Marc Bertrand from 98.5 the Sports Hub’s Zo and Bertrand’s midday show was in an insane car accident on the way to work today:
Ho-Lee-shit.
That is insane. And what an awesome job by Norwood first responders. Some of the finest in the land. I know we got a lot of Norwood turtle riding first responders after the spunktrumpet series and the Live show appearance. Remember this the next time Didi Delgado and people like her shit on the cops. This is the work they see every single day. They see dead people routinely. They use heavy machinery to literally make sure we live to see another day. Yes, there are some bad apples in the mix. But stuff like this needs to make the news more often. And it should. And it will, because we are the news.
Seriously though, it’s a miracle he walked away from that. I know Beetle is a father of at least 3 kids, and I’m sure he’s thanking God they were not in the vehicle with him. A grown man could survive that if they were very lucky. I’m not sure a young child could.
And I’m glad he survived not only because he’s a good dude and the father of children who need him and would miss him if he were gone, but the radio is a better place with Marc Bertrand on it. We’ve had our differences in the past, but he’s really good at his job. Sharp, articulate, UMass man through and through. In the morning I’m a WEEI guy. But at midday I go back and forth with the Sports Hub ever since Beetle took over for Andy Gresh.

The dangers of eating while driving. Thank goodness for built in airbags.
Wow Bertrand is ginormous!
Too bad felger wasn’t in there with no seatbelt. And ejected.
Who?
All that girth, sometimes being a fat fuck will save your life.
He’s gotta run 350 or more. Wow. Face made for radio, too.
