It’s getting closer to Christmas time, which can only mean one thing – the online panhandling is about to ramp up!
Part of me feels bad that people are in this position. I understand life can kick you in the gibblets sometimes, and it’s hard to suck up your pride and ask for help. But they also have cell phones and access to Internet because…priorities.
My bigger issue is that this is her boyfriend:
He appears to consider himself some sort of photographer/musician/artist, and he’s not getting a job until he finds the right fit which will never, ever come.
He apparently made a post that he has since taken down claiming that he can’t work because of his “art practice.”
This girl appears to be at least 20 years younger than him.
Which I don’t have a problem with. My issue is that she’s obviously not very bright, thinks he’s some sort of catch because he lives in a house in Holliston, and he’s using her to e-beg on Facebook groups so this fat ass can avoid finding employment.
Here’s an idea Matty – instead of skateboarding, working on your blog post that no one’s gonna read, try applying for jobs that pay money so your girlfriend doesn’t have to beg strangers for shit that you should be providing.
It looks like he lives in house too, and there’s no shortage of fuel assistance programs that will help people stay warm in the winer. He just always has an excuse for why it’s not gonna work for him.
And I can’t say this for sure, but it sounds like he might’ve inherited the property.
Imagine inheriting a house and the only thing you had to pay for was heat and utilities and you still had to have your girlfriend shamelessly beg on the Holliston community page for you?
People like this always have someone defending their honor at first. If you DARE say something like this:
You get roasted alive for not being “compassionate.”
Ya see, there are a lot of good people in the world, and they want to relate to people who are having hard times in order to convince themselves that they’re good people. Lots of people offered to help.
But this what lazy fupasloths thrive off of – unlimited generosity. It’s like giving food to a bear. They’ll never learn how to fend for themselves if you keep feeding them. The best thing you can do is tell them to have some humility, shut up and get a job.
