WBSM Radio seems to be going out of their way to “debunk” our reporting of the Fall River Jewish cemetery graveyard MAGA vandalism story. As we reported yesterday, we obtained the police report from this incident and there is no mention whatsoever of “This is MAGA country” on any headstones.
WBZ’s David E. Wade did produce video that he believes makes Turtleboy “erroneous.”
However, he quickly deleted that tweet once we pointed out that “This is MAGA country” was written in completely different handwriting.
Now the Fall River Police are denying their own report and talking about it on WBSM Radio.
WATCH: @barryjrichard58 talks to #FallRiverMA Police Sgt. J.T. Hoar about vandalism at the Jewish Cemetery. Sgt. Hoar refutes a report from @TBsporty that the phrase "This is MAGA Country" was not present, and that the @BostonGlobe made it up. @davidwade https://t.co/joXracVyR2

Here’s what they posted on Facebook:
So what they’re saying is that the reporting officer either didn’t see “This is MAGA country” or deliberately chose not to report it. Either way, we did our job by reporting on the OFFICIAL police report about the incident.
They followed up with this:
TL;DR – the cop who wrote the report didn’t see “this is MAGA country” but it appeared “in the days after” it was originally reported. In a completely different handwriting. Using the exact same phrase that Jussie Smollett used in his fake hate crime.
Who had access to the cemetery in those “days?” Why is it in a completely different handwriting? These are questions we would’ve asked if WBSM had invited me on, instead of running this gotcha piece. In fairness, they did point out that we offered to amend our story if more facts came to light.
We love Turtleboy Sports, Uncle TB is a frequent guest on The Howie Carr Show, but this one just turned out to be a mistake on their end. They even wrote in the original piece that if police say they're wrong, they'd amend it. Just shows all details aren't always in the reports.

Now David E. Wade is waiting to see if we will amend the story.
Ok we'll see if they amend.

So here’s our amendment – the Fall River Police brass are saying that we accurately reported what was written in the Fall River Police report, BUT they’re also saying that their officer either missed “this is MAGA country,” intentionally omitted it, or it was written “in the days after” by someone else looking to pin this one on President Trump.
I will admit this – the Boston Globe and WBZ did not just make up the MAGA stuff out of thin air. We know this now, and unlike all of the mainstream media frauds who couldn’t eat crow about Covington and Dog Park Diane, we admit that at some point “This is MAGA country” was written on a headstone. However, they still chose to run with “This is MAGA country” in their headline, as opposed to the much more troubling “Expel the Jews” because the former gets better headlines, and they have no idea when it was written, or why it wasn’t written in the initial police report.
