There’s nothing worse then some dooshnozzle loser with a camera who thinks he’s a hero because he catches the police doing something they’re not supposed to be doing. Actually, scratch that. The only thing worse than that is a person who TRIES to do this and fails miserably like this Webster nudnik did at the Route 12 McDonald’s when he thought he caught a police officer parking in a handicapped spot:

You know how I can tell this kid’s a puss-bag? Because when he asks for the officer’s name the officer immediately gives it to him. But when the officer asks for his name he starts whining about how he doesn’t have to give it to him.

You know how I can tell this kid’s an asshole? Because he’s holding his camera vertically while he tapes. Only a savage Busgate-type parent does something like that.

And you just know this kid felt like such a bad ass after this. He went home to his Mom’s basement, threw it up on Youtube, called up all his Webster friends who never ended up leaving that God-forsaken town, and talked about how much he hated “pigs.” Because at the end of the day you know this kid’s just angry cuz he never gets laid. People who have girlfriends don’t have time for stuff like this. Neither do people with jobs.

But the problem was that this cop wasn’t actually parked in a handicapped spot. He was partially parked in the spot with the black arrow, and partially parked on the striped lines to the left of it:

21682_845979148796054_4008769619989638188_n

That spot USED TO BE a handicapped spot, but was painted over recently. However, it was a pretty snowy winter if you recall, and apparently the paint has now faded away. That’s why those formerly handicapped spots can barely be seen, but the NEW handicapped spots with the placards in front of them are much more distinct and noticeable:

11064638_845979092129393_3006481987279641331_n

As you can see from this snapshot in the video, the striped lines are to the LEFT of the police cruiser. Therefore he was partially parked in a spot that is no longer designated for handicapped people.

Case closed right? Oh wait, what’s that? Internet morons are chiming in with anti-police rhetoric? You don’t say!!

Screen Shot 2015-03-16 at 8.02.46 PM

Oh I’m sorry Shawn Nee. Was the officer’s attitude not “nice” enough for you? Perhaps he should’ve been more pleasant to the Webster lifer harassing him while he tries to eat food. You know, like a human being. And guess what? That officer pays taxes too. Probably a SHIT TON more taxes more than the dooshnozzle with the camera who more than likely works 20 hours a week at the Taco Bell down the street. But please tell me more about how this kid pays the officer’s salary.

Screen Shot 2015-03-16 at 8.10.20 PM

So let me get this straight Frank. Some idiot dooshnozzle on a power trip approaches a police officer in a cocky and condescending manner, in a vain attempt to catch him in a “gotcha” situation, but the OFFICER is the one who is arrogant? Makes sense.

Screen Shot 2015-03-16 at 8.10.28 PM

Please, tell me more about he should’ve handled that situation Dana. Some Get Down Productions reject is blocking his cruiser and harassing him while he buys dinner. He responds to the kid that he’s not parked in a handicapped spot and that the kid doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The humanity!!

But I guess it’s not really a surprise seeing Dana here. He’s one of the hippies who occupied Wall Street in Worcester. And by occupied Wall Street I mean he pitched a tent at Lake Park for three days without showering. Here he is (fat bastard all the way to the left) back in 2011 having a “funeral” for the bill of rights because some people in America are rich and some people in America are poor:

bilde (3)

You knew he wasn’t gonna miss his chance to complain about the police on Facebook. This is right up his alley. See if you recognize anyone in this photo from his Facebook:

Screen Shot 2015-03-16 at 8.30.13 PM

There he is!! The man, the myth, the poet legend himself:

f7rcm-1

Imagine you’re this cop. You work in Webster. Fucking WEBSTER. You deal with asshats with Voke-staches and aspiring rap careers all day, every day. After all, Webster is nothing but Grafton Hill with a big ass lake.

So you get hungry and you go to McDonald’s because…fuck it, this is your cheat day. You draw straws to see who will get the food and you get the short end.

So you park in what was formerly a handicapped spot, but you know full well that spot is now open to the general public. You buy everyone’s food and then you come out and you’re greeted by some idiot with a flat-brimmed hat and an iPhone who starts harassing the shit out of you because he’s trying to be an internet hero.

And you just have to stand there and take it. Stand there and watch some LOSER try to tell you what a shitty person you are. Good for the officer for acting professionally

This article sounds like something from Jr. High Journalism Class. Very immature & obviously biased. A good journalist reports on the story with facts…not opinions. A great journalist never takes sides. They see Both sides. And they generally do not include name calling & put downs…as in jr. high. Take this article…now imagine one of the award winning journalist on tv…reading this word for word. With all due respect sir…if that was ANY one of us parked in the EXACT spot he was in…we would be ticketed. That is fact…not an opinion or wishful thinking. Honestly, it’s people like you who perpetuate the problem w/ police thinking they are above the law & the rules do not apply to them! All the things you assume & accuse the man recording the video…including living in his mother’s basement. ….And if he did….his opinion & beliefs have no value due to where he resides? You are no journalist…not even close. And…your calling him the Moron? Reports say we have a growing problem w/ police officers & their departments. Here’s a news flash…it’s not growing…it’s been there for years & years & years. The growing problem is that not only are there cameras everywhere around us..but the mass population have cell phones w/ video recorders now. People have had enough of the double standards & corruption. Their behavior is being brought into the light on a daily basis & they can’t get away w/ it anymore. Taxpayers pay their salary therefore we have every right to question them at anytime…Period. Not all cops are bad…but don’t pretend that all cops are good either! Also…it is a statistical fact that black americans are targeted more, harassed more & punished harsher…no doubt..But it happens to white americans & brown americans as well…you just don’t hear enough about it. I do think that is changing as well..for the simple fact that ALL Americans Are Sick & Tired Of It! Police do not belong on a pedestal…they should be held to the same standards & laws as everyone else! We Don’t Pay Them To Harass Us Or Intimidate us w/ their position or badge. I would love to hear…just once..a cop admit that he was wrong & should have made a better decision. We ALL make mistakes…how we handle them speaks volumes! This officer should be ashamed of his behavior & idle threats! But we can all See w/ our own eyes & hear w/ our ears…the above the law mentality this guy has! You can make all the assumptions you want about the guy w/ video…do all the name calling..and put downs you want….The Truth Always Speaks For Itself. ~peace truth unity liberty~

    @Not-A-Hippe 1/2 (SMH):

    1. Again, you entirely avoid the very clear fact that this was originally reported as being an officer from Webster, MA. Also that I had figured into my original reply Worchester, MA Police Department.

    2. You are operating on the misguided notion that I am the least bit familiar with the geography, public departments, license plates, police uniforms, etc. of the east coast, I assure you I am not. I have never been, nor never want to go there. As far as I am concerned the majority of people there are rabid progressives that worship at the alter of statism. You can have it, enjoy it, pay for it, relish it, and keep it. (Case in point, your residents appear to have eaten up the Boston Bombing hook, line, and sinker. The federal government pulled the wool over your eyes and nobody so much as blinked! So utterly, truly, sad. Bostonians should be filing class-actions left and right, for what took place following the–clearly staged–bombing by the FBI-informants, i.e., the Tsarnaev brothers, was absolutely unconstitutional seven-ways from Sunday.)

    3. The license plate is not at all visible, even when pausing the video, the plate appears to be partially faded–in fact one would have to be familiar with state’s issued plates to make a possible determination on that point. Also, the resolution of the video is too low to read the patch or pin on his uniform. Again you would need to be familiar with the uniforms, patches, and pins to make a determination.

    4. I had posted the link the city’s 2015 budget report, did you even bother to read my response? Because judging from your reply you really did not seem pay much attention to it.

    5. The overtime of the department is individually classified within the budget report and not a single one mentions anything about cops-for-hire. Moreover, this is the city’s budget report, it pertains to overtime at the expense of the city, it has nothing to do with money the officers are earning on the side–in other words working side jobs while off-duty doe snot pertain to “overtime” pay. However, this does raise concerns about using sworn police officers to the benefit of private companies as armed security guards with official policing powers, and the likelihood for corruption to ensue.

    • March 21, 2015 at 2:16 pm

      @Not-A-Hippe 2/3 (SMH):

      6. By “not much information available”, I am referring to the fact that most cities now have all public employee information available on the Internet–being that stories started breaking a few years ago of lavish pay and benefits being received by public “officials”, e.g., police chiefs earning $240,000, mayors $800,000, superintendents $200,000, attorneys and psychiatrists over $1-million, etc.

      7. I am not sure what your point on the education issue is all about? I feel that I had clarified that aspect more than enough for the average person to comprehend. However, my point is that this tactic is one why to make it appear to the public that police are making less pay than they actually are, so as to stave off anger from taxpayers; similarly as to they classify overtime such as “regular overtime”, which they announce was only $65,000, so that public thinks oh, that is not too bad then, and goes about their day, but in reality that was merely a small fraction of the total spent on overtime.

    • Not-A-Hippie
      March 21, 2015 at 2:29 pm

Reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit.

That overtime is paid by the department, then reimbursed when the department bills those detail hours out the whoever requested the detail. Having done this thousands of times through the years, I’m quite familiar with how this works. You clearly don’t know the detail billing system.

Not sure what YOU’RE viewing the video on, but it was quite legible to me. “The license plate is not at all visible, even when pausing the video, the plate appears to be partially faded” Well which is it? Is it not visible to you? Or is it visible, but illegible to you? No matter, you’re incorrect either way. ” Again you would need to be familiar with the uniforms, patches, and pins to make a determination.” SO basically, you’re admitting you don’t know what the fahk you’re talking about.

” Again, you entirely avoid the very clear fact that this was originally reported as being an officer from Webster, MA.” Then why the eff were you looking at Webster NY? “Also that I had figured into my original reply Worchester, MA Police Department.” No, you posted info about a town in New York, so you clearly didn’t know where this was. And why is info on Worcester even relevant? You’re messing up your story, and making yourself look dumber and dumber.

“As far as I am concerned the majority of people there are rabid progressives that worship at the alter of statism.” Mostly true, but by and large central MA is generally conservative. An election map reveals that.

“However, this does raise concerns about using sworn police officers to the benefit of private companies as armed security guards with official policing powers” Well, since private persons don’t have the authority to direct traffic on public roads, who else would you hire? The rest of your notion is just laughable.

Keep it coming, you’re digging yourself a bigger hole with every post.

      • March 21, 2015 at 3:39 pm

Be that as it may, I am not going to entertain a debate with you over my intelligence. You may debate yourself on such matters all on your own. Enjoy, oh and be sure to keep all updated on how that work out for you (as we are all so very interested in your projected outcome—well not really, but you already knew that.)

Concerning overtime, I am sure you know all about how the process works for when police work off-duty for private businesses (which is not actually per se overtime); however, that is not was is being debated here, what is being debated here is departmental overtime, such as working over for a crime scene, training, report-writing, public events, federal grant programs, checkpoints, patrol minimum staffing, etc.

I am not following your reference to using security guards to direct traffic on public roadways, as this is not something that businesses would need to hire police for and even when police are needed for such occurrences it would not necessarily require overtime, e.g., a traffic collision, public run events or parades. However, in general police do not conduct traffic control anymore, because it places their department or city up for liability in the event of a traffic collision or injury.

As to the rest of my notion as being “laughable”, I do not find it to be the least bit funny. The law enforcement occupation is responsible for possession one of the highest historical rates of corruption. You live adjacent to NYC, you should be very familiar with this fact.

That video was shot with a cellphone. I am watching it on a 24” HD-monitor using Firefox, playing it on the embedded YouTube player. It was filmed in portrait frame, thus making the details even smaller, while the footage is waving around rapidly.

Seriously, we are still stuck on the license plate? Truly, nonissue if there ever was one. Meanwhile, you keep avoiding that fact that this article originally stated the officer was with Webster, NY, so that is what I based my information on, Webster, NYPD.

The license plate, the uniform, patch, and the tiny tie clip however observable, are not readable in the original video, with exception to the last three digits of the license plate.

Really though, I fail to grasp what you hope to prove by harping on this? It is entirely irrelevant to anything. You are making rather nonsensical points. Expect to assert that because I am not from Massachusetts I have no business debating anything on the matter—which again is blatantly nonsensical, not to mention a very sophomoric argument to even bother making.

Opps, that should have read: “Officer Jarvery from Webster, NY”, which it does read in my earlier replies. So am I to assume that you did not bother reading those either then?

What do you mean “no”? I did too post information about both Worcester, MA, Webster, NY, and now also Webster, MA.

Why is information about Worcester, MA included? Seriously, did you not even bother reading this Webpage? That location is mentioned all throughout it—which is why I opted to include that location as well, to show a correlation in excessive pay to law enforcement personnel. Thusly, proving my original point.

        • March 21, 2015 at 3:41 pm

          8. Actually, there is one black male shown in the photo (all the way in the back corner I might add), but there are other ethnicity’s besides black, Asian, Indian, and Hispanic Indian for example. Again the point is that the department is clearly favorable to hiring largely, primarily, white males… A pending affirmative action class-action on the horizon (see: USC Title 42; malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleXXI/Chapter151B/Section4)?

        • March 21, 2015 at 3:45 pm

          9.

Do you mean matron? Either way, yes it is misogynistic to hold the view that female law enforcement are only good for part-time work as female domestic violence and se*ual abuse advocates.

are you visually impaired? can you not deduce? Clearly if you watch the video and pause it accordingly you can see that the officer was not parked in the spot you showed with the “black arrow”. Regardless, you seem to miss the fat that this person, merely questioned authority, to which his reply was, “I am a marked vehicle, I can do what I want” both parties could of handled it differently, the officer, who is not a tween in his mom’s basement and is a tax paid public employee could of said something like, “son, you’re mistaken as you can see this spot is not for handicapped vehicles, while I appreciate your patriotism I do wish you’d approach me with a different demeanor” Instead he did the cliche reaction, intimidation, abuse of power, and coercion.

You should employ this “lifer” to re-map your blog display, its atrocious and reminds me of a pre-teens angelfire page.

Wow this is absolutely amazing! Just amazing the whole lot of you share the exact small-minded two-syllable vocabulary. Uncanny.

Now moving on to the point of this article, I find it stupefying that its author even bothered exerted an effort in posting it. (Speaking of having much better things to do, seriously now… )

And to address the officer’s demeanor, I personally found it childlike behavior and not the least bit professional–rather than engaging in a pissing contest with the videographer, he should have opted to simply explain to him why he was incorrect, it would have taken much less effort and would have avoided needlessly escalating the situation.

A simple: “Excuse me sir, this spot used to be a handicap spot, but it is no longer. See the placard is no longer posted along the curb-line and the symbol on the ground has recently been painted over. Now as you can see over over there, are located X-handicap spots, which is where this one was moved to, and as per Muni-Code X-XXX this sized establishment is only required to allot for X-handicap spots, which they have. Thank you for your concern, have a yourself a nice day sir.” would have sufficed.

He could’ve avoided looking like a dock and simply not parked in what is OBVIOUSLY still a handicap spot. When police ask you to for your name they are not doing so to be friendly, to become your pal–they want to run you for warrants and wants, to NCIC you, they want to know if you are open to search and seizure, they want to pat you down, look into your bags, and cellphone, your laptop, your vehicle, and they want to generate a permanent record of contact with you, documenting the context of the contact with you for future reference.

Those that do not use their rights, loose their rights. Individual rights are immutable, while the collective powers of police officers are not.

If only there was a way to measure- a fuck head like this- put him in a database. Then when he needs the cops he seems to hate so much you have him in the database as black listed and you tell him “Sorry, I can’t help you, since you’ve so vocally protested the offered help of police before”.

Obviously this isn’t realistic but it is a dream of mine.

    • March 17, 2015 at 3:25 pm

This is certainly a wonderful notion! Yet, it would actually be feasible only if people such as you were to pay for that officer’s $85,000 a year salary (not including tens-of-thousands in additional perks) and the rest of us who have come to the realization that, short of experiencing near death, police are utterly worthless.

Now indeed, that is both a dream of mine and realistic.

Ding ding ding, we have a winner! You are the person I am referencing- would be hilarious, delicious irony to be a fly on the wall to see you in a situation which requires the police to assist you,
which you are incapable of handling yourself, and see the police say “sorry sir, but you think I’m worthless so I’m not going to help you”.

Are there useless cops? Sure, just as there are in every other profession on our great Earth. There are also more who are completely useful, possessing the skills and, for lack of a better term, balls to serve and protect our communities in manners which neither you or I are either capable of or willing to do. I’ll gladly give my tax dollars to them.

Don’t break anything when you experience the inevitable approaching fall off that high horse, there, chief.

        • March 18, 2015 at 12:34 pm

Why? Do you not realize that law enforcement personnel are under no legal obligation to provide you with any services? We are a common law nation, and such our highest courts have ruled. Oh and also the average response time for police in emergency situations is upwards of 6 to 9-minutes, while the average criminal act plays itself out within 2-minutes.

Police are only good for setting up a perimeter, securing a crime scene, processing evidence, and taking witness statements, on par with establishing a proper chain-of-custody. …And I almost forgot there is that whole revenue generation thing to replenish the public treasury, being that their department alone consumes over 80% of the annual city/county budget.

You are being silly if you think a police officer would ever willingly opt to jump in front of a bullet to save you or your family. When it comes down to it their allegiances while on patrol are only three, first to themselves, second is to their brothers/sisters in blue, and third to their department, period.

          • JayC
            March 29, 2015 at 8:37 am

Nice fake statistics “their department consumes over 80% of the annual city/county budget.” If you’ve actually looked at a city or town budget the schools represent about 55% (or more sometimes) due to unfounded mandates and the munipal portion is about 45%. The police budgets are within that 45% making it impossible to take up 80% of an entire budget. But, accuracy doesn’t exactly matter when you’re trying to make your point that the police are bad and evil.

Certainly they do, just as police officers all around the nation are now, I mean after the utterly orchestrated fraud of 9/11 was permitted to occur, LEO pay started skyrocketing. For example see here (it only drops below $80,000 on page 12, there are only 3-pages left to view after that out of 360 police employees):

As for Webster, NY, I could not find much information on it, possibly it is part of a borough or something to that effect? However, on their city Website, I located the a city budget summary PDF from 2012 and 2013, it reads as:

“A3120.10036 Officers’ Salaries (27 officers) 2,193,730 2,262,891″ — That sum averages $83,810.77 per officer. And that does not include the $225,000 in overtime, or other such payoffs, holiday, reimbursements, grant payments, the Chief’s salary, etc.

What does Webster, NY have to do with Webster, MA?

          • March 21, 2015 at 10:20 am

@Not-A-Hippie: Seriously? The article originally reported that Officer Javery is in Webster, NY, quoting:

“That guy up above is Webster, New York, police officer Javery.”

Now then speaking to Webster, MA, again there is not much information available–that is aside from appearing as an extremely racist, misogynistic department, as seen here: (at the time consisting primarily of white males: websterpolice.com/IMG_3722.jpg), it is also a fairly small department.

The departments has approximately 28-emloyees (see: websterpolice.com/personnel.shtml), not including executive level staff at a cost of about $1,562,441, which averages to 55,801.45 per “officer/sergeant”, not including $214,099,000 in additional overtime, $247,734 in competitive Quinn Bill pay (officers with degrees receive more pay, see below example), or other pay such as holiday, timebank cashout outs, Chief earning over $90,000, Deputy Chief close to $80,000, and Lieutenants over $70,000, etc.

            See: webster-ma.gov/index.php?option=com_joomdoc&task=document.download&path=Proposed+Budgets/FY15/FY15+Adopted+Budget+(General+Fund).pdf&Itemid=735

            * Quinn Bill: For example, officers receive a combination of hiring bonuses and annual pay increases, such as 10 percent for holding an associate degree, 20 percent for a bachelor’s degree and 25 percent for a master’s. In other words, it is notable that it is fairly common for police officers to hold a BA in criminology (a very easy degree to obtain), so this act alone bumps their core pay up to $70,000.

Well, aren’t you just the bigoted racist little cupcake…

You completely miss the “Massachusetts” written on the cruiser plate, the officers shoulder patch, and the MA seal on his tie tack and badge.

Then when called on it, you jump to the conclusion that Webster PD is racist because they didn’t pose any token blacks in a picture, and misogynist because the part-time patrons aren’t in there. Then you miss the mark by not realizing that almost EVERY DEPARTMENT IN THE COUNTRY has incentives for further education to increase your pay grade. Not to mention the subtle undertone that most of that overtime isn’t paid for by taxpayers, it’s paid by the companies that hire them as details when they reimburse the town. In Webster, most of that is the local concert venue, followed by the various utilities.

I think you’re just bitter you got called out on a monumental eff-up.

FYI, the entire 2014 annual report for Webster is readily available to download. Not sure how you would classify that as “not much information available”.

It’s good that the police offer educational bonuses and incentive because otherwise you’d get the bottom of the barrel of people applying and that would be even more dangerous. When it comes to someone making decisions about freedoms or safety in a split second, I rather a cop educated in school or with military experience to analyze things than someone who barely graduated high school, didn’t have the ambition to go to college, and went from bagging groceries to driving a cop car. Besides, without some type of incentives who would choose to work as a cop these days anyway when investigators for insurance companies and banks pay better, also have incentives, and you don’t have to deal with these types of dopes.

People that bring up another’s salary in an argument against them are generally just jealous and butt-hurt that said person makes more than them. Grow up.

Clearly, you lack understanding as to why bringing up said point is relevant. Also, I think cop-worship is a documented mental illness. You might want to visit a psychologist at your earliest convenience to have that checked out.
