Slow MetaboLinda Who Squatted Rent Free And Trashed Hull House For 3 Years Taunts Homeowner By Posting Pictures Of His Crotch Fruit, Accuses Him Of Substandard Conditions

 

This is Linda Walls from Hull.

As you can see, she is a gravy filled dumpsterslug who happens to be the tenant from Hell. Fox 25 News did a story on her back in 2016 when she squatting in a house where she refused to pay rent:

Linda Walls has been living at 23 Revere St. in Hull for more than a year and a half, yet so far, she’s only paid three months rent. Documents from the former homeowner show the balance she owed was $2,700, but they sold the house and never collected. Walls still lives there and still has not paid rent.

Greg Gray and Mark Musco knew Linda was in the house when they bought it in June.

“We were looking for a property to flip and we found a friend getting rid of theirs. That she was in there and not paying and they were in the process of evicting her,” they told FOX25.

With an existing tenant a new owner becomes the new landlord and the eviction process must start from scratch. Gray and Musco didn’t want to be landlords, they just wanted to flip the house.

Gray and Musco got caught up trying to sort out some of the strictest tenancy laws in the country. They’ve already been to court twice this summer.

“It doesn’t make sense how people can do that. How they can get away with it,” said Musco and Gray.

It turns out Walls may be doing something familiar to landlords in Massachusetts. Court records show she’s well aware of laws that favor tenants and is using them to her advantage. FOX25 uncovered several housing cases involving Walls in Hull and Plymouth. She got a restraining order against Musco on Aug. 22 restricting him from coming to his own property. Next she claimed indigence, which allowed Walls to get a court appointed attorney.

Back in February of 2015 walls issued a restraining order against John Buchanan in Plymouth housing court. Then in March of 2015 while Walls filed for a restraining order against Buchanan again. The restraining order was issued. On Apr. 27, 2015 they met in court. The case was continued to May, then to June; it was finally settled in Buchanan’s favor in mid-June.

A judge found in her favor that she had the right to remain in the house- the time frame unclear. Greg and Mark are stuck again, unable to proceed until they can resolve the issue with Walls saying, “We just want the house back.”

Welcome to Massachusetts, where bloated bovines like Linda Walls have the option of paying rent. And when they choose not to pay they can just live in your house indefinitely, get judges to grant restraining orders against people who own the property they’re squatting in, and have the taxpayers pay for lawyers in order to fight for her right to be a deadbeat fupa sponge. Welcome to America, where the people poor enough to get free attorneys and food stamps are also morbidly obese.

It took three long years but Mark Musco did eventually get the courts to remove this hogbeast from HIS property.

He rightfully expressed his joy in getting rid of her when it first happened back in June of last year, something he shared again last week on the Hull Happenings Flint-Free edition Facebook group.

You would think that a cheddar hemorrhoid like her would be too embarrassed to ever show her face in public, but sadly people like this have no shame. So Linda decided to show up and defend her honor with a post of her own.

Because…..fuck it.

This prompted the owner to show up and share images of how she left his home after never paying any rent.

Then she began blaming the new owners for allegedly forcing her to live in substandard conditions, even though they were unable to step foot in the house because of tenant laws.

As someone pointed out from the pictures she posted, she appears to be on several dating sites as well.

Linda, it’s bad enough that you’d have to feed a guy gallons of Dragon 88 Mai Tai’s in order for him to take the dive into your folds, but you’re never gonna get laid if you don’t clean up the pigsty you call a rent free home.

She then went into rant after rant about how bad the conditions were for (conditions brought upon by the fact that she lives life like an orphaned raccoon), and accused the owners she fucked over for three years of stealing her “heirlooms,” while periodically slipping IN and OUT of CAPS lock.

Oh, and all that trash you see everywhere? The owners planted that to make her look bad, then rebagged the trash.

Sure thing there Alex “two time” Zones.

MetaboLinda also disputed the indisputable fact that she got a free attorney to fight for her right to be squat her fat ass on someone else’s property rent free for three years.

Oh, and that RO she took out sure didn’t stop her from driving to the house while they were attempting to bring it back from the dead.

And just when you thought she couldn’t be a more vile, filthy, disgusting human being, she went and posted a photoshopped picture of the owner’s semen demon, in an attempt to paint HIM as the bad parent.

Because this woman hasn’t fucked over the homeowners enough.

This is why I’ll never become a landlord. Because in this state the assholes have all the rights. Our politicians hate people who own anything (businesses, property, etc), and they LOVE people who leech off the system and depend on them for sustenance. That’s why assholes like Linda Walls are able to get away with what they do.

    Not necessarily. You can be late with your rent, catch up with the rent and the landlord can actually accept the money, but is under no obligation to allow you to remain a tenant. If the judge decides in the landlord’s favor and orders you evicted, you have no recourse.

    I owned property in the woo many years ago, I spent 100k doing over apartments I had, the ruined them every month!!!!!! everyone of them were MAGGOTS. Hopefully they are all dead. I lost my ass trying to make a buck. the housing court is a JOKE! don’t go, do it the right way like in the old days lol. its cheaper!!!!

    i just bought a duplex about 6 months ago. i keep hearing horror stories about renters. the same guy has been there for 5 years now and hopefully he never leaves. i do know i will never take section 8. too many bad stories.

      It’s not Section 8 people that turn out badly as tenants. In fact, most of them are just fine. It’s the professional rent dodgers that play gullible and ignorant landlords like a fiddle and preys on them like a tiger does with wounded or sick deer. They’re out there, and they come in all shapes, colors, and income brackets, too.

      Bottom line: Any landlord who doesn’t run a full criminal, eviction, and income check for a lousy $25 and get at least 2 or 3 real references deserves every bit of pain and suffering that is coming their way. It’s mind-boggling how anyone would voluntarily hand over the keys to an asset worth $500,000 without covering their ass…

    I had a tenant in Lemonister Named K. Moore’s she lived 3 years rent free. Because of her I lost my home . Too much to get into . Just say I will never be a landlord again !!! I did have one awesome tenant. She always went above and beyond til she followed Moored foot steps and she lived rent free for 2 years . Dcf took her kids so she lost her section 8 . Towards the end i changed the locks when she wasn’t home . I lost a lot because of these two scum bags . But I will rise to the top soon !! Fuck these fat welfare bitches . Sorry ! I am chubby cute chubby but not on welfare !!!

    White Trash are by far the WORST kind of creatures to ever rent to for just this very same reason here. Under typical, everyday circumstances, they are usually dumber than a bag of hammers. However, they can often exhibit Mensa-like intelligence when it comes to bilking a naive landlord for 13 months, or citing landlord-tenant case law from the mid-1800’s at the eviction hearing.
