles man.

It’s because I believe in professionalism, that I am against garbage like civilian review boards. The whole concept of a CRB is that a bunch of people with ZERO police training, should tell the police how to do their job. That’s bullshit, because as I’ve stated, the police are professionals. You and I are not.

But when police don’t act like professionals, it’s OK to call them out on it. It doesn’t mean you’re anti-police or jumping on any bandwagon. It means you have common sense. This is a common sense blog after all. If you don’t like it, go read Old Balls.

The bottom line is, every single Worcester cop I have ever encountered has embodied this civility. That’s why I hold the police in McKinney, Texas, and Amherst, Massachusetts to this same standard of professionalism.

I don’t get how this guy passed the psych test to become a cop. I mean, his “No I didn’t” excuse is as flimsy as Sonya “Hot Buns” Conner’s “It wasn’t me.” defense.

This is actually a result of a bad move on a cop to let emotions get the best of him, but a WORSE move for the parents allowing the situation to occur in the first place. You don’t just drop your kid/teen off anywhere without knowing who’s going to be there, what other types of kids are attending, what adults with some brains in their head will be supervising. About 130 kids at a pool party? That’d be the day. Poor judgment, for all adults involved not doing their job. Any sane person would know there was bound to be some type of issues with that many kids, if not with cops then it’d be something else.

This just an result of the states lowering civil service standard so more women and minorities can get on. Not saying that shouldn’t be the case but they should be held to the same standard as men. Because the outcome is incompentant cops like this who pull there guns on kids in bathing suits…. fucking pussy.

Why is it that after all that we have been through as a people we forget some of the great principles that shaped who we are as a people? And then here in 2015, it is somehow forgotten or dismissed. Very sad and it should not be at all. We are all in this together.

“Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”

So, what makes you assume all the blacks children around were worthless thugs, WP? Also, that you think it was okay for them to beat up and shoot children for what was going on, as well as it was okay to detain everyone else but the one girl based on her color, shows your ignorance.

  • WP
    June 10, 2015 at 5:39 pm

The real outrage, in my opinion, is the fact that he detained a white girl. If cops want to beat up and shoot a couple of worthless thugs, that’s a-ok in my book. But detaining a white girl? Not OK.

You guys check out TNN w/ TJ Sotomayor on Youtube about this issue. I won’t post it here because it is kind of way out there but it gives this whole incident a thought from a black man’s perspective. Interesting take. It may help fill in the blanks on this one. Or it might makes things worse. You decide. Always two maybe more sides to every story right?

No he is not E. I don’t even know where to begin with this one but I’ll try. I didn’t like anything about this article. Or the last one on the same subject. Presumptuous, the name calling, the unreasonable and unrealistic version of what may have taken place prior to Director John Woo and his amazing action edited video shots. Edited of course to suit an agenda like they all are. The conclusion that it doesn’t matter what happened prior to the shit hitting the fan hurt my eyeballs to even read. It was a “I gotcha cops” all the way in this piece.

This was like those two idiots Felger and Mazz on the Sports Hub all smiling and smug when Robert Kraft from the New England Patriots announced that he was not going to appeal any decision from Rodger Goodell’s office. They looked happy because they called the Patriots guilty before there was any kind of inquiry and it made me sick. They just wanted to be scoop Bobby Brady from the Brady Bunch trying to get the early dirt on Tom Brady and the real Brady Bunch so they can look smart. Well sorry here folks. Some of us are a bit too smart to fall for that nonsense.

Ok – having said all of that – Hey the corporal did look very bad. And know he is out of a job. I personally would’ve went after the greatest threat if I was them and not the least. Especially a 100 pound 14 year old girl. But that’s just me. Still so many unanswered questions. How many times did the cops tell the kids to leave the area before the take downs? Once, twice, three times?

Hey this is not fucking baseball where you get three strikes at a lawful order from a law enforcement officer then you are out. A one time command to disperse is sufficient and it should only be one time. This is not a fucking game show either where we can hold a debate then choose a category from Alex Trebek then decide if you want me then come and get me. When a cop told me to move when I was a kid hanging out being a pain in the ass – I for sure as fuck didn’t put on my street lawyer hat and debate the merits of the cops motives or question his/her authority. Hippie assholes do that and where ever the fuck this article came from or the message it is sending is beyond me.

I get it bad cops should be called out but this is just way over the top. The rabble rousers are loving this and like with Felger and Mazz, it makes me sick.

The cop’s overall conduct will be debated forever. What about the picture of him sitting on that young girl. Does anyone else think that’s fucked up? Someone in the crowd physically interfered with him and it wasn’t that girl. It just seemed creepy that out of everyone there he ended up dominating her. Maybe its because I just read about the cop at Bancroft Tower or maybe it’s because I have a daughter.

        • BobnMic
          June 11, 2015 at 9:58 pm

No you got it right Hanginpossum. Like that department’s Police Chief said, that was indefensible and I believe he was referring to that exact part of the entire incident. Like I said before, the corporal should have gone after the main threat, if there was one, and not that little girl in a bikini. Not that it matters what she was wearing but you can fuck sure plainly see that she was NOT carrying a fucking gun.

The other things I said about the article(s) and the way they were written I stand by.

Well Finnish Goalie the jury is still way, way out on the Telegram efforts. It’s fairly easy to dominate in the comments with all the anonymous folks gone. I did manage to add my little contribution to getting Carlo banned from commenting. More recently Turtleboy asked where Carlo came up with that Magic Johnson thing. I’m the guy who put the ‘substitution” idea in Baldino’s little noodle. Give the guy the ammo and he takes aim on his foot.

My efforts might be a little farther along if the Turtles had started a band with that Turtle song I posted where you got honorable mention Finnish Goalie . It was just after our First Contact as I recall.

Turtleboy can only raise so much money for good causes before everybody gets tapped out. A Turtle band could bring in some dough and save me a lot of trouble or get me in even more.

Jury’s out on that one too.

You wanna get me that bad? Come catch me.” I love turtleboy articles, but this is the worst one yet. Normally you would tell idiots not to run from police, yet here your saying the complete opposite. So the teens should’ve ran from the police you say? What would be the headline then unarmed teen shot running from police? Your responses to readers comments are immature to say the least. Whoever wrote this one, needs to go back to sweeping floors!

    • June 10, 2015 at 8:45 am

Turtleboy you got that “fast, crafty teen” headline right. The teens who didn’t want to do what they were told should walk, trot or run away to show they want no part of what’s going down. Anyone else needed to do what they were told and lie down if that was the police order. You must have burned out part of your adult brain in that sandbox you played in over in Afghanistan Turtleboy.

Before passing judgement, we all need to have the full story of what led up to this incident. It would also be good to understand how the other officers there reacted. According to the Police Chief there were twelve officers that responded.

    • Steve Gambone
      June 10, 2015 at 10:01 am

Chris, twelve officers responding suggests it was unknown how serious (or silly) this thing could turn out to be. If some Baltimore-type angry mom was there to drag her kid out of there and give him a dope slap things would look different.

I’m a cop and find it frustrating that the real issue here is being overlooked. That barrell roll was on point! Couldn’t have picked a better opening move. I hate to say it, but if we don’t start seeing more performances like that on traffic stops, then im sorry my friends, but the terrorists have won!

    • Steve Gambone
      June 10, 2015 at 6:58 am

It’s sad Tom but all sorts of real issues for the police are overlooked during these anti-cop witch hunt days. Teenagers are supposed to be ordered to lie down like dogs in this situation. It’s chaotic and there’s no way to know who might be more dangerous than he or she looks.

Ordering the teens to lie down protects them more than it harms them. The head Turtle is way off in his assessment.

The police should take Turtleboy through a number of simulated situations like this where in one run through one of the kids blasts him or some other bystander in the back with a paint ball gun. Maybe then the Chelonian Kid will start showing some sense.

Gees E it wasn’t “hard” for Turtleboy to do this. He’s not you. He has a standard of police behavior he goes by. Act within that standard he supports you, violate that standard he says you did.

Turtleboy aka the Chelonian Kid is wrong on the idea that what happened earlier in the incident doesn’t matter. The events leading up are always a factor. Police have been assassinated during all this anti-police rhetoric. That notches up the police response and pushes them closer to the edge.

Meanwhile some members of the anti-police squad are setting up cops with similar incidents just to make the cops look bad. The more unstable squad members will set up cops and assassinate them at the first opportunity.

Oh by the way E. Where’s your apology for claiming that Turtleboy blocked you from posting?

It’s not too difficult with douche bags like this cop now is it?

This incident is a perfect example of when it is good and proper to call out a law enforcement officer for inaproprate actions. This guy is clearly high on power or off his rocker. Unfortunately, the social justice warriors of the Circlejerk and their compatriots all over the country don’t have the mental health or emotional maturity to be able to make the distinction so we will continue to hear them crying wolf every time an altercation occurs between police and criminals.

John Baldino and company will use this incident to bash all white cops. That anti-cop witch hunt will create more of these situations because it encourages young people to push the cops to the limit.

“I personally told you to get on the ground and stay”

This is such a pet peeve of mine. Who the fuck else would’ve said it, your spokesman?
