As if the assassination of Yarmouth police officer Sean Gannon by career criminal Maggot 125 wasn’t enough to make your head explode about the way things work in Massachusetts, it also turns out he was on food stamps according to the Boston Globe:

So a week before he killed a cop a state trooper tried pulling him over in the rain, Maggot 125 fled, abandoned the stolen vehicle, and forgot to take his wallet with him. Inside the car were letters from the DTA, which proves that he was collecting from DTA because why else would DTA be in contact with him? To send him a Christmas card?

This is INSANE!! This able bodied 29 year old male career criminal not only was allowed to stay out of jail despite having 125 prior charges, most of which involved violence, he was also being given a check from the taxpayers to pay for his food. All this while selling drugs and paying no taxes.

But remember though, Congressman Jim McGovern thinks we shouldn’t drug test food stamp recipients because it’s demeaning:

MassliveU.S. Rep. Jim McGovern, D-Worcester, condemned the Trump administration Thursday for reportedly considering a proposal that would allow states to drug test certain food stamp recipients — a policy which he called “insulting and unconscionable.” McGovern, who has dedicated much of his work in Washington to fighting hunger, said he thinks it’s an “awful idea” to require even some of those benefitting from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — known as food stamps — to pass drug tests, arguing that it promotes an inaccurate stereotype that most people on public assistance use drugs.

“The idea that what they’re proposing is not to try and get people help; what they’re proposing is a way to punish people and they want to punish people by taking away a food benefit — I don’t quite get this approach. It’s just mean spirited,”

Yea, God forbid we take away Maggot 125’s food stamps. That would be “mean spirited.”

I don’t even wanna blog about this anymore because I’m getting too angry. All you need to know is that a cop killer, who wasn’t in jail because of incompetent parole boards, and a judge despite a long and documented history of violence, was also collecting taxpayer funded food stamps while doing so, but we can’t drug test him because that would be mean spirited.

This is Massachusetts.

      Joe,

When DTA contacts you, that means you have an EBT card. And yes, it is VERY easy to get EBT and SSI in Mass. SSDI is more difficult but even people addicted to drugs can get on it if they say their addiction is their disability. I can’t tell you how many able-bodied 20-somethings I know that have EBT/SNAP cards and get SSI. Our state is a joke.

First of all…let’s put things in perspective: 1) 29 years old, driving his father’s Hyundai. WHAT A FUCKING LOSER! He should have turned that gun on himself. No shit! What a worthless maggot! Thing is, he will be hailed as some sort of a hero in a maximum security facility housing other violent low life pieces of shit criminals. When in reality what he deserves is a violent prison ass fucking til his puckered brown-eyed bang hole is bloody and torn. 2) Food stamps? WHY? He has all that fucking violent energy, don’t tell me he is disabled. Let him starve or put the fucker in chains and make him clean up this fucking shit stained state’s roads and highways. Have him paint, repair, shovel, dig, and drain the most wretched areas of the land. Let him swelter in blazing heat or freeze his balls off outside for 12 hours a day reimbursing the state for feeding and “housing” him. What Massachusetts should do is put him in front of a firing squad or in an electric chair. But instead, they feed, clothe, and house these maggot criminals, while Democrat politicians whine about and defend their rights. Rights that they are not entitled to have! This state should be EMBARRASSED, held accountable, and everyone having anything to do with keeping this shit stain free should be personally sued for everything they have.

The liberal left and the didn’t do nuffins crowd all ask why Police draw on subjects…. Here is your answer. 125 is a perfect example. RIP Officer Gannon.

Well this asshole couldn’t possibly have a job because he’s been too busy for the past 13 years, from the age of 16,committing crimes racking up to 125. Let’s hope the call for review actually means something and ends up resulting in a change in the soft judicial system we currently have that allows these criminals to threaten the safety of all of us. Tragically it’s too late for Sgt Gannon, but one can hope he is the catalyst for change.

We shouldn’t drug test for food stamps because its a complete waste of money. They’ve tried in other states and its like 1% of the people.

Beside…you take away an addicts food…then what? He’s just gonna hold up the store. Not a great result.

Then drug addicts should be shot dead so that welfare can be given to people who legitimately need it. They’re enough of a problem as it is and they do nothing for society. Fuck them. The rest of us don’t have to suffer because they want to be assholes and make others’ lives miserable.

      Click click boom. Problem solved.

That picture of 125 makes him look like some type of trashtastic blow-up doll. Mouth open just enough to let some dirty old wino’s cock slip in there. Hopefully he is getting that in prison.

I bet you listen to classic rock (which I do as well) and every single great musician has been a drug addict. addicts come in every form of life. one of my friend was an exec at one of the biggest companies in America. I won’t say which cause ppl might figure it out.
there’s more to addiction than being a piece of shit. alot of addicts suck, and are low life, but its not all of em. most addicts have history of sexual abuse, or being raised by criminals.

it takes an angry unfulfilled human to categorize everyone into one group. honestly u sound real mad, and I hope you get fucked soon, cause your insecurity is showing. I bet a drug addict is fucking your ex girlfriend right now, and I bet he fucks her better than you…

all of this aside, this cop killer deserves a long drawn out execution. im only in favor of death penalty when the defendant is 110% of the crime. I dont like the idea of government being able to enact capital punishment, but that’s my apathetic and paranoid libertarianism coming out of me.

I disagree with your first point, parents need to be held accountable for their children’s behavior. This is an issue which affects a broad swath of the population, and is readily apparent in any school environment (including well-to-do schools where the kids feel entitled because of mommy and daddy).

Your last point, however, is spot on. Instead, may I suggest we lock him up with the mega-Coyote which attacked the Rutland man?

I have zero respect for 125 and I hope he rots in hell but it doesn’t mean he was on food stamps. You can’t get food stamps if you’re a felon. They also help people transitioning from jail

Currently there are only 6 states that fully ban felones from receiving food stamps & not surprising Massachusetts is not one of them.

Mean spirited to drug test for food stamps? Does that mean I can call the place I am going on an interview for a new job and tell them to stop being so mean? Stop singling out the less unfortunate and give me a job without a drug test cuz its not fair? I know it looks like a nice day out there…but snow is falling…there are snowflakes everywhere

Killing an office of the peace needs a federal law. These people need the death penalty. You can acclimate to a lifetime prison sentence.

    • Gofundmystupidity
      April 25, 2018 at 9:28 pm

Yes, we do need the death penalty. But there should be summary executions. All appeals should have to be exhausted within one year. Right now, there is no fear of the death penalty because it takes 20 + years before they gas the fuckers.

I’m a big believer in cruel and unusual punishment. Currently, these guys eat well, get tv, have recreation, etc. _where’s the fear of prison? Run the supermax prisons like a concentration camp with lock up 23 hours a day, caloric intake at 800 calories a day, no tv, no weights, no canteen. If we starve them out, you won’t see abled bodied men that would pose a threat to correctional officers. InsteAd, you’ll see emaciated prisoners too weak to pose a threat to anyone.

There should be three levels of prisons: the first should be a rehab type facility where the focus should be on treatment and rehab. It should be a hospital type of setting which will cost approximately 30 % of what it costs to house regular prisoners. The second level should be for non-violent offenders without any gang affiliations. A minimum level prison with the eye towards giving the inmates life skills apron release. The third type of prison should be so harsh, so severe, as to make Auschwitz look like a day camp. A guy with that many convictions should never see the light of day. What ever happened to chain gangs and work crews. Remember, arbeit macht frei.

Order the parents of Maggot 125 to pay back the entire balance of what was received by him in transitional assistance. It is their fault he walked the earth.

Give them a deadline, and for every day they go past the deadline for payback, a finger will be cut off Maggot 125.

After 10 days, proceed to his toes.

After 20 days, proceed to his genitals.

Repeat this action for every violent felon that collects transitional assistance.

Sorry he is 29 not under 18 why would his parents be responsible for him being a screw up. His parents might have tried to raise him right. This jackass is responsible for himself and I hope they use him as a k-9 unit training toy everyday while in jail. (Without the pads of course)
