We’ve had more messages asking us to write about this Worcester Police Officer, who was arrested for beating and using racial language towards a handcuffed person of color than we have about any other story. A lot of them are from hippies. As if this is some sort of “gotcha” situation.

Newsflash – it only reinforces everything I’ve ever said about the WPD. One of their own did something illegal, and more disgustingly – racially motivated. And because the WPD is steadfastly OPPOSED to racism, they immediately arrested him and proved that the “blue wall” is non-existent. Instead of sweeping it under the rug, as the hippies allege the WPD loves to do, they owned it like a boss. The WPD Facebook page made an announcement that 17 year veteran Michael Motyka was arrested before anyone else did.

The cop’s lawyer is using the PTSD defense because the guy is a military veteran. While I am very aware of the harm that PTSD can do to a person, it doesn’t matter. If he did what is being alleged then he shouldn’t be a cop. The police are held to a higher standard because they are tasked with enforcing the laws. Anyone who violates this social contract has violated the public’s trust. Plain and simple – if you can’t control your temper than a cop you should not be.

The worst part about this is that it’s gonna make the hippies feel justified in their nonsense. Don’t be fooled though – anyone who thinks this is anything more than a lone, isolated incident by a cop behaving badly, is a moron. There’s bad people in every profession. When a teacher diddles a kid do we say that all teachers are Chester the molesters? Nope. Same principle applies here.

Of course local criminals like Kevin Ksen

k0hnl

and local carpetbaggers from Sutton like Joyce McNickles are having a field day with it:

18513_1567183436898267_3042485734075005596_n 11139374_1567183430231601_5759488782220154952_n

Just a reminder that Kevin Ksen will be facing a judge in a few days because he orchestrated the illegal blockade of Kelley Square. The guy hates law and order almost as much as he hates waking up every day as a white guy. Notice he’s taunting the Worcester Police Department, who literally did EXACTLY what he wanted them to do in a situation like this. They arrested the offender and publicly owned it.

But that’s not enough for these frauds. For them it justifies the fact that the Justice Department is coming here to stuff Joyce McNickles pockets with cash in order to run diversity pow-wows. Do you think she’ll point out that there are hundreds of police officers in Worcester and this is the only one who has been arrested for something like this? Do you think she’ll point out that it was the Worcester Police themselves who brought him to justice? Nope. Because that would be admitting that the WPD aren’t the racist monsters she needs them to be in order to profit.

Check out some things she’s been saying for the last few months. Right after the Ferguson riots she took to Twitter to defend the looting and violence:

Then she tried justifying the New York City protesters who were chanting for dead cops:

Finally she made it clear that black people in America have it worse than black people in any country on earth:

11146222_1567187243564553_1121045762895548101_n

Yea America is the “worst place” for black men. Way worse than Swaziland. Sure our life expectancy is over two decades longer than most subsaharan African nations, but it’s still way, way worse over here. We have microaggressions. They don’t have microaggressions in Swaziland.

And did you see that last tweet about the YWCA? That’s what Joyce McNickles is all about. This woman’s livelihood revolves around “workshops” on race and “microagressions.” When the Justice Department comes here she’s going to make BANK. This is where your tax dollars go. And FYI microaggressions are when white people say harmless things like, “I’m color-blind” and then people like Joyce choose to be offended by it, make a federal case out of it and call it a microagression. We wrote a blog on microaggressions a few months back:

Here’s some more dumb things people have said about the Worcester cop getting arrested:

I’ve read David Anderson’s brilliant comment several times now and I’m still no closer to interpreting it’s meaning.

She tells her kids “don’t turst police they all have big heads.” Strong parenting right there. Strong.

Screen Shot 2015-04-10 at 4.45.17 PM

Yea, except the only reason he was arrested in the first place is because of the tapes. Fail.

Anyway, part of what makes America such an awesome country is that we have due process here. If the police officer did what is alleged and it can be proven then he’s done as a cop and the victim is going to make a shitload of money in a settlement. Quite frankly I would graciously accept a beating from a police officer in exchange for a nice little pay day.

This country is wonderful, too bad approx 70% of the population are a bunch of pussy-ass whiners who bitch about anything and everything… I would love 2015 technology, but the 1940s “mind your own fucking business” mentality! Can I get an Amen!?!

Well, “just saying'”, I’ve read that comment before how things like this don’t happen to people because they don’t do …. that lands them in jail or in trouble. Of course, sometimes one can find themselves in situations for minor things which there is no need to be unprofessional. As I mention above, most of my experiences with officers have been professional, but I once had a Arizona Department of Public Safety Officer (or it may have been Highway Patrol) start yelling at me after being in an accident because I went to where I could get to phone instead of waiting on the side of the highway and I supposedly didn’t mention the accident during a call. Despite the yelling, I remained clam and told him that I called both him and another agency which I believe definitely was Highway Patrol, so maybe I forgot to mention it in both calls (especially with my the shock of being in an accident. He calmed down, said maybe you just didn’t mention it during both calls and went to measure the tire skid to tell how fast I was going before the crash. A Border Patrol Officer who came up asked if he could check my vehicle and then said, “You’d be done and be out of here, but you have one of the worse ones (he was referring to the first officer on scene who did the yelling). Anyway, my point is that as much as most people won’t have trouble if they would stay out of it myself, one can always get that one bad officer during a traffic stop, accident, or other situation.

I generally agree with you on your take on most. One thing I disagree with in this blog tho is the notion that “one rotten apple doesn’t spoil the bunch” etc. Yes, proportionately these events and LE incidents are not indicative of the greater entity. But our LE entity as a whole has a culture that manifests itself as above the law bravado that is the accepted norm… if there is an incident, the prioritization is to protect and coverup for their own. One officer beats the shit out of a dude. 8 officers around do not, but don’t say shit. A captain gets a complaint and finds a way to make it go away. This is the norm. What WPD did is the anomaly. I applaud them for taking that step and maybe changing the culture. Awesome. But lets not pretend thats the way it typically goes.

I’ve seen first hand the “savagery” of folks in this city having been jumped, robbed, seen violent crimes etc. perpetuated by urban ethnic youth for the most part. But at the same time … though I know personally many great people in local law enforcement; I’ve been witness to and saw firsthand severe overreach, violence, assault and targeting by LE that was unwarranted/illegal.

I guess my point is – people are not doing shit to help this issue by being dogmatic and pretending there is a clear onus of responsibility or weight of blame to saddle on one side of the argument. The shit is murky, grey and a clusterfuck in the middle.

Ethnic youth is unfairly targeted and met with violence? Yet urban youth are seemingly the most prevalent perpetrators. But this is caused by years of oppressive socio-economic conditions? I would think the same can be said of the police. They have been conditioned by years of consistent exposure to this bullshit. This is a fucked up hamster wheel.

The reality this is a 2 headed monster. There IS a problem within the inner city ethnic and youth culture, as evidenced by the violent crime rates even against each other. And there IS a problem with LE use of force, what triggers it, and accountability. Any resolution needs to acknowledge both and tackle both head on with a two prong approach. But then again what the fuck do I know?

And not because I’m white – it’s because I DONT DO SHIT THAT LANDS ME IN JAIL!!

The majority of my dealing with police both in Worcester, where I currently live, and other places where I’ve visited have been professional, with only a few being rude. I do understand people have different experiences that may shape their belief, but I am not going to condemn “every” cop as being corrupt and in the wrong when incidents like this happen. As mentioned in the blog, there is bad in a lot of professions and some in authority can abuse power, that doesn’t necessarily make it right to profile every officer as the same. Personally, I don’t like people generalizing me when others in my race, ethnic groups, profession, etc… do wrong and expect me to control what others within any of those groups are doing.

Wow this enrages me…. I’m not proud of this and I don’t care how many of you people decide to judge me based on what I’m about to say…. I have been arrested about a handful of times by the Wpd I was doing something that was like anyone else who gets arrested ILLEGAL! And I deserved that ride in the wagon along with that nasty warm milk and the bologna sandwich on stail bread. Although I broke the law the wpd was always respectful to me as I was to them and I never had an altercation with them hence don’t start no shit won’t be no shit!

A protester shoots and kills two cops in NYC – “oh, he isn’t a representative of the movement. Don’t stereotype”
A large group of protesters march down a street chanting about killing cops – “oh that doesn’t mean anything. Don’t stereotype”
One cop says a racial slur one time – “Look! See?! They’re all like this! This one thing defines them all!”

    Worthless hypocrites.
