If you like free speech and want to support what we’re doing, feel free to donate to the Turtle fund:
Hey fam – if you’d like to support Turtleboy and what we do here, feel free to hit the donate button at the top. We basically have to run this site like a Bernie Sanders campaign now since we’ve been blacklisted by Google and Facebook, due to the fact that rabid SJWs keep reporting our posts. Getting blacklisted by Google is a death sentence for most websites, since it’s much harder to monetize. And we all know the damage Facebook has done. We’re never going to stop fighting for free speech, but in the meantime the best way for turtle riders to fight back is to donate to the cause. Without you people none of this is possible. We love you all.
Last winter in Salem, NH WBZ did a story on local cops who arrested and tased a youth hockey coach, without showing much context. This video was all over the news:
Bob Andersen says he was standing between two parents who were having a verbal argument at the Icenter rink in Salem, New Hampshire, when witnesses say police came through the door, grabbed Bob, pushed him to the ground, tased him several times, and put him in handcuffs.
“I didn’t know how it was gonna end,” Andersen told the I-Team’s Cheryl Fiandaca. “I could hear my son crying and screaming. I could hear my wife screaming,” the Wilmington dad recalled.
It happened back in December. Two rival teams were playing each other and parents from one team say there were some questionable calls by the referee. “There had been a referee who was heckling our kids, and there was a little bit of verbal back and forth going on with a few of the parents,” parent Jen Hout recalled. “There was no fighting. There was no punches, nothing.”
When the game was over, in the lobby of the rink, witnesses say two parents got into a heated argument and Anderson tried to diffuse the situation. “He was just making a wall between our parent and the other parent that were having the argument. He just placed himself between them and he was just trying to calm the situation down,” parent witness Bill Dusablon recalled.
Witnesses who agreed to speak with the I-Team say that’s when police arrived and, without announcing themselves or asking anyone what happened, threw Andersen to the ground.
Several people videotaped the incident with their cell phones. Andersen can be heard screaming with four cops pinning him to the floor of the rink lobby. Two of them tased the 45-year-old.
Meantime, witnesses yelled “he did nothing wrong.”
On police dispatch recordings, one officer says, “We need more units. We just tased someone. It’s out of control here.”
The I-Team obtained police reports of the incident. In one account, an officer wrote, “I announced, ‘Salem Police, back off’.”
Dusablon told the I-Team, “I didn’t hear him say a word.”
Another officer wrote in his report that, while Anderson was on the ground, he “began to violently thrash around, attempting to escape.”
Parents we spoke with dispute that account as well. “He was already down, that’s when they started tasing him for no reason. He wasn’t going anywhere. There were four cops on him and he wasn’t fighting back or anything. There was no reason for that,” one parent said.
Andersen, who insists he did nothing wrong, is suspended from coaching while he waits for his day in court. “The other kids I coach were crying. To see them all in there crying is difficult, very difficult,” he said.
Cheryl Fiandaca is part of WBZ’ “I-Team.”
Before Turtleboy was a thing people looked to hacks like her for investigative reporting. Unfortunately this half assed, incredibly misleading reporting is what they got. She didn’t even attempt to speak with anyone who thought the police response was justified. Nor did she find out what happened before this.
Don’t worry though, we did.
The North Shore Shamrocks are a youth hockey team that is coached by a bunch of grown ass men trying to relive the glory years they never had, and who think the outcome of a kid’s game is life and death. Here’s a video WBZ didn’t show before the incident happened, where a Dad named Griffin Hout (featured in that WBZ story) posted on IG, protesting the “worse referee in the world” by intentionally pulling his kids from the ice and letting the other team score three goals.

Guess which team trains @realspeedsportstraining? @topgunyouthhockey #LiveREAL👊 #REALSPEEDSPORTS #topgunhockey #really? 🤷🏻♂️ ・・・ Just when you think you’ve seen it all…@shamrocks04orange of the @ehf_hockey Coach “protesting” the refs. Let the kids play, take your ego out of the game. What do you think about this? #hockey #ehf #youth #classless #kids
After it was 3-0 they put the kids back on the ice and told them to not skate or contest anything. The poor, innocent coach pulled the goalie, and ended up getting kicked out of the game. It ended up being 10-0 before the refs called it:
Seriously, adults made kids do this:
Newsflash – kids would never do this on their own. They’re kids. Just let them play the freaking game. If there’s bad calls then there’s bad calls. Get over it. It’s part of playing sportball. They’re literally training these kids how to grow up and be assholes.
After the WBZ story came out Toucher and Rich started talking about it on the radio and people who knew what these parents were really all about started calling in to defend the Salem PD. Several were motivated enough to go down to SPD headquarters to write statements because of how terrible a job WBZ had done portraying what really happened.
Airing the video with WBZ also backfired for the parents. This guy was one of the parents who said the cops went too far:
Chris Albano from Reading. And he’s a REAL winner too. The video shows Chris trying to tape the arrest when officer Sean Wilson is trying to get people to stand back. Meathead swats his arm away:
This is also known as assault and battery. Wilson remembered that someone made contact with him during the melee, but couldn’t remember who until he saw the WBZ video. So they put out a warrant for Chris Albano, but he was in Aruba when Wilson spoke with him on the phone and told him to turn himself in when he got back home. Albano’s response was an all time poopsmoocher – “come and get me.” The Salem Police don’t make arrests at Logan Airport, but the Mass State Police do:
In case you needed more evidence that this guy is a turdburger deluxe…
Grown ass man with a gold chain on at the beach. Nuff said.
But instead of just not being a cockbiscuit, Chris Albano and crew ran right back to the dumpy botox blumpkin over at WBZ:
This time her and David E. Wade’s anti-police spin on it was that the cops were retaliating against people who “spoke out against the police.”
After this report a judge in New Hampshire put a gag order in place, telling all parties not to go to the media or speak publicly about this incident, since WBZ and the parents and coach had turned it into a circus. This of course prevented the police from defending themselves from any of this garbage from WBZ that they were retaliating against the parents. In reality they weren’t retaliating because of the WBZ video. They had used the WBZ video as evidence.
Then this article came out in the Eagle Tribune today. The ACLU, which has a long and documented anti-cop agenda, got the court to lift the gag order, thinking that it would incriminate the police. Instead it helped them. The ref’s witness statement was revealed:
Referee Ryan Dugan wrote in a witness statement that the game started out normally. But as play continued, “the Shamrocks players (Andersen’s team) were very aggressive in play and when they received the appropriate penalty they were always very mouthy.” Dugan wrote, “…..What was very disrespectful toward me as an official was the handful of Shamrock parents that continuously swore and berated the officials.”
Oh look, parents teaching their kids to swear at the referees and call them the “worst refs ever” on a Youtube video. Just watch this and remember that an ADULT made it:
Cheryl Fiandaca must’ve missed that part.
Nick was getting called for penalties because your mouthy little runt wouldn’t shut his fat trap. If you were a real parent you would’ve done that for him. Instead you encouraged him to be a whiny little bitch with your taunting and your YouTube videos. Sit down and shut up.
Meanwhile, this woman has the same name as the guy making the Youtube video, and can be heard berating the ref in that video:
She claimed the cops “didn’t identify themselves as police.” Even though they were all clearly wearing cop uniforms. Bitch, this ain’t a bachelorette party. Da fuq is wrong with you? She also admits in that interview to going at it with the refs, which qualifies her for ratchet status.
But wait, there were other chud parents who got arrested too, thanks to the ACLU getting the gag order lifted:
Scorekeeper Thomas Regan — whose son was on the team playing the Shamrocks — said a man and woman made their way onto the ice at one point. He told police obscenities were yelled at referees and the two refused to leave at first. Regan captured it on video, which is now part of the public record. The man involved was later identified by police as John Chesna of Revere.
Regan, the scorekeeper, described the evening of youth sports as one he’d never experienced during his 20 years of watching, coaching and managing.
“We have/had kids all playing hockey and I have never seen anything like this. This totals something like 35 seasons across all four kids. I believe these parents present real risk to other teams and parents moving forward,” he wrote in a statement to police and league officials.
He made the statement after seeing a Boston-based media report in which parents defended Andersen, claiming he was targeted by police and didn’t deserve to be Tased.
“I was motivated to make this statement because the Salem police department has wrongfully and unfairly been portrayed,” Regan wrote. He wrote later that he “was concerned that parents were going to become physical against the police” when they got involved. Other witnesses describe parents and kids taunting and spitting at the referees during play and carrying the tension into the lobby.
Can these parents be any douchier?
The best part is how the “news” motivated all the non-dickhole parents to come out of the woodworks and present the “real news” of what actually happened. It’s amazing how badly WBZ almost intentionally screwed this one up. Cheryl Fiandaca is a JOKE!! This is why you come to Turtleboy for news. Because we have a nose for the truth, we don’t have an agenda, and we always get to the bottom of every story we cover.
