People are up in arms because a Fitchburg paraprofessional teacher named Donna Chalifoux, whose husband is the principal of one of the city’s middle schools, tweeted this on October 10:

Not good.

When there’s a bunch of @ in front of a tweet, it means they’re replying to someone else’s tweet. @WalshFreedom is former congressman Joe Walsh, a conservative who is pretty vocal when he thinks Trump is being a boob. And the Trump in this case is not the President, but his idiot son who wants to do a steel cage match with the creepy porn lawyer. This was the tweet she was responding to:

If @MichaelAvenatti and @DonaldJTrumpJr go through with this MMA fight, could we make sure they both lose?

Meanwhile Fox 25 News completely left all this relevant information out of their story in a rush to break it first. It’s the definition of fake news. The tweet she was responding to was a HUGE part of the story. Fox 25 continues to be the biggest joke in Boston media, and that’s not easy to do. Straight up whoring for page views.

Now her husband is saying that her tweet was taken out of context:

Craig Chalifoux said Donna, in her tweet, was not alluding to killing Trump Jr. She instead used the word “kill” in reference the fight itself, as in Avenatti would “kill,” or beat, Trump Jr. in a fight. 

“My wife is certainly not a malicious person and there was no ill intent there,” he said. “She is incredibly embarrassed and regretful of making the comment, because obviously it caused quite a stir, but it had nothing to do about killing anyone. It was reference to the fight.”

Donna Chalifoux regrets the “poor choice” of words, he said.

Credit to the Sentinel and Enterprise. They actually did their job and reported the news. Sad that doing a basic amount of research earns you a pat on the back these days.

A million people sent us this story, but I’m glad we waited on it. Because obviously my initial reaction would’ve been to pull a Manchester and jump all over this lady. But honestly, I don’t think he’s bullshitting. How many people have said they hope the Patriots “kill” whoever they’re playing in sportball this week? Does that really mean you want the other team to literally be murdered on the sportball field? Call me a snowflake SJW if you want, but I believe her yo!!

More than anything I’d like to think she’s not stupid enough as a public servant to tweet out a death threat to the President’s lucky sperm. Either way, it’s generally a bad idea to ever put the words “kill” and “Trump” directly next to each other on the Internet. Because the Internet is forever, and most people aren’t going to waste time actually looking into the story. You’re a public school teacher so the Trump people already hate you. Don’t give them ammo by tweeting “Kill Trump.” Ever.

You come to Turtleboy Sports for fair and balanced takes. Sorry, but I just can’t pretend to be outraged by this when it was clearly in reference to the creepy porn lawyer royal rumble. I say no harm, no foul.

Some will say that the real issue here is that our government has become a circus when the President’s son is fighting the lawyer for the porn star who banged the President when his four month old son was sitting at home with his trophy wife. Not me though. I think it’s great. The economy is good and we’re not fighting any major wars. If your country can afford to have sideshows like this going at the executive level and the world isn’t burning, it’s means things are going pretty well. God bless America.
