Hey fam – if you’d like to support Turtleboy and what we do here, feel free to hit the donate button at the top. We basically have to run this site like a Bernie Sanders campaign now since we’ve been blacklisted by Google and Facebook, due to the fact that rabid SJWs keep reporting our posts. Getting blacklisted by Google is a death sentence for most websites, since it’s much harder to monetize. And we all know the damage Facebook has done. We’re never going to stop fighting for free speech, but in the meantime the best way for turtle riders to fight back is to donate to the cause. Without you people none of this is possible. After State Senate President Stan Rosenberg’s trophy ex-husband Bryan Hefner was revealed to have given unsolicited handies in exchange for access to his former mate, Rosenberg was forced to step down. His replacement is Worcester’s own Harriette Chandler, who recently celebrated her 148th birthday.

Despite being an eye witness for the Kaiser’s surrender in World War 1, she is still able bodied and can function as a State Senator. But she’s a notoriously awful driver and parker, and many people have sent us images of her bang up parking jobs in her state vehicle. She’s infamous for double parking, which is a dick move, but not the end of the world. However, parking in a handicapped spot when you’re not handicapped is a big no-no…..

In fairness, her husband is also a billion years old and has a handicapped placard. You’re legally allowed to park in handicapped spots if he’s with you. But according to the world wide internets she can’t do that if he’s not with her, which clearly he is not….

“A person to whom a disabled person placard has been issued may permit another person to use the placard only while in the presence or reasonable proximity of the disabled person for the purpose of transporting the disabled person.”

This means that if a family member or friend of a disabled person uses the placard/license plate vehicle and parks in a handicap parking space without the handicapped person present, it is a violation of the vehicle code. A violation of this law is a misdemeanor and will cause the immediate revocation of the handicap placard/license plates. The person to whom the placard/license plates were issued will have to reapply to get the privilege reinstated.

At the very least it would seem to be a really, really bad look for a person who is not handicapped to park in a handicapped spot. Especially when they parked halfway in the spot and halfway in the fire lines. Especially when that person is President of the Massachusetts State Senate and just replaced a guy who was guilty of serious ethics violations.

Here’s the best part – last year Harriette Chandler and the rest of the State Legislature unaimously passed the Act Relative To Handicapped Parking

One of the primary reasons the law was passed was because able bodied people were using placards that belonged to actual handicapped people. It increased penalties and everyone voted for it regardless of party because parking in a handicapped spot is a dick move.

But as usual, politicians are above the law.

Last I knew it was UP to an $800 fine and LOSS of the privilege. I did see many years ago a police officer out side a mall towards Boston questioning a woman about the placard hanging from her mirror. She said she was waiting for her husband,He was still in the mall So the officer waited for the gentleman to come out Finally the office said,”Let’s call him” So stupidly the woman DID When the man answered the phone he said “Ohh NO.Im at home, My WIFE is at the mall though” Guess what, It was 3 days before Christmas The officer wrote the woman a nice gift of an $800 fine! YUP, Saw it on WCVB I actually have one myself and more often than not I WILL park spots away from the HC spot if im feeling ok that day Just because. Thanks

I saw a Jeep in a handicapped spot of a convenience store. It had a government license plate, and a sticker for the republican state representative of my area. It was about two weeks after I had called his office to ask what he/his office can do in regards to helping me make a child abuse report case. I knew a mildly retarded teenager, and witnessed violent abuse from his father. As I was standing there a man exited the store, focusing on me and the Jeep, I figured he needed an explanation of why there was a giant dude standing there staring at his Jeep. I didn’t call him on the handicapped spot discretion, I said I noticed the State Rep. sticker and about how I had recently called his office. The guy initiates a handshake and responds with a friendly, “Well, Hello I’m State Representative (His Name), what was the call about?” It really was the Representative. He supposedly looked into the abuse matter, but he couldn’t do shit about the kid, except give him some sort of lame pep talk about having a positive attitude and good luck and hope for having a brighter future. It meant nothing to the kid. The kid, Jimmy, wasn’t even impressed with talking to the representative. He didn’t understand, (he had no conception) that he was talking with an “important” government official.
I’m related (by marriage) to a retired state rep. He drove around town in a taxpayer provided Lincoln. He declared all his gasoline as government business expense, and it was paid by the taxpayers. His wife also used the Lincoln as if it was hers. She flat out boasted to us, the relatives, that she just included her gas usage as part of his government business expense.

I don’t see the Senator resigning over this. Sen. Harriette Chandler, who recently celebrated her 148th birthday, will say she dropped off hubby, and he was supposed to meet her at Bed & Bath Beyond, but he called and said he was too tired to walk and asked to be picked up originally where he was dropped off. Yeah, that’s the ticket…

If her husband wasn’t with her, this photo totally gets her by her dangly bits and she’ll no doubt end up making a grovelling apology.

Either way, if you’re gonna drive you need to take control of your vehicle. That includes not parking like a complete bunglecunt.

Remember, with the libtards it’s do as I say, not do as I do. Nice to see ‘she persisted’.
