So tonight’s Department of Justice race talk is about representative government because, clearly, people of color do not get adequate representation in the City of Worcester’s political machine. If you’re interested in overcoming all this insanity with your rational thoughts, then feel free to show up at Quinsagamond Community College tonight at 6:00 PM. Because as you are about to see, there is PLENTY of influence that hippie organizations already have in our local government. Let’s see what the interwebs has to say about that. Here’s Brenda Jenkins rallying to get Ed Augustus the job of city manager:
Good God! Here’s Ed Augusts’ office returning the favor by cutting the company she runs a check, even though they don’t legally exist:
And don’t forget these two are BFFs.
Here’s the City of Worcester providing a place for hippies to gather, the home of Mosaic Cultural Complex (that Brenda Jenkins runs) at a property the city owns to protest against the city’s own police department:
See that sign on the building for the YMCA? Guess who also works for the YMCA…
Yup. Brenda Jenkins is the Community Relations Director for the YMCA. Funny thing about that sign on the building though. Once we exposed all of Mosaic’s shenanigans with the city, the sign suddenly disappeared. I wonder why. You can still see the weathering of where the sign used to be.
Konstantina Lukes, one of the intelligent, courageous and reasonable voices of the City Council has requested information from Ed Augustus about the city’s owned properties and on the city’s payments to Mosaic. I’ll bet a year’s worth of poster boards and Sharpee pens for CUC that she’s not going to get the complete information she asked for. While we’re at it though, the city sure does pay a lot of money in rent to the YMCA:
I remember when the YMCA was a cool place that you could go to shoot some hoops and swim a couple laps. The only bad thing about it was that God awful disco song by the Village People. Apparently, times have changed.
Did you all hear that Brenda Jenkins just received an award from the YWCA?
That’s awesome. Look who’s on the board of the YWCA:
Yay! Joyce McNickles…BFF of Brenda Jenkins!
Guess who else gets a shitload of money from the City of Worcester? So much that it doesn’t fit on one screenshot:
I think it’s safe to say that the community leaders of color are very well represented in our city government. At least that’s what our checkbook shows. Old Balls has been complaining that we say we want to take back our city. THIS is what we’re talking about Old Balls…take it back from the back room deals and all the political back scratching. In a day when everyone is talking about transparency for public institutions and public funds, the City of Worcester’s is as clear as mud. Let’s see if Councilor Lukes gets the information she asked for.
P.S. Several of our readers have reached out to City Hall to find out if Mosaic has paid any rent to the City of Worcester for squatting on the city’s property. We have been told in no uncertain terms that this is none of our business. I mean, it’s only our hard-earned tax money at work right? Who cares if we are literally PAYING these squatters’ rent so that they can organize illegal blockades of city streets and call our police and teachers racist for not embracing their radical brand of political dooshnozzelry? November can’t come soon enough. Either you’re with the assholes, or you’re with the people. What say you Mayor Petty?
