When we first saw this headline on Masslive today we thought it was some sort of joke.

Screen Shot 2016-08-26 at 4.06.54 PM

But it turns out they’re 100% serious!! Turns out Masslive has basically become the Petty/Augustus/McGovern crime family’s propaganda outlet for people who don’t wanna pay to read article on the Turtlegram. Some underpaid, Twitter egg reporter named Alban Mutishi basically wrote the biggest puff piece in the history of media about Petty’s latest slum sociable through a part of the city where he would NEVER, EVER consider living. Even Jumpin Joe Petty was tweeting it out:

And this apparently made Alban feel all warm and mushy inside because the Mayor of Worcester shared his propaganda article so he decided to retweet him:

Sad. Let’s check out some of the bits and pieces of this hot take:

Mayor Joseph M. Petty has made it a priority to walk the streets of some of the city’s neighborhoods, and Thursday evening he took a tour with dozens of city officials through Grafton Hill. Friendly House, the first stop on the Mayor’s walk, showed how the Worcester renaissance is beginning to spread to the outer reaches of the city. Friendly House is expanding, starting with a 30-spot parking garage, and a revitalized playground on Shale Street.

District 2 Councilor Candy Mero-Carlson sees the growing social services institution as an example of the revival of Grafton Hill, and the district as a whole.

On the second stop of the tour, the mayor and his entourage stopped by a huge development on the former El Morocco Restaurant property, where Robert Branca Jr., of Branded Management Realty, wants to build 80-90 market-rate units.

“This has been an empty eyesore for the neighborhood for years,” Mero-Carlson said. “The city is really on the move, with so many new developments and businesses opening up.”

“I think it’s a good project and will have a positive effect on the neighborhood,” Petty said.

“Worcester is becoming a place where people want to come to more and more,” Mero-Carlson said.

People want to come to Worcester more and more??? What freaking planet is this idiot on? Do they actually believe the bullshit that comes out of their mouths? Do they think a playground and some high rent apartments are gonna clean up G-Hill? Ladies and gentlemen, we are talking about Grafton Hill here. If you’re not familiar with the area it is arguably the most congested and depressing looking part of the city. It has produced more failed aspiring rappers than any other neighborhood and people pretty much get shot there at least once a week.

Mayor Puddy lives on the West Side, far, far away from the realities of Grafton Hill. This was him organizing a walk through in the ghetto because he knew Masslive would have their cameraman there. This is what he lives for. The only thing was was missing was a ribbon, an oversized pair of scissors, and his boss Jim McGovern.

But just check out this picture:

Screen Shot 2016-08-26 at 4.14.28 PM

Notice the cops in the background. Do you ever in your right mind think that Petty and Candy Carlson and Ed Augustus would take a slum sociable to con some businessmen into building high rent apartments on Grafton Hill if the cops weren’t there? LOL. Of course not.

Anyway, since we’re the only REAL media outlet in this town we decided to drive over to Grafton Hill today and show you what it REALLY looks like….

Literally the first thing we saw while driving through G-Hill was this:

image

You know you’re in the hood when you see “RIP (insert name here)” written in magic marker on the back of a used minivan. This is what is going to attract people to Worcester.

Rule #1 of Grafton Hill is “every day is trash day.” People literally just throw their shit on the sidewalk. Way easier than paying to get rid of it:

image

image

image

Not just regular trash either. If you have a sofa that some crackhead pissed all over, or a mattress that you caught two bums making sweet Grafton Hill love on, the rule is that you have to throw it on the sidewalk where it will sit for an eternity:

image

image

image

This is the site of the old El Morocco which they were talking about redevloping:

image

This is what is on the sidewalk which abuts that land:

image

Remember Candy Carlson’s quote:

“Worcester is becoming a place where people want to come to more and more,” Mero-Carlson said.

I know when I see pictures of a mattress that is apparently being hidden by the overgrown weeds that come out of every cement crevice, I think to myself, “this is a place where people want to come to more and more.” Candy Carlson thinks people in Worcester are stupid enough to believe this.

And can we just talk about the overgrown weeds in this city? It’s one of Turtleboy’s biggest pet peeves. Drive through Webster Square, or Vernon Hill, or anywhere that politicians don’t live, and every single sidewalk has weeds sprouting out of it. Can we get some weed killer in here? Is it that hard? It really makes this city look like shit.

Anyway, as you can see on Grafton Hill, business is thriving!!

image

The views are breathtaking:

image

Grafton Hill is also famous for kids who ride around on bikes that are clearly way too small for them:

image

Riding around on a bike that is too small for you is a staple of hood life everywhere.

And the person who lives in this house clearly believes they live in a safe neighborhood, since they’ve guarded their house like Buckingham Palace:

image

This is the elementary school on Grafton Hill:

image

Grafton Street Elementary School was built in 1869, and as you can see it is in tip-top condition. I’m sure kids can’t wait to get back into that sweatbox next week!! Luckily when they go out to recess an asphalt driveway awaits them. So much fun!!!

One thing Grafton Hill does have plenty of is old satellite dishes that landlords never removed from the section 8 triple deckers that they’ve neglected for decades:

Candy Carlson is right – who wouldn’t wanna move to Worcester?

Anyway, as you can see Masslive simply cannot be trusted any longer. They’re a propaganda outlet for the “our streets are safe” Petty-Carlson-Augustus-McGovern propaganda. Just another example of how the only news outlet that can be trusted is Turtleboy Sports.

Thank the Lord I don’t live in Worcester. But I do get a lot of laughs driving by and through Worcester, me with my white privilege and all. I don’t even stop in Worcester to buy gas. What a fucking shit-stain on the underwear of New England

Turn the clock back to 71, that neighborhood was basically a going working-class neighborhood. Had some issues, but nothing like it is now. Sad when one thinks of it, since the previous generations built it up. Then, it collapsed so quickly, like much of this city and others did across the country !

To see what the endless expansion of social welfare programs has done to Grafton hill, Worcester, and almost every city in the US is a disgrace. It is the root of crime and destruction in our society. When the goal of the section of the population is to show zero taxable income and the label “poverty” is an absolute privilege that entitles you to everything for free. It is a disgrace. Eliminate these programs and the endless flow of those seeking the 70,000 a year job of welfare recipients will stop. The street gangs and drug traffickers will be gone within the year.

The only person who is in these photos Who Is working for the people and this neighborhood, and not looking for a handout is Gordon Hargrove. Director of the Friendly House,to bad most of these people who get from these programs take advantage. Really a great man who cares about his city

Does TB hate Worcester? Serious question here.

It isn’t a matter of people hating Worcester. It is a matter of being a realist. I know for me, my qualms are due to the financial support being where it shouldn’t be, the residents’ voices being unheard, avoidance of the real issues facing the city and priorities being opposite of what they should be.

Something tells me White Anglo Saxon Protestants aren’t the ones turning the place into a 3rd world shit-hole . . . . just a guess on my part

Worcester is a place where more and more people want to come. Then they see it and drive they the neighborhoods, get scared by gun shots or needles then drive as fast as hell to get out of the dump. A pig wearing lipstick is still a petty, I mean still a pig.

Pathetic Joe Petty should walk around the ‘hood at night, by himself. His opinion on how to renovate it would surely be different, if he had the ability to speak when they took the breathing tube out a few days later.

Hopefully he would suggest a low yield device.

The Friendly House is expanding. Let’s be excited. Huh? What? I am not putting the organization down. They provide great services for those in need. Yea, did you read the key word? “Need”. They are serving clients. Those clients are enduring challenges. :Talk about an oxymoron. Worcester is progressing just look towards the social services agency’s expansion as proof. Ummm, no. It shows there are more families in need.

I wish someone with Photoshop skills could take that picture of Petty smiling as he walks through G-Hill and insert some criminal activity going on in the background. That would be funny as all hell.

Grafton Hill used to be about everybody and Everyman, when I was a kid. Race and ethnicity didn’t matter. Anthropologists and Sociologists, and radical collective shitheads made it OK to be paid professional fuck-offs despite efforts from local social services.

We now have a society of amoral, non-working social parasites.–with illegal firearms.

    It’s all good.

Chiming in before Kevin goes on one of his rants about his not-really 15 year old neice who nobody gives a shit about, but who he probably desperately wants to screw. Though that level of obsession usually ends in murder, which Kevin is also an expert in.

Wow just wow. But you are right as she is 16 now. 15 when Brett threaten to brutally rape her.

And you ate just as sick to state that I am obsessed with my niece. For her safety 100%.

You support people like Brett and Matty who would have been long buried if they stated these things in the 80s.

You people are obsessed with police. This is the problem. One family member is a cop so every relative thinks they are a cop.

Maybe we support cops because they put themselves out there to protect society from low lives like you.

Matt should be proud to have a brother willing to possibly pay the ultimate price to keep the rest of us safe from golf club wielding maniacs.

I dunno, TB. I think that those El Morocco apartments are going to be pretty sweet.

The Turtlegram wrote that the apartment project will be putting up some new walls. HUUUUGGGEEEEE new walls.

I’m not sure if they will make Mexico or anybody else pay for it, but I bet the giant new walls aren’t to let the rest of Grafton Hill in.
