It’s clear at this point that the Town of Milford is complicit in allowing Hadassah Robeson’s shelter to get the way that it is. She’s preying on vulnerable women, charging them to live in her disgusting house, allowing her grown kids to live there rent free and sleep with residents, and the Milford Board of Health and Fire Department seem cool with it. But why? Simple – she’s taking care of a problem they don’t want to deal with. If this crazy lady in town is housing the homeless people so they’re not wandering around town getting into mischief, then the Town of Milford is OK with it. They view these residents as a subhuman problem and Hadassah is the cure for it. This is why they’re letting her get away with this.
Their goal is to ignore this problem and hope it blow over. Don’t let them. If you live in Milford call the members of the Board of Selectmen.
If they don’t answer then leave a message. Then contact State Representative Brian Murray and State Senator Ryan Fattman, who represent the town at the Statehouse.

I’m so confused. Do these things even matter to you? Do they effect Your lives? Why do you people seek out folks to completely trash Every Single Day? It makes me so sad that so many of you have such strong, cruel, crude opinions and will go to such great lengths to destroy people you don’t even know, their potential .. their future. We all live in glass houses. Check your own closets people.
Of course there are those who are just really, really terrible people with no redeeming qualities but in most cases empathy can be a good thing.
Glass houses.. One day someone featured on Turtleboy could be your family member, friend or You.

Milford is such a shithole that none of this surprises me.
Can we get some camps set up for homeless women and get them in cages?
Milford is a mix. There is the older part of town which is full of immigrants and poor people. Lots of illegals. There are some great ethnic restaurants though. The rest of the town is middle of the middle suburb with a bunch of McMansion neighborhoods. The town is safe and there appears to be no unpleasant street activity. Overall, it’s a decent town.
