Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is a candidate for US Senate, running as an independent. And he’s pissing off a lot of Cambridge SJWs with his bus, which is covered by a giant sign that reads, “Only a real Indian can defeat a fake Indian.” Shiva discusses a variety of political topics with Uncle Turtleboy including immigration, abortion, marijuana, which Senate democrats he could work with, and whether or not he REALLY believes an independent can win the seat currently held by Chief Crazy Pantsuit. But will his campaign style be effective in such a deep blue state? And won’t he just take votes away from the Republican candidate and make it easier for Liz Warren to win? Shiva explains why he thinks Uncle Turtleboy is wrong.

Will he beat Warren like he beat his girlfriend?

(or is that too personal for Shiva to discuss?)

    Supporting abusers now are we?

Atleast his wife isnt a loud mouth Wellesley cunt hawking books at bowling alleys.
They say most men live lives of quiet desperation. If you have met my wife you know I suffer in silence.

What was the outcome of that case? It was outright dismissed, do we live under sharia law or in a country where one is innocent into proven guilty.

Getting rid of the democrat grip in MA politics wont happen until after the next civil war.

While Shiva’s campaign gives me a chuckle, reality is the “real vs fake” indian thing will not make a difference. People in Mass already know about Warren’s fraudulent behavior by “checking the box”, but will excuse it away and vote for her anyway, because she has the “right” opinions on issues and a ‘D’ after her name on the ballot.

Not that Diehl is much better, mind you, it seems, as on ponds, only the scum rises to the top.

There’s something weird to me about an Indian doctor who would say something like that, let alone use it for a slogan in a run for Senate. I don’t mean to paint Indians with a broad stroke, but in my experience they usually are very reserved in demeanor, so to me this kind of puts up a red flag. Basically, he’s ballsy enough to make me wonder about him.

We’ve already had our share of Senate and House trainwrecks like Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank, Stan Rosenberg, Sal DiMasi, Anthony Gallucio, Tom Marzilli and way too long of a list of others. We don’t want to be stuck with someone else who’s several fries short of a Happy Meal. Why can’t we elect someone who says and does normal things? Yes, because… Democrats. But shouldn’t that be a good argument for a Republican Rhodes Scholar for a change?

If we put them in, we have to deal with them long enough for them to do something stupid or even bizarre like Peeping Tom. I say we should think it though carefully.

When Kim Khazei asked Liawatha if she had any Indian momentoes in her house Lizzie scowled, “That’s personal.”

I get e-mails from his campaign. I agree with what he says. Unfortunately, the gentleman has way too much baggage and drama for me.

There’s very little doubt he is a brilliant man. There is some doubt in my mind that he’s stable.

Lieawatha, please tell your tribe how your ancestors were slaughtered and had their land stolen – they were overrun by a flood of immigrants. Oh, and DNA genealogy testing kits are on sale this week from both ancestry dot com and 23andme to send forked tongue accusations to the Big Sky.

I like that too but once Liawatha finds out Shiva was arrested in 2005 fir beating up his girlfriend his is finsihed Geoff Diehl is the one to vote for

Shiva won’t win because this incident was exposed by Howie Carr last summer, where he had a temper-tantrum on his show. If he gets his 10,000 certified signatures for the ballot, he just gave Liz Warren a 2nd term. That will split the right-leaning vote; John Kingston and Beth Lindstrom have no chance in Nov. Only Geoff Diehl has a realistic shot, but it will be tough.

Nope, sorry Shiva, you’re going to end a footnote to Ross Perot and Ralph Nader. Without you, all of the anti-Liz supporters could have drummed up some real support and rallied behind a single candidate. Now, however, the best you can hope for is that the Republican candidate loses by a large margin. Unfortunately for you, if that person only loses by a small percentage and that percentage happens to be less than the amount of anti-Liz votes you selfishly took because you couldn’t handle facing other Republicans in a primary, then we will know exactly who to blame. Thanks in advance for leaving us stuck with Faux-cahontas for another 6 years!

I think you meant “Republican candidate loses by a largeR margin”. Missed the R in larger.

Baker is our governor. That office seems very friendly to Republicans. But, You happy with that choice? How about Scott Brown? Mitt Romney? Bill Weld? Only crap floats to the surface in state wide Republican politics.

Republicans voters keep looking for the “one”. Even when they win they end up being turds. I voted for everyone of these narcissistic clowns. Brown, Romney + Weld thought so much of themselves, they’ve either have run, ran or thought of running for office in other states.

Romney just got embarrassed in the Republican State Convention in Utah. He outspent his WINNING convention rival (1 Million to 20-30 thousand) and lost at the convention 51 to 49%. so, they will have a run off.

Another slavish devotee to the two-party system.

You’re assuming that a third party candidate will only pull votes from the Republican candidate, which is statistically incorrect.

I have neither the time, nor the desire, to go into graphic detail on all of the ways that the two-party system runs counter to what the founders of this country intended, or the myriad ways that people have been fooled into thinking that there is no alternative, or even the ways in which candidates from the two “accepted” parties are two sides of the same coin, but I strongly urge you to do a little reading and see why the current system sucks.

It can be changed, but we must break out of this “Voting for A will pull votes from B, so C will win” mindset first.

I’m at a point even if I love what a current office holder is doing, I will only vote for them for 2 terms. They get so entrenched regardless of party. Run for something else because you are dead to me in your current position.

I live in Westfield. My Republican State Rep gets a $100K+ job at Westfield State because he’s the best qualified for the job. The job never existed before he was hired.

His idiot brother a few years later becomes Mayor. The brother wants an armed fortress of a school put up fronting a street that is barely passable with 2 way traffic. The school would come out right to the sidewalk. He rams it through, they fence the property off and bulldoze a playground and ball field that was on it. Neighbor goes to court. That was maybe 5 years ago. Fence is still up, no work done. Now you read stories on whether the school is even needed.

Wikipedia “On November 9, 2015, Knapik resigned as mayor when Governor Charlie Baker appointed him as Director of Green Communities within the state Department of Energy Resources.” Of course he was appointed.

I’m Charlie Brown and the Republicans in Mass are Lucy. I keep thinking “This time they mean it”.

I will say on the national level, I voted for Nadar a few times. Don’t agree with the vast majority of what he was about, but I always felt he was honest.

We truly are screwed in Western Mass. Whereas in Eastern Ma. the politicians, at least sometimes, seem to care about their constituents, our Reps. and Senators couldn’t be bothered to a thing for us.
